Panel Discussion:

Can the ICC work for Kenya if Kenya does


not want to work with the ICC?

The panel discussion will feature a range of opinions on the different forms of justice
Kenyans wish to see in their country. We offer a forum for discussion for both supporters
and opponents of national judicial proceedings and the International Criminal Court.
Following the moderated debate with the panellists, the audience will be invited to ask
questions.
