SECTION - A (Pakistan Penal Code, 1860)
Q.1) Under what circumstances an offence committed outside Pakistan may be tried as an offence
committed in Pakistan? Discuss with reference to the term "extradition" and conditions for its

Q.4) It is settled principle of law that there is no legal concept of "Judicial Custody" by way of voluntary
