Windows 2000-2008 Active Directory server migrations into standalone and virtual servers inside Texas
data centers for all of the State of Texas agencies. Exchange support for 2000-2007 and SQL 6.0 to

The Lamplighter School Systems Administrator 2002-2004
Software and Hardware support for a Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2000/2003 Server and Macintosh 8.x to
10.3.4 LAN. Blackbaud accounting and Snap Common software using SQL 6.5-2000. Migrations from
Windows 9x and 2000 to XP and 2003. Migrated to Exchange 2000/2003 from UNIX email. Calendaring
issues where resolved by a third party solution called meeting maker so the Macintosh and Windows
users could see each others meetings consistently.

The American Red Cross LAN Administrator / Exchange Engineer 2001-2002


Provided hardware and software support for the Blood Services Division in Texas and Oklahoma. Win2k
Compaq Server setup and support for users. LAN accounts with email upgrades of MS Exchange and AD
large decentralized migration. Exchange was Ex-merged and users migrated to local servers at each
location threw remote control. Mainframe connectivity with National Head Quarters FDA regulated blood
donor database using V2200 terminals and Reflections Windows based UNIX compatible software.
Qualified and documented all access equipment to follow HIPPA and the FDA’s stringent regulations.

Software Spectrum Exchange Engineer 2000-2001


Direct support and solution provider for Microsoft with MS Exchange on Win NT 3.5 to 2000. Provided
problem identification and resolution for all types of service regarding Exchange. (Active Directory)

Trained customers on best practices for configuration, migration, backups, and database repair.
Documented case progress with Clarify software. Upgraded customers from NT/2000 and MS Exchange
migrations from 4.0/5.5 to 2000. Created and troubleshot MTA connections between Lotus Notes and
Novell GroupWise. Supported the MS migration tool from Lotus Notes to Exchange for Large consultants
needing both long term and short term solutions. Exmerged data from Exchange 4.0/5.5 to excel and
changed the headers to merge to Windows 2000 Domains and other Exchange servers that had users
within the Domain and some that were not associated with the any of the current Domains at all but where
vendors or business associates.
Setup and duplicated environments to simulate different large corporate environments for advanced
replication issues that remained unresolved threw normal technical support. Repaired, Restored, and
Backed up live and still databases on separate servers to retrieve critical information for Law firms and
companies during disaster recoveries.

Transamerica Real Estate Tax Service LAN Administrator / Network Lead 1995-2000
Served as LAN Administrator (Active Directory) and Network Technician Lead for NT 3.11 to 4.0
environments running Exchange 4.0-5.5 and Lotus Notes. Migrated MS mail users to Exchange 4.0 to 5.0
and then again to 5.5. Migrated and duplicated users within the Lotus Notes/Exchange/GroupWise and
Novell/Windows Domains and applications. Help create and maintain an in house Help desk ticketing
system with Lotus Notes to stream line the company and end user request for products and services.
Performed setup and administration of IIS, SQL 6-6.5, along with imaging configurations of desktop PCs
running 3.11 through Win 98 with Office 95 through Office 2000. Supervised a team of up to eight
technicians that setup and maintained all the equipment during a time of consolidating 50 divisions. Lead
support for Optika Imaging (for document control of all the Real Estate Taxes) with SQL 6-6.5 data
warehousing. Led setup and support users for Optika and out sourced VB programmers to customize the
front end for this and support a 3 year in house project called Total Tax which stream lined information
between mainframe and windows applications including a group crystal reports specialist. Team member
of the IS department which migrated, setup, and serviced up to 1400 pieces of Compaq Servers,
