AUDITION STANDARDS

Auditions are open to students in grades K12. Candidates audition for BYSO not a specific ensemble and selected candidates will be placed in an appropriate
orchestra based on level. All returning BYSO members must re-audition each year. Please note that, due to the competitive nature of auditions, placement is not
guaranteed. For more information and to apply for auditions, visit www.BYSOweb.org
*Please note that some auditions will be recorded for internal purposes only. Recordings will be deleted at the end of the audition process.

same work that represent
contrasting styles.
