OBJECTIVE

Born and raised in the US, I spent the last eight years abroad in which I received a Master’s Degree and excellent sales and PR
experience. Having moved to San Francisco, I am looking to continue a career in PR within a dynamic company.

09 2009 Luxe PR (www.luxepr.com) is an agency specializing in luxury hotels and restaurants.
Responsibilities included managing three client accounts while obtaining excellent and varied
press coverage, organizing events, writing press releases, newsletters, a monthly column,
editorial and advertorial copy, and establishing an overall reputable relationship with the
media and journalists. Promoted to Head of Business Development charged with recruiting
new clients to the agency as well as actively promoting Luxe PR through social media forums.

11 2007 - Meltwater News, London- International Management Trainee

05 2008 B2B Sales Consultant for the global market leaders in online media monitoring. Gained
extensive experience in online media while engaging and understanding the challenges faced
by clients from a variety of sectors.

06 2006 - Upstage Theater and Restaurant, Port Townsend, WA (USA)

09 2006 Head of marketing and PR, fulltime position.
Responsible for promoting the events held daily at the restaurant, writing press releases and
biographies for upcoming shows and artists, as well as promoting the Port Townsend annual
Jazz and Blues Festival.
