THERE ARE TWO IMPORTANT ASPECTS OF BECOMING

EXTREMELY AND CONSISTENTLY SUCCESSFUL, TECHNIQUES
AND PERSONALITY. SO FAR, IVE INTRODUCED YOU TO ONLY
THE CT TECHNIQUES... TODAY, ILL TALK ABOUT THE OTHER
ASPECT.

So far, in your Cybernetic Transposition studies, you have been learning the first
aspect, the CT Techniques. These empower you with the tremendously powerful
ability to achieve seemingly impossible very specific results.

But these CT Techniques comprise only one major aspect of CT.

The second major aspect involves applying those techniques to enhancing your
overall personality into one that works constantly, 24/7/365, to make you
extremely successful.

=====================

*** You already have a glimmer of what Im talking about.

*** Whenever you have resolved a Blocker, you have permanently changed
one very specific aspect of your personality and I think you know how
powerfully that has improved your life.

*** What Im now talking about is multiplying that improvement
tremendously.

*** What I am talking about today is, in an organized and proven way, making
very important, permanent changes in your personality whose positive impact
on your life will astounding you.

======================

You see, as amazingly powerful as it is, setting and achieving a seemingly
impossible CT Objective produces a one-time result.

*** However enhancing your personality in the way I will talk about today
produces continual 24/7/365 - extremely gratifying results.

*** The difference between one-at-a-time Blocker resolution fixes and the organized
enhancement of your personality Im now talking about is analogous to the
difference between winning a single baseball game and winning the World
Series.

*** The reason I can show you exactly how to enhance your personality in the
ways I am describing is because I know exactly how to guide you in effectively
working with your Subpersonalities.

Everyones personality results from the operation of all of their Subpersonalities
that are active at any time. Subpersonalities are the aspects of your unconscious
that, at a given time, express either Blockers or Skills. One way of viewing them is as
stimulus-response mechanisms. When the relevant stimulus arises, the
Subpersonality expresses either its Blocker or its Skills.

From your own experience, you know that some of these combinations of
Subpersonalities are a lot more successful than others.

Just think of the person you know who has, in your opinion, the most successful
personality and the person who has the least.

=====================

*** In your imagination, compare the two.

*** See what I mean?

=====================

Now, moving from the general to the specific, there are four different but closely
related varieties of personality empowerment that you can accomplish through my
CT Personality Enhancement Trainings. I'm going to list them today and discuss
them all in some detail over the next few weeks.

1. The Happy and Comfortable in My Skin Personality incorporates what
social scientists call The Big Five that many years of research have
demonstrated characterize people who are far happier than most and live
their lives with a sense of wellbeing. The Big Five center around being
outgoing, kind, considerate, efficient, effective, relaxed, imperturbable and
creative.

2. The Successful Entrepreneurial Personality is common to all highly
successful entrepreneurs. It incorporates connect-ability - being instantly
trusted by others, leadership, persistence, vigilance and flexibility, having an
effective BS detector, being lucky, doing what is required, optimistic-
pessimism and balance. Without these characteristics, your probability of
failing as an entrepreneur is extremely high.

3. The Top-Rated Employee Personality characterizes the people who are

most valued by large corporations. Employers move people with a Top-
Rated Employee Personality up the hierarchy fast, investing in them
because they recognize that they are dealing with winners.
4. The Super Salesman or Saleswoman Personality is characteristic of those
who are tremendously successful at selling anything. These are the people
who earn tremendous amounts of money because they generate the sales
without which any company will fail. These are the so-called naturals who
seem to be able to sell to anyone.

THE CT ACCELERTION PROCESSES

To facilitate rapidly developing the Success Personality Characteristics, I have
just developed and incorporated into the SSPT, the CT Acceleration Processes.

These cut the time required to perform the Subpersonality Negotiation, the
Building Skill Special Purpose Subpersonality Teams and the Root-Normal Base
Reframing Processes by about TWO-THIRDS.

*** Of course, the impact of these CT Acceleration Processes will extend to all of
your applications of CT.

During the SSPT, I will teach you three extremely powerful CT Acceleration
Processes. They are:

====================

1. The Fast Subpersonality Negotiation Process

When I lead a coachee through the Basic Subpersonality Negotiation Process
(what you are currently using), it usually takes about 25 minutes and thats typically
about half the time it takes them without my help.

Using the Fast Subpersonality Negotiation Process, I accomplish the same results
as when performing the Basic Subpersonality Negotiation, but in only about 10
minutes.

You can do this too, once you develop this component of the CT Acceleration
Process, something that should take you no more than 10 minutes to do.

2. The Fast Building Skill Special Purpose Subpersonality Team Process

Similarly, when I lead a coachee through the Basic Building Skill Special Purpose
Subpersonality Team Process (what youre currently using), it typically takes 10-
12 minutes and Im told thats, again, about half them time it takes them to do it on
their own.

Using the Fast Building Skill Special Purpose Subpersonality Team Process, I
accomplish the same results but in only about 3-4 minutes.

You can do this too, once you develop this component of the CT Acceleration
Process, something that should take you no more than 10 minutes to do.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 5

*** In addition, I will teach you two more Fast CT Processes that will sharply
accelerate your other applications of CT.

3. The Fast Root-Normal Base Reframing Process

Many SACP participants tell me that it takes them about 30 to 45 minutes to
perform a Root-Normal Base Reframing, once they have mastered the Process.

Using the Fast Root Normal Base Reframing Process, It takes me 10 minutes to
perform a complete Root-Normal Base Reframing with no loss in effectiveness.

You can do this too, once you develop this component of the CT Acceleration
Process, something that should take you no more than 10 minutes to do.

4. The Fast SA Clearing Process

I already covered this during the SET2 but have since learned many of you are not
consistently applying this tremendously powerful CT Process that can literally save
you 2-3 hours during each working day. So I have also tuned-up that CT
Acceleration Process to ensure that you fully get the remarkable benefits of
consistently using it.

===================

With these CT Acceleration Processes in hand, you should be able to zip through
your SSPT Homework in well less than half the time it previously took which
means that youll have time to get everything done and, thus, to reap the
tremendous benefits.

I think youll agree that this is a tremendous improvement.

COULDNT YOUR PERSONALITY REALLY DO A LOT BETTER

FOR YOU?

Does your personality actually contribute enough to your successfulness, joy, well-
being and happiness to satisfy you?

Do people want to be around you?

Do you want to be around you?

Are you truly happy and satisfied with your life?

Do you consider it really successful?

Or do you just say, Thats just the way I am and go with the status quo of not
where I want to be?

*** Given that youre reading this, I seriously doubt that what I just proposed
is true of you.

*** So please think about the following.

================

*** Couldnt your personality really do a lot better for you?

================

If you're open to making that happen, please read on.

Previously, I described four different highly successful personality types.

*** However, I didnt tell you the big secret that apparently only I have
discovered at least as far as Ive been able to discern.

*** To the greatest extent, these four highly successful personality types
tremendously overlap each other. Most of the personality characteristics of
one are the same personality characteristics involved in the others.

The difference is how you use your personality. What you focus on.

In case you dont remember these four highly successful personality types, here they
are again.

It incorporates Connect-Ability - being instantly

effective BS detector, being lucky, doing what is required, optimistic-

4. The Super Salesman or Saleswoman Personality is characteristic of those
who are tremendously successful at selling anything. These are the people
who earn tremendous amounts of money because they generate the sales
without which any company will fail. These are the so-called naturals who
seem to be able to sell to anyone.

====================

Today, Im going to list and very briefly explain the set of remarkably powerful
characteristics that underlie all four of these highly successful personality
types.

These are the personality characteristics that you can only develop all at once
and extremely effectively by participating in the The CT Super Successful
Personality Training.

====================

By participating in The CT Super Successful Personality Training, you will
incredibly enhance your personality by developing or remarkably enhancing the
following characteristics.

1. Being Outgoing.

Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and socially confident. An
outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with.
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 8

2. Having Connect-Ability.

That is, the ability to rapidly and easily connect with people in a way that causes
them to instantly intuitively trust you, to create what I call a trust pipeline.
Connect-Ability underlies effective leadership, management and selling.

3. Being A Good Listener.

The ability to pick up not only the words but the meaning of what another
person is consciously and unconsciously expressing and experiencing. It is the
basis of empathy which, along with being Outgoing, having Connect-Ability and
being Appropriately Compassionate and Kind underlies the major skill of
Effective Relationship-Building.

4. Appropriate Compassion and Kindness

Appropriate Compassion involves being empathetic in the sense of
understanding what is going on with others, concerned without pitying,
sensitive and tolerant but not in a weak or self-sacrificing way. Appropriate
Kindness is being friendly, appropriately generous without being self-sacrificing
and considerate in a balanced way that works for you and for others.

