LES DAMES
DU PANTHON

MIXED UNIVERSE
If this charming hotel is an actual
tribute to women, men are not left
out. Thus the "Parisian" dcor of
the second (Edith Piaf), third
(George Sand) and fourth

Travelling for business or

pleasure? Travelling alone? As a
couple? Or even as a family with
adjoining rooms? The Jardin du
Luxembourg is ideal for a breath
of fresh air and it's just two steps
away! No one can resist the call or
charm of this hotel with a strong
personality and high-added
value

AN EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION
In the heart of the Latin Quarter,
the 5th arrondissement remains
the most popular among literary
folk (academics, writers, editors,
journalists). Two minutes away
from the largest green space in

(Juliette Greco) floors is perfect

for male customers, an amateur
lover of "French" living; while the
first floor (Les Cocottes) and its
pretty boudoir atmosphere, like
the fifth (Les Signares) and sixth
floors (Marguerite Duras), may
be better suited for a female
clientele. As you can see, each of
the hotel's 35 rooms and suites
has its own universe. So do not
hesitate to ask for a small private
tour! The hotel staff is very
helpful, so it wont be a bother
to them.

for tourists who are visiting
Notre-Dame cathedral; Muse
Cluny and its superb Middle Age
collections; the Snat; or for

VALRIE MANOLS
INSPIRED DCOR
The interior designer Valrie Manol
found inspiration in the history of the
neighbouring monument, a symbol of
French refinement par excellence, and
the exceptional destiny of women who
marked their times with their talents
and courage. Thus, the masculine side
of writer George Sand and her beautiful
countryside of Nohant, known for its
feminine side, have inspired the dcor
in equal parts. The novel, 'The Lover',
by Marguerite Duras (Prix Goncourt
1984), gave birth to the refinement
of the dcor and the Asian-colour
silkiness in the rooms on the sixth and
last floors; the Signares story (these
beautiful African Mtis women who,
from the fifteenth century, played an
important economic and social role on
the west coast near Senegal) recounts
the signature ethnic chic dcor of the
rooms on the fifth floor...

HARMONY & COMFORT

If each floor comes with a different
atmosphere, the key word remains
"harmony"; this is so that customers
dealing with these "Dames du
Panthon" are wrapped in lush
comfort and elegance. With several
room categories we recommend
those with a small terrace or balcony
all are equipped with a large desk
and iPad and/or laptop upon
request for business travellers. The
bar, a quiet and comfortable area
ideal for meetings, and a beautiful
dining hall, exposed with white
stones, that hosts the breakfast
buffet, both pleasantly complete
the offer of the place.

Flash forward
After Sophie Berthelot and
Marie Curie, two other
women enter the Panthon
on May 27th: Germaine
Tillion and Genevive de
Gaulle-Anthonioz, two great
French ladies who have
distinguished themselves by
their courage and Republican
commitment. Respect!

SUITE WITH A VIEW
If all the room categories (Superior,
Executive, Deluxe) offer the same
comfort, then stop by the only and
uniquely different 27.50m2 room at the
Sze: the Junior Suite. The suite is nestled
in the attic with two breath-taking views
of the Basilique du Sacr-Cur in
Montmartre and the head of the Eiffel
Tower and can be seen from either the
bed or the whirlpool tub. Its sunny yellow
colour accents invite light to be reflected
on the walls in pure white and funky blue.

DE SZE
HOTEL

TAILORED SERVICES
The first four-star hotel for the hotel
group Regetel, which already has several
charming three-star Parisian hotels, has
to be worthy of your dreams. The hotel
has a particularly thoughtful and attentive
service: Clarins welcome products in all
bathrooms, a delicious breakfast served in
your room or a buffet option, and smiles
on all floors...

In the Parisian
neighbourhood of La
Madeleine, on the 16, Sze
Street, is a new, charming
and deco address. Time to
awaken your senses

QUIRKY DCOR
From the basement to the attic, this
neo-naturalist dcor calls to mind the
spirit of a "cabinet of curiosities".
As soon as you enter the lobby, you
will find the veined ceramic floor, the

paintings and the composition of

magnified glass inviting you in. Before
returning to your "apartments", taking
a break in the lobbys comfortable
taupe velvet armchairs is a must; if your
heart tells you to take the staircase
instead of the elevator, then do it!
But be careful: the carpet with graphic
patterns might make you dizzy.
Psychedelic atmosphere much?

A HARMONY BIAS

SHAPED LIKE A BASEMENT

Everywhere, in every room, the

ambiance and details recall Annes
and Emanules "collector" bias
something they had wanted
represented at the Sze. Vibrant and
organic paintings bring forth liveliness
did you say flora and fauna?
"Natural" accessories are always in
sight! Coral chandeliers, wall coverings,
pearl effect; studied colours All of this
attention to detail is especially pushed
to give the hotel that extra something
called charm.

Last but not least, the Sze installed a

fitness room with several high tech
devices and steam room in a beautiful
vaulted room, with walls covered in stone.
Also available, massages by appointment
ensure fun and exercise. What better way
to end your day than being reunited with
the hands of Morpheus?
