Solution
2. Check whether the E1/T1 transmission link on site is normal. Check for the damaged cable, loose
connector.
- Replace or reconnect the E1/T1 cables.

- Reset the faulty board on the M2000 or on site.
Run the MML command RST BRD to reset the faulty board.
