UsingRDAtocollectconfigurationinformationfromyoursystemtakesafewminutes,butsavesmuchmoretimethan
thatwhenresolvingyourServiceRequestbecausethesupportengineerworkingonyourissuehasalltheneeded
configurationinformationimmediately,ratherthanhavingtoaskforitallagain.Becausethissavestimebothforus
