Quality Systems Development of Human Resource Management in Cooperative of Tirtoyudo Malang.

Background.
Malang has excellent cooperative growth, this is evidenced by the many new cooperatives and
increasing the good performance of the previous standing.
One of the co-operative that has an excellent reputation is a cooperative Tirtoyudo. Tirtoyudo
cooperative located in a village by the name Tirtoyudo. These cooperatives provide loans to
members and receive deposits from members.
Cooperatives in the previous Tirtoyudo had little cooperative, but now has many cooperatives,
this is due to increased growth and incomes.
Cooperative Tirtoyudo have good profit and increase every year, so that the benefits can be used
to improve human resources. Human resources is an asset that should be improved in order to
compete with other cooperatives.
Although earnings have increased, the cooperative Tirtoyudo not have a standard operating
procedure of human resources in writing and detail.
Tirtoyudo cooperative activities depend to employees senoir in daily activities such as in
decision making.
Cooperative Tirtoyudo have a standard operating procedure outlines and held by the head of the
cooperative, thus .all employees and all departments do not have a standard operating procedure.
Standard Operational Procedure is working procedures in various fields in their daily activities.
Researchers have observed activity in this cooperative. Standard Operational procedure that is
needed is a human resource management to improve performance particularly between sections
starting from recruitment to finish the job and improve skills in each section.
Based on the above problems researchers took the title of this field practice report with the title::
"Development of quality system management of human resources in cooperative Tirtoyudo
Malang.
The purpose of the report:
create standard operating procedures of human resources used in the Tirtoyudo cooperative.
The benefits of the practice field.
Standars operating procedures as supporting data in making decisions and improve the
performance of employees.
Literature Review
The system is a group of components, each of which support each other, interconnected or not all
of which is a unity (Arief Suadi, 2001: 3).
Human resource management includes planning, organizing, monitoring, development and
utilization of human resources effectively to achieve the various goals of individuals,
organizations, communities, national and international. (Dessler (2005: 12)
Cooperative is an association comprised of persons or legal entities that provide the freedom of a
member of the family working together to improve the welfare of members.( Arifinal Chaniago,
1984 )
