OTHER TERMS & CONDITONS OF DISPOSAL OF VEHICLES:


01.

The last date for submission of sealed bids in the office of undersigned
is 07/05/2015 on or before 1200 hours.

02.

Bids received after due date and time specified above, and / or without
Security Deposit will not be considered / entertained.

03.

The bids will be opened at 2nd Floor, Software Technology Park, I-9/3,
Islamabad on 07/05/2015 at 1230 hours in the presence of bidder(s).

04. The offers / bids must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening of
the tender.
05.

Bidders are required to submit photocopy of their attested National


Identity Card (CNIC). Bidder must also submit 5% earnest money along
with bid document in the form of a Pay Order/Demand Draft (to be
issued by renowned schedule bank) of the total bid value in favour of
Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt.) Limited. The Security Deposit will
be returned to un-successful bidders after evaluation.

06.

Successful bidder(s) shall be required to submit, within week, a Pay


Order / Demand Draft from any Schedule Bank in favour of PAKISTAN
REVENUE AUTOMATION (PVT.) LIMITED for the entire quoted amount.

07.

If the bidder withdraws his offer for the amount quoted by him / them
in the bid during the validity period of 60 days the Security deposit
with his / her tender is liable to be forfeited.

08.

In case of any further inquiry, kindly contact to the undersigned or the


persons as mentioned in the above chart.

09.

Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt.) Ltd. reserves the right to cancel


this tender in full / partial and / or reject any or all bids.The reasons for
rejection will be provided on request.

10.

The successful bidder will be required to deposit all taxes as per rules /
law. The quoted rates must be inclusive of all taxes and other charges
etc.

11.

The successful bidder will be required to deposit full amount of his bid
plus taxes and collect vehicles within 30 days of approval of bid, failing
which earnest money will be confiscated.

12.

The successful bidders will bear all the expenses regarding transfer of
ownership of the vehicles.

13.

The vehicles will be transferred / awarded to the highest bidders after


completion of all codal formalities.

14.

Pakistan Revenue Automation (Pvt.) Ltd reserves the right to accept /


reject any or all the tenders. The reasons for rejection will be provided
on request.

15.

Information given, including complete address, contact number if


found to be incomplete/ false at any stage, will result in immediate
rejection of bid.

16.

PRAL may ask for any further information and details at any time
during evaluation period if required and PRAL may reject any/all bid(s)
according to PPRA rules.

17.

Please post all your queries for the subject tender (if any)
onsajid.naseem@pral.com.pkat least 05 working days prior to bid
opening date.

18.

All bids shall be evaluated according to the highest offer.

19. Bidders must inspect the vehicle prior quoting their offers in all
respects.
