In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 8, 9 of the


Andhra Pradesh Un-aided Non-Minority / Minority Professional

Institutions (Regulation of Admissions into Under-Graduate


Professional Courses through Common Entrance Test) Rules, 2006
issued in the G.Os 1st and 2nd read above, read with sub rule (V) of

Rule 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Admission and Fee Regulatory


Committee (for Professional courses offered in Private Un-aided

Professional Institutions) Rules, 2006 issued in the G.O 3rd read above
and in pursuance of the resolution of the Committee(AFRC) in their
meeting held on dt.02-08-2008, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh

hereby notify the following Uniform Special fee structure for the Under
Graduate students of Engineering including Pharmacy and Architecture
w

courses in Private Unaided Professional Colleges in the state of Andhra


Pradesh from the academic year 2008-09:-

The Private Un-aided Engineering including Pharmacy and


Architecture colleges are permitted to collect:

(i) Rs.2,000/- as one time payment per student at the


time of admission towards Admission / Registration /
Recognition fees and half of such amount of
Rs.2,000/- so collected shall be remitted by the
Institutions to the concerned University.

(ii) Rs.1,000/- per annum per student during the Course


towards students related special services rendered
by them as detailed below and the said amount shall
be retained by the Institutions.