5. Leadership.

Leadership is evidenced by the intended followers enthusiastically following the
Leader. Leadership is the bedrock of building a team, leading others to realize
your vision and effective selling. It doesnt matter whether you are leading your
friends, family or co-workers, whether you are leading your play team or
business, whether you are leading someone to buy what you are selling. It is all
Leadership.

6. Persistence.

Persistence is the skill of picking yourself up by your bootstraps and carrying on
when faced with the obstacles that are part of accomplishing anything. It is also
called resilience or tenacity. It doesnt matter what area of life youre talking
about, Persistence is key to getting the result you want.

7. Vigilance and Flexibility.

If youre a fan of American or European football, youve seen what I mean in
action. For example, just watch a top American football half back running at
great speed into holes that suddenly appear, incredibly rapidly changing
direction while absolutely maintaining their focus on the goal. Similarly, highly
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 9

successful people need to very rapidly and effectively become aware of and
respond to relevant changes in their environment while remaining focused on
their goals.

8. Has An Effective BS Detector.

In order to be successful at almost anything, you must gather expertise and
information from other people and sources. However, a lot of those others and
sources are, in effect, woofers who are good talkers but dont really know what
they are talking about. So the ability to sort out the wheat from the chaff, sort out
good advice and valid statements from bad, is absolutely critically important.
The lack of an Effective BS Detector is at the heart of nearly all interpersonal
failures. whether it involves believing someones assertion or counting on
someone who doesnt do what they say they will.

9. Proven Luck.

Proven Luck is what Napoleon required of his Marshalls and is closely related to
precognition, that is, having accurate hunches about which way to go when you
dont have enough information. Picking the right people, doing the right thing,
effectively pointing the way when you dont have enough information are all a
part of Proven Luck. And Luck is a critical aspect of a Super Successful
Personality. Just ask anyone who is successful at essentially anything.

10. Actually Does What Is Required.

That is, Actually Doing what needs to be done because only action produces
results. Thinking, musing, discussing, planning, plotting and procrastination
generate nothing outside of your own mind. Only Actually Doing does that. But
its not only taking action, but rather taking the action that is required which
often involves achieving seemingly impossible results. Just ask anyone who has
been successful at essentially anything and theyll tell you that in getting there,
they were faced with doing what others said was impossible.

11. An Optimistic Pessimist or a Pessimistic Optimist.

Whatever you call it, a successful person must be optimistic enough to be
strongly pulled forward by their vision while, at the same time, pessimistic
enough to see the pitfalls that must be remedied. They must also have a core of
neutrality neither positive nor negative that allows them to effectively
evaluate and build on the positives and remedy the negatives. In other words,
they must be imperturbable.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

12. Simplification.

Simplification in this context means rapidly and accurately perceiving the core
of an issue, an opportunity or a pitfall. It is the ability to rapidly and effectively
home in on the essence of something and that is the precursor to inventing an
appropriate response through Effective Creativity. It is the essence of genius as
many recognized geniuses have pointed out through the ages.

13. Effectively Creative.

Effective Creativity involves on-demand and longer-term invention. On-demand
invention means that, on-the-spot, you invent an effective and workable
response to an opportunity or a pitfall. Longer-term invention is involved in
creating major workable innovations.

14. Being In-Balance

In this context, Being In-Balance means being internally in balance so that you
are relaxed, happy and effective and being in balance with whatever outer
situation and people you are encountering. Being In-Balance is key to
appropriately and effectively expressing all of the other characteristics noted
above no matter what person and or situation you find yourself in.

===================

*** These are the fourteen tremendously powerful personality characteristics
you will develop when you participate in the CT Super Successful Personality
Training.

*** How would you rate yourself now as far as expressing each of them?

*** Dont just skip by this, actually rate yourself on a 1 to 10 scale on each,
with a 10 meaning the highest level of expressing the characteristic youve
ever seen in someone else.

*** Now look at those ratings and imagine what your life would be like if every
characteristic you now rate as less than a 10 were at least a 9. Because thats
what you can expect if you participate in the CT Super Successful Personality
Training at least based on others participants results.

*** Whether you simply want to be Happy and Comfortable in Your Own Skin, a
Highly Successful Entrepreneur, a Top-Rated Employee or a Super Salesman or
Saleswoman, these are the personality characteristics that will empower you
to become just that or any combination of them.

HOW YOU WILL LEAD YOUR PERSONALITY TO SING JUST

THE RIGHT SUCCESS SONG IN EVERY SITUATION.

So far, Ive told you about the fifteen Success Personality Characteristics that
underlie the four Key Success Personalities.

=================

*** Now I'm going to explain how your unconscious will automatically
combine these fifteen Success Personality Characteristics in the specifically
right combination so that you will be extremely successful with any person or
in any situation you encounter.

*** This is critically important because others will respond to, cooperate with
and support you most effectively when you present yourself in a way that they
unconsciously trust and that meets their unconscious needs.

*** This is also critically important because each situation requires a specific
response by you to extremely successfully capitalize on it.

*** And when your unconscious automatically makes this happen, youll find
yourself becoming remarkably luckier.

For example, SSPT-1 Graduate Brad Ritchey reports:

I had a very unexpected result as a consequence of participating in the SSPT-1.

Going in, I had no interest at all in starting a new business or getting a perfect
job. But since I was in the course, I decided that I would follow along and do
everything in anticipation of either of those outcomes and see what happens.

It turns out that circumstances came about where I met people in October who
had been searching for someone with my particular expertise and they
extended me an offer to join a private equity firm, something I never imagined.

Its a job of sorts, but also my own business of sorts, because I will mostly work
remotely, and I'm in charge of developing a new business for them, and I have
equity which I can make more valuable by my direct efforts, which I figure will
net me an extra $200,000 this year and the sky's the limit next year. As well as a
chance to live in another country I hadn't lived in before.

Not to mention the excitement of being back in the fast lane and looking
forward to waking up every day and building something.

Thank you again. You are an amazing and inspiring teacher. Your stuff works.

Sincerely, Brad

*** And the SSPT starts producing positive changes in your life FAST!

*** For example, SSPT-1 Graduate Steven Demarais sent me the following
about a third of the way through the SSPT:

Although I am only part was through the SSPT, my inner growth resulting
from this program has resulted in record growth of my business.

In the past, I have been less outgoing than I needed to be to be really successful
so the Connect-Ability and Being Outgoing segments have helped me
tremendously.

I also find that my Persistence has increased so much that I have repeatedly
persisted to the point of closing deals that would not have previously brought
to fruition.

I am very excited to complete the SSPT and to see the future results.

Thanks, Stu. I cannot thank you enough for the impact your programs have had
on my life.

Steve

2.
3.
4.

The Successful Entrepreneurial Personality
The Top-Rated Employee Personality
The Super Salesman or Saleswoman Personality
The Happy and Comfortable in My Skin Personality

I pointed out that if you properly combine these 15 Success Personality
Characteristics in ways that are appropriate to each situation and the people
involved in them, you can achieve the successful results that ALL of these success
personalities produce when expressed in appropriate balance.

Today, I am going to explain how you will be empowered to accomplish that when
you participate in the SSPT (Super Successful Personality Training).

==================

*** The simplest way of explaining this process is by drawing an analogy to a

symphony orchestra with a world-renowned conductor, each member of the
orchestra being a consummate expert, a master at playing his or her chosen
instrument.

*** Such an expert orchestra can do an outstanding job playing just about any
music presented to it, under the guidance of their Master Conductor.

*** Similarly, when you have graduated from the Super Successful Personality
Training, your own Inner Master Conductor, Your Super-Balance Team, will
lead your own orchestra consisting of your fifteen Unconscious Success
Personality Expert Teams, each of which will appropriately express in masterly
fashion the most effective level of one of Success Personality Characteristics
listed above.

*** However, you can also consciously collaborate with you own Inner Master
Conductor, Your Super-Balance Team, to define what your personality should
empower you to achieve with a specific person and/or in a specific situation.

*** To accomplish this, you will consciously instruct Your Super-Balance Team
in one of two ways.

1. In right-now situations, you will employ the CT Zapper Process of
creating a perfect 10 Imaginary Experience describing the way you
want to be successful in this situation. Then, via your Inner Anchor Point
you will give it to Your Super-Balance Team, instructing it to
immediately generate this result.

2. With respect to more extended successes you want to manifest, you will
create and implement a CT Objective via The Target Process and instruct
Your Super-Balance Team and your Success Team to collaborate in
achieving it.

