INTODUCTION

Now a days customers are continuously facing the


problem, which broadband services to buy.
After the introduction of smartphones, laptops, I
pad and other devices, the choice seemed to be
even harder since the opportunities and offers that
produces and providing are endless. The
broadband industry has increasingly recognized the
meaning and customer satisfaction and
experience, in rapidly changing business
environment today, customer satisfaction is a
critical factor for broadband service industry to
maintain and improve their profitability.

INDUSTRY PROFILE
Airtel, Vodafone, Docomo, MTS, Reliance, Idea etc
are the major broadband services in Bangalore.
Tikkona, Spectranet, Hathway, acctv, You
Broadband, ACT, D-VoiS etc are other broadband
services in Bangalore. Bangalore is the first city in
India which introduce 4G network by Airtel.
The growth of Broadband services is highly driven
by supportive government policies emerging new
technologies and changing consumer behavior.

COLLECTION OF DATA
The search to answer the research questions is
called collection of data. Both primary and
secondary data has been collected for the purpose
of research

Sample size, the sample size is 200. This sample is


decided by taking into consideration time and cost
available to the researcher. Also the parameters
like family income, age, occupation etc, has also
been taken into consideration while deciding the
sample size.

Statistical tools: structured questionnaires and


other statistical tools used for the research are
frequency to know the brand purchased by the
respondents and level of satisfaction, correlation to
know is there any correlation between the
satisfaction level and the price of the service,
brand name, speed & features.
