let me tell you,as I spoke to the president of Adhnoc, he was in the same situtaion as you are at
this moment.but they saw the benefits which will give maximising in there productioin
,profitability etc...and found it very interesting .so what he did is, he re scheduled his agenda
and he himself is attending now.
Would this be an option for you as well.

John the situation is that I am currently left with last 10 slots in the system ,so for the official
registration to secure the slot for you in the conference what I will need is the registration form
which is at the last page of the agenda.

You have to take a print out of the regsitration form,fill the details such as your name,job
title,organization details,sign it .
By the way what kind of credit card would you be using ?
John,all organizations are using corporate credit card.
I am sure you must be having corporate credit card in your organization.
Case-1(visa/mastero)
perfect.you need to scan the filled registration form,and send it to the email id indicated on the
upper left corner of the agenda.
Can you confirm which email address is there in the agenda?
Case-2(suggestion for personal credit card)
Well john in many cases ,most of the delegates who dnt have corporate credit cards use their
personal credit card because after the transaction ,immediately we will send you the invoice which
you can show to the finance department and reimburse the amount immediately.
So,would this be an option for you as well?
case-3(invoice case)
Well in this case, I will speak to my finance departmentto make an exception and issue an invoice.
But,from your side,can you also speak with your financial team to make sure that there is swift
transfer and the payment is done with in next 5 working days .
Instead of credit card details,write bank transfer sign it,scan it and send it back to the email id
mentioned on the upper left corner of the registration form.

in case if I do not receive your email from you within 1hour time I wil give ou a call to see if any
technical problem is there.
Case 2: Why should I send it now?
Well john as I mentioned we only last 4 slots in the system and result I cant secure the slot without
registration. It hardly takes 5 minutes to fill up the registration form can you send it in 1 hour of
time.
Case 3:I am travelling,
John am sure you must be having a secretary, because for most of the directors normally secreatry
will do this kind of formalities.
So what is the name of the secretary and her conatct number so that I can finalise the formalities
with her.
Can you inform her that I will be contacting her to finalise the formalities.

have done is ,they have send us the registration form as TBA which means To Be Announced what
it means is you are officially securing the slots for your orgainsation without specifying who exactly
would be attending,
so the places are officially secured and you have time upto 1 week before the conferece who exactly

will be attending this summit.
