Exercise Physiology Lecture
Thank you Dr. Foreman for coming out to give our club a lecture
on exercise physiology. I know everyone learned a lot about
cooling off horses, heart rate, breathing rate, and jumping in
different climates and temperatures. It’s great for all our club
members to learn about keeping horses healthy.

Elections
On April 6th, we will be having elections to
vote for the officer board for the 2015-2016
school year. We are looking forward to see
who will carry on the club!

Fundraising
Thank you to Hailey Anderson and Kelsey Concklin for doing an amazing job
as our fundraising chairs! So far we have raised almost $5,000 with a goal of
$6,000! We are so close and still have a few more fundraisers this semester.
Our GoFundMe page has been extremely successful. Thank you to everyone
who donated and shared our page. We greatly appreciate your support.

Another huge thank you to Jennifer Scianna for organizing a Jamberry Party
for us. We are grateful to have alumni support!

On Saint Patrick’s Day, Illini
Equestrians had another
grilled cheese night. We took
shifts selling the grilled
cheese all night. It was a
good night and we were able
to raise a lot of money!
On April 10th, we will also be
having another Krispy Kreme
fundraiser. Come out to the
Quad and buy some delicious
donuts!
