Surface preparation.
Ensure that all dirt, rust, grease, or oil is cleaned before painting. Difficult substance like galvanized iron
and aluminum must be etched before painting. Dents have to be filled with polyester filler followed by
spot putty for minor dents. So

what about any safety on the containers?

2. PAINT REMOVER. (DURA COAT PAINT REMOVER)


It is an all purposed paint remover especially used for the removal of ordinary, automobile and
stoving paint from their respective substrates. And are there no safety symbols on

this container?
DIRECTION FOR USE.
Wear eye protection and heavy duty hand gloves during application.
Rub the surface with the aid of a wire brush before the product applied. Pour the paint remover
to the surface to react for about 20 min, remove the soften paint with a scrapper. The excess
Dura coat Paint Remover is cleaned off by applying water.

Do not use near naked flames.


Dura coat is highly corrosive. Avoid Dura coat from coming into contact with skin and
eyes. In case of an accident pour plenty of water and seek immediate medical attention.
The paint should be kept away from reach of children.
Good ventilated room is required when applying the material.

Avoid it coming to contact with your skin, vapor may cause dizziness and drowsiness.

Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking.
Vapor may cause dizziness and drowsiness.

BODY HAMMERS.
1. Cross Chisel Hammer (Wood Handle)
Excellent for finishing. Cross peen used for working in sharp corners around mouldings and for
caulking.

2. Cross Peen Finishing Hammer (Fiberglass Handle)


Used to bump odd fender or bumper contours

3. Curved Pick Hammer


Like 156G except pick end is bent in arc of normal blow. Reaches behind reinforcements to
difficult spots.

4. Dinging Hammer
For light dinging and long reach.

5. Bent Vertical Chisel Hammer (Fiberglass Handle)


Cross peen used for working in sharp corners around mouldings and for caulking. Vertical
chisel end used on sharp corners.
