ACTUS LEND LEASE, Napa, CA 2004 – 2009
Corporate IT Manager
• Created and managed corporate IT department which staffed five regional offices and 15 DOD project sites
throughout the US. Managed a total of 25 employees supporting ERP systems, LAN/WAN, desktops, telephones
for over 1000 end users. Established 7x24 helpdesk, training programs, department newsletter and enterprise
monitoring system. Developed and managed budgets of $3.5 - $4 million. Managed life cycle for over $3 million
in assets.
• Project Manager for JDE system which included application development (BPO, financial systems, dashboards,
budgeting tools), data center relocation, disaster recovery, upgrades, BI reporting systems using Informatica,
Crystal Reports, and ERW. Utilized PMBOK practices and concepts in project management engagements.

delivered via Citrix server farm with an Oracle database. Connectivity to hospital systems for data exchange
utilized HL7 interfaces. Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Responsible for all corporate IT assets located at headquarters, data center and client locations.
• Project Manager for corporate reorganization and data center relocation resulting in a savings $100,000 in
consulting fees.

Senior IT Operations Manager
• Setup and managed desktop and helpdesk system supporting seven locations and 600 users throughout California.
Conducted on-site training for IT staff and employees. Managed all IT assets at primary processing facility and
receiving stations. Part of 5 member team which provided complete corporate support during two IT department
downsizings.
• Infrastructure Project Manager for implementation of Lawson Financials ERP system in 1993 and JD
Edwards One World ERP system in 1997. Implemented BI solutions using COGNOS BI and Crystal Reports for
use with JD Edwards system supporting internal users and remote sales force.
• Managed operations for 7x24 corporate data center including telecomm systems for over 600 users; disaster
recovery manager for desktop, servers, mid-range systems (HP3000, HP9000).
• Project Manager for development and support of ERP interface systems for RFID utilized in containers to track
inventory and multiple environmental conditions along with plant-wide RF system for inventory control; retail
POS (walk-in and catalog sales) integrating with ERP systems; award winning corporate websites for two
companies; interfacing of HP laboratory information systems to ERP system for QA department.
