foundation for consistent GCS success through the development of a strong and pervasive program/project management
discipline. Provide PM services and oversight for select GCS programs/projects. Mentor, train, and guide the organization’s
program team as they learn and adopt PM best practices for their programs and projects. Keep GCS management team and

Goodman Networks Inc. 2007-2008

installation and integration, TDMA de-install for MSCs and Cell sites. My team’s charter is to build a local presence and open
a new office and warehouse in support of local wireless carriers. We have been executing with an extremely high success rate
since mid August.

Multipoint Wireless, LLC

(3 Month Contract) 2007-2007
Project Mgr and consultant (Temp Contract) for Ericsson PMO leading a large turnkey UMTS overlay project. Responsible for
defining site development responsibilities, methodologies and reporting requirements for the selected Approved Service
Provider or (ASP) as well as installation, implementation and integration.

Nokia 2005-2007

Alcatel – USA 2004-2005

Through effective business direction and process improvements the project management team deployed over a million ports of
Next Generation Networks, Soft Switch and Media Gateways, into the T-Mobile network. Managed over 15 Project Managers
and administration staff with varying skills and expertise; Responsible for establishing a Project Roll out, Technical Project
Management and Program financial teams as well as establish a local office presence.

 Established and staffed 3 project teams of 5 people between June and November.
 Established a fully functional local business office and directed all TI improvements
 Deployed over a million ports across the country between June and November 2004 resulting in zero escalations
 Exceeded Customer Satisfaction survey expectations by 6% bringing the final score to 89% for Project
 4 of 5 Team leads were promoted and transferred to new opportunities as a result of our success in 2004.

Scope Networks, Inc. 2002-2004

Sales Director

Responsible for securing sales contracts for telecom services within the wireless sector. I personally managed two of the
largest accounts in the North West Region (T-Mobile and Nokia). Within the two years of my charge of these accounts I
increased revenue by 200%.

 Established a certified installation program through official Nokia training in order to secure installation and
commissioning services for T-Mobile that resulted in zero competition for other vendor types.
 Established Sales contracts with T-Mobile that exceeded $6M at the end of 2004.

Nortel Networks, Inc 1998-2002

National Director of Operations

Responsibilities included supporting the T-Mobile Account (formerly VoiceStream) of day to day engineering and operations
including all national projects, software and hardware upgrades, new product deployment, network expansions, new network
build outs and all budgetary management as well as all interoperability. The team consisted of 3 regional directors and 4
senior managers as well as over 100 cross-functional sand previous pricing to ensure completeness and accuracy.
 Recipient of two President’s awards as well as TOP 5% for outstanding performance and professionalism award.

Senior Project Manager 1995-1998

Directed phase I of Nortel - VoiceStream agreement which included the GSM Network build from San Antonio to Dallas.
Managed four Project Managers, delivering three Core Switches and 700 Cell Sites. Successfully launched the Austin market
consisting, of over 200 sites, on schedule, on budget and increased gross margins by 16% at project close. Directed and
launched the BTA build for VoiceStream Wireless in the Spokane BTA consisting of 45 sites with a crew of 12 people. Market
was launched along with the Seattle MTA on Feb 26, 1999. Lead for the installation of MSC switches in both the Phoenix and
Seattle MTAs for the VoiceStream product line. Due to location and track record, was asked to manage the install of a DMS-
MTX switch and 4 cell sites in the AT&T Wireless lab in Redmond, WA for the purpose of vendor qualification. Directed
Nortel’s first “TURN-KEY” project for the PCS1900 GSM network in Oklahoma City for Western Wireless. From project
kick-off April 1, 1996, to commercial launch, November 24, 1996 the system launched with 106 sites integrated and on the air,
on schedule, and on budget. The project consisted of but was not limited to the responsibility for site development, RF
Engineering, Network Engineering and System Optimization.

 Received the President's Award of Excellence.

Project Manager 1994-1995

Responsible for the build out of the first North American GSM system in the Hawaii MTA for Western Wireless. My role
included assisting the customer in network planning, directing OEM integration, system validation, integration and
optimization. These achievements lead to my promotion to Senior Project Manager.

Verification Office (VO) Engineer 1986-1994

Responsible for writing, creating and executing test cases for all new hardware and software destined for general release for SL100
PBX and MTX platforms. All testing efforts were done in a lab environment before we were required to go to the official verification
office (Customer site) to retest in a live environment.
