Overview:

UnderthedirectsupervisionofaTherapistorTherapyAssistant,theRehabilitationTechnician
willberesponsibleforparticipatingindirectclientcare,planningandimplementingspecific
treatmentprogramsforindividualclientsaccordingtotheprinciplesandpracticesofphysical
therapy/occupationaltherapy/speechlanguagepathologyinthePostAcuteMedical/Warm
SpringsHospitalSystem.TheRehabilitationTechnicianmustbeflexibletomeettheneedsof
thesystemwithinmanydifferentfacilitiesandprovideclericalbackupasneededtothestaff
therapistsandofficestaff.Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedorrequested.Treatsclients
withagesfromnewborntogeriatric.Thisisanonexemptposition.

Qualifications:

EducationandTraining:Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.Onthejobtraining.Hascurrent
CPRcertificationandmaintainssame.

Experience:Noexperiencerequired.Priorhealthexperienceispreferred.
