Dear Michael:
I am very pleased to confirm our offer to you of employment with Company (the Company).
The terms of our offer and the benefits currently provided by the Company are as follows:
Position Title: Software Engineer
Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer
Duties:

Develop algorithms and languages for high-performance parallel computing

Start Date:
Your employment will commence on April 1, 2014.
Salary:
30,000 (UK Pounds) per year, subject to periodic review
Status:

Full time employee

While we look forward to a long and profitable relationship, should you decide to accept
our offer, you will be an at-will employee of the Company, which means the employment
relationship can be terminated by either of us for any reason, at any time, with or without
prior notice and with or without cause. Any statements or representations to the contrary
(and, indeed, any statements contradicting any provision in this letter) should be regarded
by you as ineffective. Any modification or change in your at will employment status may
only occur by way of a written employment agreement signed by you and the Company.

Expenses/Allowances:
Reimbursement of any reasonable travel expenses such as flight, accommodation, and miles,
upon submission of original receipts. You will be reimbursed for other expenses and other costs
in accordance with poloices in place from time to time.
Confidentiality:

In providing your services, you agree that all information obtained during your employment
will be treated as confidential and will not be used in any manner detrimental to the interests of
the Company, nor disclosed to any party except in the interests of the Company. All notes,
records, files, and other documentation that you accumulate or develop in connection with
your employment will be considered the property of the Company. To protect the interests of
the Company, you will need to sign the Companys standard Employee Invention Assignment
and Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of your employment