=======================

*** Just imagine what your life will be like when you unconsciously express
the following fifteen Success Personality Characteristics listed below in
combinations that perfectly suit each situation and person with whom you
interact in manifesting what you have specified.

*** Here are, is a brief explanation of those fifteen Success Personality
Characteristics:

Module 1: Extremely Effectively Relating with Others
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 15

1.

Having Connect-Ability: Being instantly intuitively trusted by others.

2.

Being Outgoing: Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and
socially confident. An outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable,
easygoing and fun to be with.

3.

Being A Good Listener: The ability to pick up not only the words but the
meaning of what another person is consciously and unconsciously
expressing and experiencing via Psychic Listening. It is the basis of
empathy which, along with being Outgoing, Having Connect-Ability and
Being Appropriately Compassionate and Kind underlies the major skill
of Effective Relationship-Building.

Module 2: Being Extremely Effective

4.

Simplification: Rapidly and accurately perceiving the core of an issue, an

opportunity or a pitfall. It is the ability to rapidly and effectively home in
on the essence of something and that is the precursor to instantly
inventing an appropriate and very successful response through Effective
Creativity.

5.

6.

7.

Knowing and Using Your Recognized and Unrecognized Strengths:

Building on strength is key to achieving great success. But before you
can build on your existing strengths, you must know them and set things
up so that you unconsciously express them in ways that are appropriate
to each person and situation you encounter.
Persistence: Picking yourself up by your bootstraps and carrying on
when faced with the obstacles that are part of accomplishing anything.
It is also called resilience or tenacity. Persistence is key because if you
dont stick with a winning approach, youll lose.
Vigilance and Flexibility: If youre a fan of American or European
football, youve seen what I mean in action. For example, just watch a top
American football half back running at great speed into holes that
suddenly appear, incredibly rapidly changing direction while absolutely

maintaining their focus on the goal. Thats something you absolutely

need to be able to do to become highly successful.

8.

An Optimistic Pessimist or a Pessimistic Optimist - with a Core of

Neutrality. Whatever you call it, a highly successful person must be
optimistic enough to be strongly pulled forward by their vision while, at
the same time, pessimistic enough to see the pitfalls that must be
remedied. They must also have a core of neutrality neither positive nor
negative that allows them to effectively evaluate and build on the
positives and remedy the negatives. In other words, they must be
imperturbable.

9.

Has An Effective BS Detector: In order to be successful at almost

anything, you must effectively interact with and gather expertise and
information from other people and sources. However, a lot of those
others and sources are, in effect, woofers who are good talkers but
dont really know what they are talking about. So the ability to sort out
the wheat from the chaff, sort out good advice and valid statements from
bad, is absolutely critically important.

10. Effective Creativity: This centers around on-demand and longer-term
invention. On-demand invention means that, on-the-spot, you invent an
effective and workable response to an opportunity or a pitfall. Longer-
term invention is involved in creating major workable innovations.

11. Proven Luck: Luck is unconsciously generated success so you get what
you consciously want without consciously striving for it. When you do
this consistently, I call it Proven Luck. This is what Napoleon required of
his Marshalls and is closely related to precognition, that is, having
accurate hunches about which way to go when you dont have enough
information. Picking the right people, doing the right thing, effectively
pointing the way when you dont have enough information are all a part
of Proven Luck. This a personality characteristic that almost all highly
successful people say is absolutely key to achieving tremendous success.

Module 3: Highly Effective Leadership

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 17

12.

13.

Appropriate Compassion: This involves being empathetic in the sense

of understanding what is going on with others, concerned without
pitying, sensitive and tolerant but not in a weak or self-sacrificing way.
Appropriate Kindness is being friendly, appropriately generous and
considerate in a balanced way that works for you and for others.
Appropriate Compassion and Kindness are key to developing others
Loyalty and you need their Loyalty to assist you in achieving your great
successes.

Leadership is evidenced by the intended followers enthusiastically
following the Leader. Leadership is the bedrock of building a team,
leading others to realize your vision and effective selling. It doesnt
matter whether you are leading your friends, family or co-workers,
whether you are leading your play team or business, whether you are
leading someone to buy what you are selling. It is all Leadership.

Module 4: Extremely Effectively Doing
14.

15.

Actually Does What Is Required: That is, Actually Does what needs to be
done because only action produces results. Starting to and completing
the required action in a timely fashion. This often involves achieving
seemingly impossible results.

Being In-Balance: Being internally in balance so that you are relaxed,
happy and effective and being in balance with whatever outer
situation and/or people you are encountering by appropriately and
effectively expressing the required level of each of the other Success
Personality Characteristics described above no matter what person
you encounter or situation you find yourself in.

I will lead you through proven CT Processes that will empower you to build an
Expert Unconscious Team that is a master at expressing each of these Success
Personality Characteristics through you.

I also will lead you through other proven CT Processes that will empower to build
your Master Conductor, Your Super-Balance Team that will orchestrate and lead
these fifteen extremely powerful Success Personality Expert Teams to play the
success song required to get you what you are seeking in each situation and with
each person your encounter.

=====================

***The result will be that your personality will automatically adjust to what
works best in each situation, with each person.

======================

*** Just imagine how powerfully successful that will make you?

======================

For example, SSPT-1 Graduate Angela Roberts sent me over a fifty examples of her
tremendous successes resulting from participating in the SSPT-1 and specifically
pointed out the following few of the many automatically generated by some of her
SSPT Expert Success Personality Teams:

Connect-Ability Expert Team: Cold sales calls averaging at least 4-5
minutes (as opposed to a typical a few seconds or a hangup), easily breaking
through barriers caused by the stereotype of recruiters (which is Angelas
business) and a significant improvement in being able to successfully build
rapport with individuals while interviewing with them.

Effective Creativity Expert Team: New ideas are just as easy as applying the
tip of my pen to a piece of paperthis team causes creative solutions to flow as
easily as water running downstream. Daily efficiency gain huge win!

Super Lucky Expert Team: Scheduled a candidate for an interview who didnt
appear to be qualified for any of our open positions. 20 minutes before the
interview a new position opened upmatching the candidates qualifications
and position requirements perfectly. Immediate win/immediate placement.

Super Lucky Expert Team: I called to recruit a manager at a companyhe
told me he was happy there but sure could use my help. Won a fortune 500
company with one recruiting call

Super Lucky Expert Team: A VP of Phase I studies requested to connect with
me on LinkedIn one night while I was working late. He indicated he was
seeking a new position so I scheduled a call with him the next morning. While
speaking with him, received an email from an existing client telling me they
were in desperate need of a VP over their Phase I division. Immediate
Placement worth ~$40k with less than 60 minutes of effort.

Leadership Expert Team: My physical work team has been automatically
executing my Leadership vision, reporting to me during our daily huddles what
they have already accomplished rather than me leading them.

Simplification Expert Team: This is the area in which I grew the most during
the SSPT, going from a 4 before the SSPT to a 9 now. Simplification has saved
me huge amounts to time and aggravation. For example, it empowered me to
greatly simplify aspects of my training of new personnel so they pick up on the
essentials much quicker and more easily. It also enabled me to greatly simplify
our invoicing and accounts payable system, saving a huge amount of time. And
in my personal life, when my Uncle had a stroke, Simplification enabled me to
simplify a situation with the care of my Aunt in 2 days that my Uncle had been
struggling with for 4 years.

====================

Literally, the only way you can accomplish this is by participating in the SSPT.

====================

*** Just imagine how incredibly successful it will be when you, like Angela,
Steve and Brad, express each of the fifteen Success Personality Characteristic in
ways that are just right for each situation and person you encounter.

*** Just imagine how the specifically tailored expression of your Highly
Successful Entrepreneur Personality, Top-Rated Employee Personality, Super
Salesman or Saleswoman Personality and Happy and Comfortable in Your Own
Skin Personality will empower you to be tremendously successful on a
continuing basis.

*** In other words, by participating in my SSPT, you will empower yourself to
unconsciously express just the right combination of these four success
personalities to extremely effectively fit each situation.

===================

*** The SSPT employs a unique and incredibly effective process I invented to
develop or enhance each of the fifteen Extremely Powerful Success Personality
Characteristics listed above.

*** How effective is that process?

*** On the average, my trainees who have employed this processes to develop
these Extremely Powerful Personality Characteristics have, on the average,
reported that they...

*** Grew from a level of 4.3 before the training to a level of 9.6 at the end of the
training on a scale where 10 equals the highest level of expressing each of these
personality characteristics that they have ever seen in anyone!

