Power Abs & Booty Burn- Using a variety of equipment and techniques, Power Abs & Booty Burn will alternate between working your abs and booty. This class
will sculpt and lift your booty an ab.
Power Circuit- Build your strength, cardio and endurance by moving from station to station based on time, not reps. A fun class that anyone can do!
Power Hour: Come sculpt your body in this one hour class. One song per muscle group. You chose how hard you work by choosing what you lift!

Step n Stuff- Offers a variety of step classes, step sculpt, athletic step, and dance step; but not all on the same day! Classes are suitable for all fitness levels.
Step Unlimited - Strengthen your legs, improve coordination! Add in toning work with weights or pilates at the end of each class and a great stretch. Beginner to
advanced all welcome.
Strength Training & Cycle Intervals Get a complete workout in 1 hour with a variety of equipment including TRX. We will alternate between strength training
and cycling to get the results you want. Note: cycling is broken up into short bouts of time.
Sculpt & Stretch- 30 /30 class, a quick blast workout with a good stretch using foam rolling technique and static stretching.

TRX - Training uses the TRX Suspension Trainer System to leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of different exercises for all levels of
fitness. You will develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.
TRX Circuit - Use TRX straps/Free weights & body weight for maximum burn & toning.
Turbulence: An interval style class/pairing cardio & weight training to create chaos within!
Ultimate Workout: Give your body a new challenge every workout. This class will be different every time from equipment to format. You will always work hard
and get cardio/strength and power.
Weights Please! - Increase your metabolism, sculpt your body and realize your fitness potential by using weights- it's as easy as that.
Yin Yoga: relaxing class with mostly seated postures that are held for around 3 minutes to facilitate deep stretching
Yoga Flow: Connect various yoga postures including, stretching and strengthening poses, together in a medium to moderately paced class.
Zumba - A Latin dance/fitness experience that you will fall in love with! Zumba features easy-to-follow moves to Latin and tropical rhythms for a one of a kind
fitness program. Sculpt your body, burn hundreds of calories and have fun!
20,20,20- Join us for 20 minutes of heart-pumpin' cardio activity, 20 minutes of strength training using a variety of equipment followed by 20 minutes of abs! The
class will wrap up with a stretch to increase your flexibility and range of motion. All fitness levels welcome

Cardio Kickboxing! - Choreographed aerobic workout class. A fusion of fitness training and martial arts. Combinations of punches, kicks, elbows and knees all

Circuit On Track with Tammy - This circuit based workout on the track area has modifications for the beginner to the advanced participant. We will do a variety
of training techniques to get you the results you are after. This will include cardio, walking/running, stairs, bikes, strength, Plyometric and core conditioning.
Core Strength & Stretch - Two very important components to include in any fitness program is the strengthening of core muscles and STRETCHING! Join Karen for
this one hour class which focuses purely on core strengthening exercises and a full body stretch from head to toe!
Cycling - This 60 minute, heart-pumping class on a specialized stationary bike is designed to raise your cardiovascular ability while building strength, power and
endurance. Cycling is suitable for everyone from the first-time exerciser to the serious cyclist.
Fusion Fitness: A Yoga & Pilated inspired class that focuses on body-weight exercises to strength muscles, balance & core.
