I. Officership

Guild Master

Selected by the Guild Master from the

current list of Senior Guild Members.

Vice Guild Master

The number of Vice Guild Masters should
not be higher than the number of Senior
Guild Members.

Senior Guild Member

There can only be five (5), at most, Vice

Guild Masters.

May be selected in two ways:

Election once 50% of the incumbent
officers are inactive in the position
regardless of reason.
Rotational substitution of all inactive
incumbent officers on a monthly
basis.

There are ten (10) SGM seats.

There can only be eight (8), at most, Senior

Guild Members.

II. Membership

Character Limit

The Guild Master is allowed four (4)

characters in the guild.
The Vice Guild Master is allowed
three (3) characters in the guild.
The Senior Guild Member is allowed
three (3) characters in the guild.
Members are allowed two (2)
characters if and only if an active
character is present in the guild.

The Guild Master is allowed three

(3) characters in the guild.

= The Vice Guild Master is allowed
three (3) characters in the guild.
= The Senior Guild Member is allowed
three (3) characters in the guild.
= Members are allowed two (2)
characters if and only if their main
character is in the guild.

Activity precedes any form of promotion in

the guild.

All inactive main characters can stay in the

guild for an indefinite period of time.
Alternate characters will be removed after
a month of inactivity.

Otherwise, inactive members will be

removed after two weeks of inactivity.

[Hiatus, Returned Hero]

Members who are in the hiatus list can
have their main characters in the guild
for a maximum of two months
inactivity only.
Characters aiming for Returned Hero
cannot be enlisted in the hiatus list and
will have all their characters removed in
the proceeding guild maintenance.
[Sudden Inactivity]
Members who went inactive without
reason will have all their characters
removed in the proceeding monthly
guild maintenance.

Inactive recruits are given a week to stay

in the guild and will automatically be
removed after exceeding the limit.

Previous members may return to the guild

as soon as they are back into the game.
Inactivity count will be reset.

Only main characters can be appointed as

an officer in the guild.

None

III. Recruitment

Interview

Vice Guild Masters and Senior Guild

Members are allowed to interview and
invite applicants to the guild.

All max-leveled characters applying in the

guild recruitment board can be accepted
immediately.

Application Process

Guild Blog:
Applicants from the guild blog will be
directed to the in-game recruitment
board and can be accepted
immediately.
Guild Thread:
Applicants from the guild thread in the
Cherry Credits forum will be directed
to the in-game recruitment board and
can be accepted immediately.

All applicants must undergo an interview

before getting accepted to the guild. The
officer in charge of the invitation and
interview has the full discretion on accepting
or rejecting the application.

the accepted members list in the
office group.
The date of acceptance and officer
in charge of the new applicant must
be indicated in the list.
The officer in charge is responsible for
the new applicants, their actions and
guild experience.

Level: 60
Requirements

All applicants are welcome to the guild.

Characters who are below level 60 must

contact an officer directly for the interview.
The guild will not appear in the search
results for characters below the required
level.
There is no gear requirement to join the
guild.

IV. General

Guild Chat

English in the guild chat at all times.

Spamming is considered sending
multiple messages (maximum of five
(5)) in the guild chat consecutively.
Begging is not allowed.
Respect all members in the guild.

Violation of in-game terms and conditions

that may lead to banning, freezing of
accounts, will not be allowed to join the
guild and all guild media.

Reported cases of general misconduct in
and out of the guild will be discussed
thoroughly. Courses of action to take may
vary from a case to case basis.

V. Miscellaneous

Items in the guild storage are free for all.

Guild Storage

All members can deposit items in the guild.

Please note that withdrawn items without
your consent is not a guild responsibility
(refer to previous rule).

Only officers can withdraw items from the

guild. Requests for items can be done by
contacting an officer.

Guild Recruitment Board

Facebook Group

Level and class restrictions are removed.

All players can join the guild.

Level requirement has been increased to

level 60. Refer to the recruitment section for
more details.

Joining the Facebook Group is completely

optional.

Joining the Facebook Group is

mandatory. For any reason that the person
cannot join the group due to privacy, they
have to join with a fake account.
They are given a week to comply.
Failure to comply means that they
cannot be promoted to member.