==================

*** And when your unconscious automatically makes this happen, youll find
yourself becoming remarkably more successful, sometimes in ways that
consciously surprise you.

For example, SSPT-1 Graduate Even Cekota reports:

For me, the SSPT was an absolutely unique experience, much more rewarding
and enjoyable than the SACP.

I felt I was working and developing myself (on the inside) rather than working
on some objective or intention (on the outside). So, for me, the SSPT was about
transforming myself - about tapping, releasing, mobilizing my inner potential
rather than sharpening some tools as in the SACP.

Each Success Personality Characteristic that you introduced coincided (about
80% of the time) with what was happening in my life/work just that particular
week. So it was just spot on and extremely timely and useful.

I was surprised how quickly some of these Success Personality Characteristics
started showing up positively in my life. Usually, there were dozens of positive
examples each day. In fact the various Success Personality Characteristics
sometimes started showing up immediately after the online class - even before I
did any exercises. I guess thats because the SSPT struck the right chord in my
Unconscious.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful experience of the SSPT!

YOUR MASTER CONDUCTOR, YOUR SUPER-BALANCE TEAM

I just described how the Super Successful Personality Training The SSPT -
incorporates Fourteen Success Personality Characteristic Expert Teams to
unconsciously and automatically adjust your personality so that it successfully fits
with each person and situation you encounter.

I used the analogy of an orchestra, staffed by master musicians and led by a Master
Conductor.

Now, Im continuing the analogy to that orchestra and am going to tell you about
that Master Conductor you will develop, your Super-Balance Team.

The job of your Super-Balance Team is to lead each of your Fourteen Success
Personality Characteristic Expert Teams into balance with each person and
situation you encounter, as required to accomplish what you have specified to your
Super-Balance Team via a CT Zapper or an SA Objective.

There are two primary aspects of this process of Balancing your personality with
the outer situations and persons you encounter.

1. Balancing with the person you are focused on.

2. Balancing with the situation in which you find yourself.

=========================

*** Balancing with another person could be the most challenging aspect of this
process but what I will teach you in the SSPT will make that happen
unconsciously and automatically.

** It would normally be extremely challenging because when another person
expresses one of the Fourteen Success Personality Characteristics that they fully
accept in him or herself, to Balance with them requires that you must also
express that Characteristic in appropriate measure.

** But if that person rejects and judges one of the Fourteen Success Personality
Characteristics in him or herself, they will also negatively judge anyone who
expresses that characteristic. So to Balance with them, you must avoid
expressing that Personality Characteristic beyond the level that will trigger
their judgment.

Thus, your Super-Balance Team must and does incorporate a major Unconscious
Personality Characteristic Mapping Team to read where another person is on
the scale of completely rejecting or completely accepting each one of the Fourteen

Success Personality Characteristics and to adjust your expression of that

Personality Characteristic to fit.

Balancing with the situation requires a different approach. To accomplish this,
your Super-Balance Team incorporates a major Unconscious Situation Mapping
Team whose membership includes Subpersonalities that accurately represent
people who are extremely Comfortable in Their Skin, Highly Successful
Entrepreneurs, Top-Rated Employees and Super Successful Salesmen and
Saleswomen.

In effect, these reflections of their outer world extremely successful counterparts
will act as your inner mentors, guiding Your Super-Balance Team to extremely
effectively Balance with each situation that you encounter by modulating the
expression of each of Your Fourteen Personality Characteristic Expert Teams so
as to make you extremely successful in that situation.

Of course, there are other major components of Your Super-Balance Team but this
brief description should give you an idea of how it Your Master Conductor
works.

The result will be that your personality will unconsciously and automatically
express the level of each of the Fourteen Success Personality Characteristics as
required to be highly successful in each situation and with each person you
encounter in accord with your conscious instructions via a CT Zapper or an SA
Objective.

When you combine your remarkable one-shot success ability under the guidance of
your Success Team with the consistent 24/7/365 long-term success ability of your
Master Conductor and Orchestra Your Super-Balance Team and Your Fourteen
Personality Characteristic Expert Teams your successfulness, joy, well-being and
fulfillment will soar.

*** Are you ready to experience this terrifically expanded level of success?

*** If so, sign up now for the incredibly powerful Super Successful Personality
Training The SSPT - that is the companion to the 100% Success Rate SACP.

HOW THE SSPT PREPARES YOU FOR BECOMING A HIGHLY

SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR

Previously, I introduced you to my new and extremely powerful Super Successful
Personality Training (SSPT) and pointed out that the 14 personality characteristic
you will develop by participating in it are the overlapping ones involved the
following four Success Personalities:

If you unconsciously combine these personality characteristics with appropriate
skills in ways that fit each situation and the people involved in them, you can
achieve the successful results that ALL of these success personalities underlie.

=====================

*** Today, Im going to focus on what its like to be a Highly Successful
Entrepreneur and the 8 core success personality characteristics that are
absolutely required to become a Highly Successful Entrepreneur.

*** Tomorrow, Im going to describe how the 6 other success personality
characteristics that you will develop by participating in my Super Successful

Personality Training will take you well past the basics, sharply accelerating
how quickly you will achieve entrepreneurial success and the level of that
success.

======================

So lets get started talking about what its like to be a Highly Successful
Entrepreneur.

Are you passionately involved with what you do to earn a living? Do you have a
burning desire to go to work each day?

** Successful Entrepreneurs do.

Imagine yourself doing something that fills you with excitement, enthusiasm and
gives you tremendous economic rewards.

** Thats what its like to be a Successful Entrepreneur.

Would you like to wake up each morning raring to go, filled with excitement and
enthusiasm?

** Successful Entrepreneurs do.

Would you like to earn tremendous economic rewards while doing what you
incredibly want to do?

** Successful Entrepreneurs do.
================================

Historically, most who have tried to become a successful entrepreneur have failed
the first time (and, often several times as Steve Jobs did), not because they didnt
have great ideas and skills but, rather, because they built on quicksand, because they
didnt have a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality.

Without the bedrock of a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality, you can spend
enormous amount of money on books and how-to-be-an-entrepreneur trainings and
end up where you started or worse off (perhaps in bankruptcy).

I dont want that for you. And as a highly experienced and successful entrepreneur (I
have run and led over 100 entrepreneurial companies to high profitability) I can do
something about it.

In my experience, almost all of the people who traditionally made it through to
Successful Entrepreneurship ran the gauntlet of trying and failing, trying and failing,

trying and failing until they developed what it takes, a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality.

*** Thats the traditional way.

*** It is a difficult and painful way.

*** It doesnt have to be that hard!

*** There is a much quicker and more direct way

=================================

*** I am now prepared to share ALL of my secrets of how to become a Highly
Successful Entrepreneur. I dont know of anywhere else where you can get even a
fraction of the critical skills and personality characteristics that you will develop in
my remarkably powerful Super Entrepreneur Training (SET), the first component
of which is my Super Successful Personality Training (SSPT).

*** So, if you have a desire to become a Highly Successful Entrepreneur, I invite you
to take the quicker and more direct way to entrepreneurial success, my Super
Entrepreneur Training (SET).

** In the SSPT component of the SET, I will lead you through the Cybernetic
Transposition steps involved in building your Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality and, in the balance of the SET Trainings, through all of the others
major steps involved in becoming a Highly Successful Entrepreneur.

==================================

The most critical requirement for entrepreneurial success is having a
Successful Entrepreneurial Personality, the personality that you will develop
by participating in my Super Successful Personality Training (SSPT) component
of the SET.

I live in the Laurel Canyon area of Hollywood, California. It consists of sheer
canyons along the top of one of which runs the famed Mulholland Drive. Laurel
Canyon is more or less at the center of five earthquake fault lines and anything
built there has to be able to withstand severe tremors.

Given that the best views are afforded by building at the top of these sheer cliffs,
some of the houses in Laurel Canyon look like they will fall if hit by even a
strong breeze. While the front of the house is anchored on level ground, the
back is held up by spindly-looking poles sometimes 50 to 100 feet long.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 26

Yet the houses dont fall because the Los Angeles County building codes are
draconian, requiring builders to anchor those spindly-looking poles in Bedrock,
the tremendously strong solid rock layer underlying the earths surface.

Similarly, an entrepreneur must be anchored in the Bedrock of their own
Successful Entrepreneurial Personality so that they can withstand the
tremors and earthquakes that an entrepreneur typically encounters.

Every entrepreneurial venture has at least three major chances to fail.

- Nick Grouf, successful serial entrepreneur, angel investor,s founder and
formerly CEO of Firefly (sold to Microsoft), Spotrunner, and People PC
and current founder and Chairman of Pluto.com.

