3.

Check tightness of all fittings and flanges.

4.

Verify proper filters are in use.

5.

Check opening and closing of all drain and shutoff valves.

6.

Flush liquid fuel piping by bypassing control valve; do not flush through flow
meters.

7.

Verify all drain lines are installed according to the F&ID and have continuous
discharge to sump tank.
NOTICE
VERIFY FUEL MEETS GE SPECIFICATIONS PRIOR TO ADMITTING TO THE
TURBINE. INSERT ANALYSIS REPORT IN THIS SECTION.

8.

Verify sample has been taken and analysis results meets GE specifications.

9.

Verify that orifices for divider reference pressure are installed.

10.

Check opening and position of liquid fuel control valve; hydraulic pressure should be available. (Turbine
cranking @ approximately 2200 rpm is needed to stroke valve).
Use calibration function on the HMI. Verify correct valve calibration.
Go to 0, 25, 50,100 and 0 % of travel. Check that demand and feedback match.
Physically check the valve movement in fuel skid.

11.

Verify fuel heater is in place and functional, if applicable.
