General comments:

1. Bosch is a good player and gaining good market share.

2. They claim a capability of 5%, have good size to power ratio and have lower weight tools.
3. They use a special material for gears (guessed to be some kind of plastic).
4. They are costlier compared to IR but have good durability and are ergonomically good.
5. Use bushing for Output shafts rather than needle roller bearing as they are more viable for damage
6. 1 Series gear assm- Replace nylon washer with steel washers - Pin causes wear of these washer cau
7. 1 Series clutch driver - Ball wears down the ball slot in the flange due to constant hits - 03752508, C
ratcheting is noticed during operation.
8. 1 Series - Forward reverse button bush comes out completely.
9. Vane wear out is common.
10. Rotor bearing is of low quality.