What Do We Know about a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality?

Read any book on entrepreneurship and chances are pretty good that it says nothing
about a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality, or if it even refers to one or two of
the components, it certainly says nothing about developing one. That is partly
because most people think you either have it or you dont and partly because they
simply dont know how to develop one. It seems that I am the only one who knows
how to do that rapidly and effectivelycc.

A Successful Entrepreneurial Personality is the Bedrock of successful
entrepreneurship. Without it, your chances of successfully putting into practice
most of what even the best of the books and trainings on entrepreneurship preach is
extremely low.

What Makes a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality?

Shortly, I will explain what constitutes a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality so
you can begin to recognize your existing relevant strengths and weaknesses.

My list of what constitutes a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality is based on
extensive research and experience:

I have mentored over 500 now successful entrepreneurs.

I have studied over 250 who werent successful.

I have started and/or run over 100 successful entrepreneurial ventures for
Venture Capitalists and other investors, as well as for myself.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

As the basis of my doctoral dissertation, I invented a system, Arintel, to

model human unconscious behavior and applied it to modeling the
unconscious decision making of over 100 major Venture Capitalists.

On behalf of the U.S. Small Business Administration, I studied all of their

several thousand entrepreneurial clients over a seven-year period. I
conducted two-hour interviews with over 1,000 of these entrepreneurs, and
using my Arintel Artificial Intelligence system, I developed models that
predicted future success at from 92% to 99% accuracy.

On behalf of the U.S. Commerce Department, I studied the determinants of

success or failure of about 1,650 entrepreneurs in three industries.

To validate my model of the Successful Entrepreneurial Personality, I

interviewed dozens of highly successful entrepreneurs covering a wide range
of markets, with ventures ranging from very small to very large.

Successful entrepreneurs tell me that my model of the Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality is absolutely correct and they usually give me lots of examples of times
when these characteristics served them well.

Do Venture Capitalists Take Into Account a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality?

Venture Capitalists are the superstars of predicting future entrepreneurial success.

For example, in a small study conducted by Success Magazine some years ago,
four groups of supposed small business experts predicted what a series of
individual entrepreneurs would achieve in the ensuing year. The groups were
Venture Capitalists, small business attorneys, small business consultants, and
small business bankers.

After twelve months, the progress of the entrepreneurs was reviewed and
compared with the supposed experts projections.

The Venture Capitalists were pretty close. The others were so far off that it was
ridiculous.

So how do successful Venture Capitalists decided whether to invest in a venture?

The answer, boiled down to its essence, is that they intitively evaluate three major
factors:

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 28

1. The extent to which the entrepreneur or team of entrepreneurs has a

Successful Entrepreneurial Personality.

2. The marketplace the entrepreneur or team wishes to address.
3. How the entrepreneur or team wishes to address that marketplace and their
ability to do so.

Venture Capitalists make their decision based on the feedback of their unconscious
minds, their gut feel. And typically, they only make investments when all of their
highly skilled partners agree that it feels right.

So successful Venture Capitalists definitely recognize the importance of having a
Successful Entrepreneurial Personality.

What Constitutes a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality?

There are eight characteristics that comprise a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality. Here is a list and a very brief description of each of the characteristics
of a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality that will allow you to start evaluating
the extent to which you currently manifest each as a component of your personality.

1. Connect-Ability. The ability to rapidly and easily connect with and be
instantly trusted by people in a way that creates a trust pipeline, in a way
that causes people to believe in you. Connect-Ability is the Bedrock of
Leadership, effective management, and successful selling of any type.

2. Leadership. The ability to make people want to enthusiastically follow you.
Leadership is the Bedrock of building a team and leading them to realize
your entrepreneurial vision. As an entrepreneur, you must be the leader of
your venture.

3. Persistence. The skill of picking yourself up and carrying on when faced
with the often daunting obstacles that are part of running an entrepreneurial
venture. It is also called resilience or tenacity.

4. Vigilance and Flexibility. The ability to rapidly and effectively become
aware of and respond to relevant changes in your environment while
remaining focused on your goals. Think of an American football running back
charging at great speed into holes that suddenly appear, rapidly changing
direction while keeping his head up and constantly focused on the goal while
bounding forward. This is what the successful entrepreneur must do.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

5. An Effective BS Detector. The ability to sort out good advice and valid
statements from bad advice and misinformation. In order to be
entrepreneurially successful, you must gather expertise and information
from others. However, a lot of those others are woofers good talkers who
actually dont really know what they are talking about. The ability to know
who and what to listen to and rely on is crucial to the success of the
entrepreneur.

6. Proven Luck. Picking the right people, making the right decision, and
effectively pointing the way when you dont have enough information.
Proven luck is what Napoleon required of his Marshalls, and it is closely
related to precognition that is, having accurate hunches about which way to
go when you dont have enough information. It may seem counterintuitive,
but luck is a skill that can be developed. Luck is a critical aspect of a
Successful Entrepreneurial Personality. Just ask any successful
entrepreneur.

7. Doing What Is Required, Including the Seemingly Impossible. Actually
taking action instead of just thinking, musing, discussing, planning, plotting
and procrastinating. Only action produces results. The successful
entrepreneur not only takes action, but takes action even when others say
the desired result is impossible.

8. Being an Optimistic Pessimist or a Pessimistic Optimist. Being optimistic
enough to be strongly pulled forward by your vision, while at the same time
being pessimistic enough to see the pitfalls that must be remedied. Successful
entrepreneurs must also have a core of neutrality neither positive nor
negative that allows them to effectively evaluate and build on the positives
and remedy the negatives.

These are the 8 Core Characteristics of a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality
that you will rapidly develop by participating in my Super Successful Personality
Training.

======================

*** These are The Core, the minimum set of Success Personality Characteristics
without which your chances of becoming a highly successful entrepreneur are
trivial.

*** In the next section, Ill describe how the other 6 Success Personality
Characteristics that you will also develop by participating in my Super
Successful Personality Training will empower you to become a Highly
Successful Entrepreneur far more rapidly and effectively.

=======================

Just look at some of what a couple of the participants in my SET2 Training, that
taught only the 8 Core Success Personality Characteristics and is FULLY
incorporated into my SSPT, have to say.

THE SET 2 WAS ABSOLUTELY LIFE TRANSFORMING FOR ME.

I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS PROGRAM AND CANT
THINK OF ANY WAYS IT COULD BE IMPROVED.

Before the SET 2, I was very reserved. I tended to withdraw from others, holding
myself back. Now my Connect-Ability Expert Team has made me much more
socially adept. I have a much greater sense of connecting with people. I am more
outgoing, like when I was a kid. That alone is worth the price of admission.

I used to feel frightened by longer-term challenges I had to take on because of my
lack of persistence. Now I have a strong core of persistence that I can rely on, my
Persistence Expert Team. I feel and know that I can take on new challenges and
work through them persistently. In addition, my Vigilance and Flexibility Expert
Team gives me a new flexibility that helps me work through these challenges
successfully.

My BS Detector Expert Team has made a great difference in my life. Previously, I
was quite nave in certain situations and have paid a great price for that. Now,
although I connect much more easily with people, I am able to focus on their
positive aspects rather than falling for those who want to burden me with their
troubles.

My Do-It Expert Team brings all of my other Expert Teams into play. I am much
more able to take advantage of the opportunities that my Optimistic-Pessimistic
Expert Team points out as well as effectively resolving the pitfalls it identifies. And I
dont get caught up in either the opportunities or the pitfalls. Rather, I feel detached
and neutral in a way that allows me to far more effectively deal with them. Now, I
am far more able to move forward in a highly practical way.

I feel extremely empowered by my Optimistic-Pessimistic Expert Team. I
experience a peaceful detachment, rather than getting emotionally caught up in
things. I can see both the positive and negative potentials and can even see the
deeper spiritual reasons challenges are presented to me.

Even after resolving a lot of Blockers, I sometimes found myself getting out of
balance in trivial ways. Now my Balance Expert Team moves me easily through the
situations that used to cause me a lot of emotional upset, doing so with balance and
loving. I no longer make dramas out of little things.

I am extremely satisfied with the SET 2 and cant think of any way to improve it.

- Masahiro Shigeno, Japan

I AM SURPRISED BY HOW MUCH I HAVE DEVELOPED MY

SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEURIAL PERSONALITY
CHARACTERISTICS SINCE I ALREADY THOUGHT THEY WERE
REALLY WELL DEVELOPED. I CAN SEE THAT I HAVE MADE
TREMENDOUS JUMPS IN ALL OF THESE AREAS.
I experience the positive impact of the SET Phase 2 many times each day. All of my
Expert Teams are working really well and there is great cooperation and
integration among them. They work in my life in general as well as in my
entrepreneurship and I really like that.

My Connect-Ability Expert Team has made a very big difference. Without any effort,
I instantly connect with new clients. After they have given me a contract, they say it
is because they like my personality and the way I led the conversation. This happens
very frequently.

I work a lot as an advisor and counselor with respect to human resource issues. I
was already quite proficient but my Super Connect-Ability Team has taken me to a
level of proficiency I have never experienced before.

Even though I was already a good leader, my Leadership Expert Team has taken
that to a much higher level. For example, when someone asked one of my clients
whether he was going to participate in my new program, he said, I would go to
anything Davor organized; I would follow him anywhere.

I have had lots of similar experiences since I started the SET Phase 2. For example, I
have found that people show up at my sports training events without any
advertising or promotion on my part. They just seem to want to be where I am.

My wife used to say that I am one of the most persistent guys she knows. But my
Persistence Expert Team has taken this to a whole new level. I am now laser
focused.

I am pretty expert in the martial arts where vigilance and flexibility are quite
important. But my Vigilance and Flexibility Expert Team has taken that to a whole
new level, almost like precognition. My opponents have told me that I am already
moving to deflect a move they are about to make before they have even started it.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 32

Whats more, I used to be a guy who really wanted to be in control. Thats still
important to me but in a different way. I have become much more flexible.

I am a very big (6 9) guy and very powerful. As a result, I try to be very gentle and
in the past, people sometimes took advantage of that. My BS Detector Expert Team
has put a complete stop to that. No one can sell me anything I dont really want
because I immediately know whether they are BSing me or theres real value there.
I know whether or not they are being genuine.

Stuart told us that finding parking spaces where everyone said I couldnt would be a
good test in tempering my Super Lucky Team so I have been keeping track. With
essentially no conscious effort, whenever I want a parking space one appears.

My luckiness has gotten to the point that when an existing client brings another
client to me, Im not surprised. I expect that to happen. There are lots of little lucky
things as well. For example, when I am standing at the back of long line, almost
always someone motions me to the front. Things just happen more easily and
quickly in this way.

My Optimistic-Pessimistic Expert Team has really transformed me. Before, I had a
trait thats common in my family, pessimism. I tried consciously to balance that with
optimism but that resulted in wild swings. Now I see opportunities much faster than
before but dont have the overoptimistic surge of energy I used to experience. I just
see the opportunity and also, calmly, recognize the pitfalls. I see both from a neutral
perspective. Its completely natural.

My Super Do-It Team has made a big difference. I was always pretty good at
completing things but now those completions come much faster and more easily. I
am finishing my work much more rapidly and with far less stress.

I am really surprised how far Stuart has gone with the SET. I rate it as a 10. He has
done a tremendous amount of very basic work that I have never seen anywhere else.
I strongly recommend the SET Phase 2.

PART TWO: HOW THE SSPT PREPARES YOU FOR BECOMING

A HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL ENTREPRENEUR

While the Successful Entrepreneurial Bedrock Personality Characteristics that I
just described are the sine qua non (Latin for without which nothing) for any
degree of entrepreneurial success, the six other personality characteristics that you
will develop by participating in my Super Successful Personality Training (SSPT)
will tremendously accelerate and enhance your entrepreneurial success.

Today, I am going to explain why that is so.

===================

Please remember that the SSPT is the only place where you can intentionally
and rapidly develop both the Successful Entrepreneurial Personality Bedrock
Personality Characteristics as well as the following additional Success
Personality Characteristics.

====================

The other six Success Personality Characteristics include:

9. Being Outgoing.

Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and socially confident. An
outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with as
in the statement, "She's an extremely affable, jovial, outgoing type of person"

11. Being Appropriately Compassionate and Kind.

Appropriate Compassion is empathetic in the sense of understanding what is
going on with others, concerned without pitying, sensitive and tolerant but not
weak or self-sacrificing. Appropriate Kindness is being friendly, appropriately
generous without being self-sacrificing and considerate in a balanced way that
works for you and for others.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 34

12. Practicing Simplification.

13. Being Effectively Creative.

In the rest of this email, I am going to discuss each of the 6 other Success
Personality Characteristics that you will develop by participating in the SSPT.

1. Being Outgoing.

Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and socially confident. An
outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with.

Although it's not absolutely necessary to be Outgoing to be successful
entrepreneur, it helps tremendously because lacking that edge requires other
forms of brilliance in its place.

For example, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffett are extremely
successful entrepreneurs who are not Outgoing but each is recognized as havig
a streak of brilliance.

In contrast, Richard Branson, Donald Trump and Jeff Bezos are very outgoing
and have had a much easier time of it as a result because, among other things,
they are their ventures lead salesman and being Appropriately Outgoing is a
key aspect of effective selling.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 35

At this point, you might be asking how having an Outgoing Personality makes
one a more successful entrepreneur. If so, here are some of my answers.

Being likeable is a key aspect of Being Outgoing and when people like you, they
will be more open to you and want to spend time with you. As an entrepreneur
that can be key because informal, friendly time is where a tremendous amount of
important entrepreneurial work is done when it involves others.

Outgoing People are, typically, more interesting to others. So, if you're
Appropriately Outgoing, it is easier to get people to pay attention to your
message.

As an entrepreneur, this increases your ability to Lead others. It adds a
dimension of liking to follow you to the other aspects of Leadership. Just think
about yourself. Would you rather follow someone you like or someone with a
blah personality, all else being equal. And when you add Connect-Ability to the
mix, the answer becomes pretty obvious. Most people will pick someone they
like and trust, someone with an Appropriately Outgoing Personality.

As Richard Branson, who is a terrific entrepreneur and has built over 350
businesses by finding and mentoring entrepreneurs says, as an entrepreneur Be
visible: Market the company and its offers by putting yourself in front of the
cameras. And Outgoing People are the ones whom the media chooses to
publicize.

Just think about this. Who gets interviewed on TV talk shows? Outgoing People.
because that's what the hosts know people want to watch. As a result, if you're
Outgoing it's easier to get free publicity, which is a key factor in growing your
venture.

What is a Good Listener? Its an attentive one, someone who pays attention not
to just what is said but how it said and takes into account nonverbal
communication as well. Body language provides cues to what is really being said.

As Lao Tzu said, To lead is to follow.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

And as Richard Branson now says, Lead by Listening. If you want to stand out
as a Leader, a good place to begin is by Listening. This skill will help you
throughout your career as an entrepreneur. Leaders who are great listeners are
often terrific at uncovering and putting in place strategies and plans that have a
big impact.

Hearing what someone says is very different from actually Listening to them. If
you're a Good Listener, you intuitively perceive what's beneath the words, what
the person is unconsciously attempting to communicate. That puts you in a much
stronger position when leading, managing, and selling.

In my Super Successful Personality Training, I will teach you the basics of
Psychic Listening that will empower you to intuitively know whats going on
beneath the words you are hearing.

3. Being Appropriately Compassionate and Kind

Appropriate Compassion involves being empathetic in the sense of
understanding what is going on with others, concerned, sensitive and tolerant
but not weak or self-sacrificing. Appropriate Kindness involves being friendly,
appropriately generous and considerate in a balanced way that works for you
and for others.

Appropriate Kindness and Compassion are at the heart of Loyalty. While large
corporations seem to of lost sight of loyalty, for an entrepreneur having a Loyal
team, backers, customers and suppliers is incredibly important.

Why? So you retain your team because they are committed to you, so your
backers and suppliers will go the extra mile for you because the know youll do
the same for them when they need it, so your customers have an extra bond with
you and your venture that makes you the go to guy they approach first.

Moreover, out of all the various elements in a business considered in a major
study of 5,600 people in 77 organizations, the ability of a Leader to be
Compassionate, to understand peoples motivators, hopes and difficulties and
to create the right support mechanism to allow people to be as good as they can
be, had the greatest correlation with profitability and productivity. Or, in
Richard Bransons words, Happy employees make for happy customers.

Kindness is not the same as likeability. Rather, Kindness implies an
interpersonal closeness that comes with responsibility, vulnerability and an
absence of self-interest. There is more than adequate evidence now that leaders
who practice Kindness, and where Kindness is valued at work, create

workplaces that people want to work in and are also very productive. And thats
exactly what you want as an entrepreneur.

However, being Kind and Compassionate is NOT equivalent to being weak and
easily manipulated or being too nice. Someone who is weak, easily
manipulated or too nice fails to make the hard choices.

Being too nice often takes the form of protecting weakness which is not
supportive at all. Studies of too nice entrepreneur have shown that they not
only damage their ventures but they have damaged the careers of their
employees by not pointing out where each employee has to improve.

Let me give you an example of being Kind and Compassionate but NOT too
kind.

Having run over 100 companies, Ive often fired people. But in each case, I
personally sat down with then and explained the skills and/or personality
characteristics they were lacking that made them unable to do the job for
which they were hired. Whats more, I explained what jobs in other companies
would fit their skills and personalities (since there were none in the company I
was running). I pointed out their strengths, recognized and unrecognized, and
how to write an effective resume.

The outcome? Nearly 100% of the people I fired later thanked me and told me
how much happier they were.

Thats the form of Being Appropriately Kind and Compassionate Im talking
about.

4. Practicing Simplification.

Order and simplification are the first steps toward the mastery of a subject.

- Thomas Mann

As most recognized geniuses point out, one of the keys is asking the right
question and Simplification is at the heart of asking the right question.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 38

Often, inventors toil, try and fail repeatedly in the process of homing in on that
right question. As Thomas Edison said, "I haven't failed 10,000 times, I have
found 10,000 ways that don't work."

The Simplification personality characteristics and skills that you will develop by
participating in my Super Successful Personality Training will empower you to
home in on that right question extremely rapidly and remarkably easily. If you
then combine that with Effective Creativity to invent the correct answer, people
may well call you a Genius because you've done what geniuses do.

With Simplification skills and personality, you will rapidly and intuitively
realize the heart of the complex matter you are focused on. It becomes obvious,
with an exciting aha flash.

For example, this is the experience that Archimedes, the Greek philosopher had
in 212 B.C. when he solved the really thorny problem, deciding whether the
King of Syracuses new crown was pure or adulterated gold without melting it
down. And, in the process, he invented what we now called Archimedes
Principle.

Not having the SSPT Simplification Process, the way Archimedes did it wasnt at
all fast. He spent a lot of time framing the problem. He thought and puzzled and
worried, then he worried and puzzled and thought about how to solve the Kings
problem without melting down his new crown. Next, while continuing to worry,
puzzle and think, he repeatedly tried and failed. Of course, all of the thought,
puzzling, worry, trying and failing were focused on finding a way to meet the Kings
request.
This neatly framed the problem, creating a precise Search-Target for his
Unconscious Mind and pretty soon it came up with a solution - but it couldn't get it
through to his conscious mind.
So his Unconscious put him into a bath. And, as Archimedes watched the water rise
while his body sank into the bathtub, he got an "aha!" feeling followed shortly
thereafter by a conscious understanding of the solution. And this was one big Aha!...
so big that he leaped out of the bath and ran through the streets of Athens,
completely nude, screaming, "Eureka, Eureka!"

By the way, his solution is obvious now. It's just that no one had thought of it in the
same way before Archimedes, or so we think.

Archimedes realized that if he filled a pot with water to the very top, a pot large
enough to easily accommodate the crown, he could put the crown into it and
measure the amount or water that spilled out. And that volume of water would
exactly match the volume of the crown.
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 39

Then all he had to do was to weigh the same exact volume of gold. If the crown's
weight was the same, it was genuine.

We now call this Archimedes Principle.

Simplification is a specialized form of invention. Using the SSPT Simplification
Process, you will, in effect, simply ask your Unconscious to show you the heart of
the matter. Very quickly, it will respond with what you are requesting.

This is what I did in discovering the Cybernetic Transposition Three-Step
Process that very explicitly describes the heart of the matter, the extremely
simple steps involved in achieving anything. At the time, I had not and, since
then, I have never seen all three of them set forth any place other than in my
work.

In case you dont remember, here is the CT Three-Step Process:

1. Create a Target that is harmoniously accepted by your conscious mind and
all of the major aspects of your Unconscious.

2. Prioritize that Target so you remain unconsciously focused on achieving it
no matter what youre consciously doing.

3. Resolve the unconscious roadblocks, Blockers, that would otherwise prevent
you from achieving your Target.

Heres another example that came to me via the SSPT Simplification Process
when I asked, How do I help Margaret get a good job?

About 35 years ago, I was running a startup in Silicon Valley for a venture
capital firm while living in San Francisco. I was unattached and, one day, while
attending a training that one of my friends was presenting, I met and was
really taken with a woman named Margaret.

It turned out that she was a just-divorced housewife in her 30s with two
teenage daughters. She had been unceremoniously dropped by her husband in
favor of his young secretary. To put that past her, she had moved to a new city
where she was completely without a support network. This became critical
when her ex-husband stopped paying the support hed promised.

And it put Margaret in a really tough position because she couldnt get a
decent job. She hadnt gone to college and had never held a job. Shed
married young and supported her husband while he was in college with the
agreement that when he graduated, shed attend college while he supported

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 40

her. But, in the intervening time, shed gotten pregnant and became a full time
mother and housewife.

Because Margaret hadnt gone to college and hadnt ever held a job, she
thought and had so far demonstrated to herself that she was unemployable.
But the reality was that she had to support herself and her daughters.

Since by this time, she and I had moved into a relationship, I offered to support
them but she was too proud to take my money. So, using what I now call the
SSPT Simplification Process I asked myself, How do I help Margaret get a
good job?

The answer came in a flash. It was so obvious when it came that I wondered
why others hadnt discovered it.

I liked Margaret for many reason, primarily her terrifically upbeat and creative
personality and her determination to take responsibility for her life. My flash
was that I realized that, along with those characteristics, she had lots of
powerful skills she had developed in her job as a mother and housewife, skills
that she simply didnt recognize as such.

So I led her in recalling the tasks she had performed during each of the days of
a week before the divorce and in listing them. Then I had her also do this for the
most recent week. I next guided her in merging those memories into a non-
redundant list and then narrowed this down to what she felt she had done well.

I then translated her list of tasks into business terms, giving each of the skills
shed demonstrated in her list the business name. For example, shed been great
at putting together PTA fund raising efforts - building a team, designing a
program and producing results. I pointed out that the business name for these
activities were Organization Development, Tactical Design and Sales
Management.

At some point in that process, I could see a click, an aha, as she recognized how
remarkably skilled she really was, that what she had previously taken for
granted were actually extremely valuable business skills.

Then I guided her in writing a resume that emphasized her skills and
personality characteristics with examples from her career as a mother and
housewife.

With that and her new-found confidence in herself in hand, she went job
hunting. By pointing out and proving what was described in her resume, it took
her only a week to get a good job selling in a computer store and, within three
months, she had become marketing VP of the entire chain of computer stores.

Thats how I discovered the concept of Unrecognized Skills that current hiring
research, such as what George Anders describes in his book, The Rare Find,
are becoming recognized by recruiters who pick the real winners. Although
they dont refer to them as Unrecognized Skills by name, they point their
importance out by saying that the most valuable part of a resume in picking
real winners are the personal details and hobbies at the end that are clues to
their Unrecognized Skills.

Until I read Anders book, Id never encountered anyone else whod seen this
essential Simplicity. Yet every time I guide someone to do the same as I did
with Margaret, they are almost instantly hired into their dream job.

The incredible power of the SSPT Simplification Process can make a major
change in your entrepreneurial career because the ability to get to the heart of
any complex thing is the core of genius.

In summary, the SSPT Simplification Process will make you smarter as it
empowers to rapidly and easily see the core of essentially any complex thing or
process.

5. Being Effectively Creative.

Effective Creativity involves on-demand and longer-term invention. On-demand
invention means that, on-the-spot, you invent an effective and workable
response to an opportunity or a pitfall. Longer-term invention is involved in
creating major workable innovations.

There are many reasons why Effective Creativity is a major amplifier of
entrepreneurial success.

Saving time. There's never enough time in the life of an entrepreneur. If you can
instantly invent an answer to questions like "What should I do next?, you will be
be much more efficient and effective.

Entrepreneurs often work in a kind of unknown territory, doing what apparently
hasnt been done before. Thus, they often have to rely on their intuition, their
intuitive perceptions, to guide the way. On Demand Inventing is a way of
rapidly accessing the underlying knowledge behind those intuitions so that it
can be communicated and effectively developed with your team.

And, of course, a longer-term invention of answers to questions like "What will
give us a tremendous edge over our competition?" can be pivotal for an
entrepreneur and new venture.

Yet, most entrepreneurs don't ask these key questions of themselves or their
teams because they don't home in on them until after problems have arisen or
because they think theyre unable to get a valid answer.

Yet if you're Effectively Creative, if you can invent long-term and on the spot,
asking and answering questions as they arise, youll have an incredibly effective
way of entrepreneurially succeeding.

As Ive told you, participating in The Super Successful Personality Training
The SSPT will lead you to develop Fourteen Success Personality
Characteristic Expert Teams, one which has the job of unconsciously and
automatically adjusting your personality so that it successfully fits with each
person and situation you encounter.

This is your Super-Balance Team.

The job of your Super-Balance Team is to lead each of your Thirteen Other
Success Personality Characteristic Expert Teams into balance with each
person and situation you encounter, as required to accomplish what you have
specified to your Super-Balance Team via a CT Zapper or an SA Objective.

There are two primary aspects of this process of Balancing your personality
with the outer situations and persons you encounter.

3. Balancing with the person you are focused on.

4. Balancing with the situation in which you find yourself.

=========================

*** Balancing with another person could be the most challenging aspect of
this process but what I will teach you in the SSPT will make that happen
unconsciously and automatically.

** It would normally be extremely challenging because when another person

expresses one of the Fourteen Success Personality Characteristics that they
fully accept in him or herself, to Balance with them requires that you must
also express that Characteristic in appropriate measure.

** But if that person rejects and judges one of the Fourteen Success
Personality Characteristics in him or herself, they will also negatively judge
anyone who expresses that characteristic. So to Balance with them, you
must avoid expressing that Personality Characteristic beyond the level that
will trigger their judgment.

Thus, your Super-Balance Team must and does incorporate a major
Unconscious Personality Characteristic Mapping Team to read where
another person is on the scale of completely rejecting or completely accepting
each one of the Fourteen Success Personality Characteristics and to adjust
your expression of that Personality Characteristic to fit.

Balancing with the situation requires a different approach. To accomplish this,
your Super-Balance Team incorporates a major Unconscious Situation
Mapping Team whose membership includes Subpersonalities that accurately
represent people who are extremely Comfortable in Their Skin, Highly
Successful Entrepreneurs, Top-Rated Employees and Super Successful
Salesmen and Saleswomen.

In effect, these reflections of their outer world extremely successful counterparts
will act as your inner mentors, guiding Your Super-Balance Team to extremely
effectively Balance with each situation that you encounter by modulating the
expression of each of Your Fourteen Personality Characteristic Expert Teams
so as to make you extremely successful in that situation.

Of course, there are other major components of Your Super-Balance Team but
this brief description should give you an idea of how it Your Master Conductor
works.

The result will be that your personality will unconsciously and automatically
express the level of each of the Fourteen Success Personality Characteristics as
required to be highly successful in each situation and with each person you
encounter in accord with your conscious instructions via a CT Zapper or an SA
Objective.

When you combine your remarkable one-shot success ability under the guidance
of your Success Team with the consistent 24/7/365 long-term success ability of
your Master Conductor and Orchestra Your Super-Balance Team and Your
Fourteen Personality Characteristic Expert Teams you entrepreneurial
success will soar.

HOW THE SSPT PREPARES YOU FOR BECOMING A TOPRATED EMPLOYEE

In the last section, I discussed what comprises a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality.

Now, Ill tell you about the other of the 4 Successful Personality Types that I
previously described that is closest to the Successful Entrepreneurial Personality.

This is the Top-Rated Employee Personality.

I'm going describe what, in addition to a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality,
comprises a Top-Rated Employee Personality and in a couple of days - how to
place yourself in the position to become a Top-Rated Employee.

====================

Lets first look at the primary difference between a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality and a Top-Rated Employee Personality?

In addition to the 8 Bedrock Personality Characteristics required to become a
Highly Successful Entrepreneur, there are another 3 Bedrock Personality
Characteristics required to become a Top-Rated Employee because Effective
Relationship-Building is one of the most critical characteristics of a Top-Rated
Employee.

To accomplish this, you must:

1. Be Outgoing.

Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and socially confident. An
outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with.

2. Be A Good Listener.

Being A Good Listener centers around the ability to pick up not only the words
but the meaning of what another person is consciously and unconsciously
experiencing and expressing.

3. Be Appropriately Compassionate and Kind.

Being Appropriately Compassionate involves being empathetic in the sense of
understanding what is going on with others, appropriately concerned, sensitive
and tolerant but neither weak or self-sacrificing. Appropriate Kindness involves

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 46

being friendly, appropriately generous without being self-sacrificing and being

considerate in a balanced way that works for you and for others.

Being A Good Listener is the basis of empathy which, along with being Outgoing,
having Connect-Ability and being appropriately Compassionate and Kind
underlies the major skill of Effective Relationship-Building.

====================

*** Only entrepreneurs who start their own ventures start at the top, working
for themselves. But when you are hired into an existing company, hopefully
one that is perfect for you with a perfect boss, creating a good relationship
with your manager is critical to your success at work.

*** Not only will it make your job easier and more enjoyable on a day-to-day
basis, but it will tremendously help you advance your career.

*** As the Harvard Business Review says,"Your boss has more impact than any
other person on your success or failure at work." And as the American
Management Association points out, In todays volatile and challenging
business environment, you have to build successful work relationships and
interact with people in a positive way to achieve your organizational goals.

====================

A strong, productive relationship between a manager and an employee
requires Effective Relationship-Building, at least on the part of someone who
wants to become a Top-Rated Employee.

Doing so has many benefits, including the following:

Increased trust, which can lead to more interesting and challenging projects
and assignments for you, ones that fit you and that allow you to really show
your stuff.

A Mentor-Mentee connection with your manager, which can help you learn
new skills and advance your career by creating a desire on your managers
part to help you succeed.

A more relaxed, positive work environment, in part because when youre
doing what youre great at, youll enjoy it a lot more than otherwise.

The opportunity to speak openly, comfortably and, often, informally, with
your manager about work or personal issues.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 47

Increased informal feedback and support, which can help you improve
performance.

Enhanced workplace credibility when co-workers see that you have your
manager's respect and trust, which will often engender them to respect and
trust you in a similar way.

Increased confidence in your ability to work productively with managers and

supervisors who have a variety of styles and personalities, a critical
component of being ready for the next step up the chain of command.

Greater feelings of being appreciated.

=======================

*** Lets talk a little about managers who are really just individual
contributors, who are unable or unwilling to build relationships.

*** Managers who fail to make time to build relationships have limited
success. They fail to understand the full meaning of getting work done through
people. The dont pay attention to the fact that people are more likely to help
their friends than strangers.

*** Managers who think along highly rational lines often overlook this simple
truth. They think it should be possible to influence anyone with
straightforward facts and logic. The idea of cultivating people often strikes
these managers as unethical or beneath them. And this just doesnt work.

*** Few of these managers will admit to making decisions on personal or
subjective grounds.

*** The truth is, however, no matter how objective managers may be, when it
comes to choosing a supplier or business partner, most people prefer
someone they know, like and respect, all things being equal.

*** As a result, managers who look at only the rational aspects essentially
always, no matter how skilled they are at it - arent Leaders and arent even
effective managers. More often theyre known as individual contributors
people who just dont make it up the chain of command.

==================

*** You see, career advancement at higher levels is a lot like getting elected.
Managers who get promoted have an extensive support network. When senior
executives make promotion decisions, they consult their colleagues. If there
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 48

are two equally qualified candidates, the one whom people feel they can best
work with will have the edge almost all of the time.

*** When managers strive to get unpopular proposals accepted, good
relationships with key stakeholders reduces resistance to change. Influential
people are also indispensable for introductions to other important
stakeholders.

*** As a graduate of the Super Successful Personality Training, youll have what
it takes to Effectively Build the types of Relationships that get you rapidly
promoted up the chain of command.

===================

Also, because as a graduate of the Super Successful Personality Training, you will
have developed the 8 personality characteristics of a Successful Entrepreneurial
Personality, you will have the option of moving from being a Top-Rated Employee
with appropriate skills added - to a Highly Successful Entrepreneur, or even back
and forth.

So, if you are a Highly Successful Entrepreneur who builds a larger company you
can shift gears into expressing your Top-Rated Employee Personality as required
to continue to successfully run, build and grow that company rather than being
replaced by someone else who has the necessary Top-Rated Employee Personality.

On the other hand, if you are a Top-Rated Employee who gets the bug to do your
own thing, to become an entrepreneur and build your own venture, it can be a
graceful transition if you are a graduate of the Super Successful Personality
Training.

=====================

Some Well-Know People Who Were Top-Rated Employees and Leveraged That
Into Becoming Highly Successful Entrepreneurs

*** The characteristics of a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality are what
empowered Jeff Bezos to become a Top-Rated Employee at a number of New York
investment bankers and to then, essentially seamlessly, become the Highly
Successful Entrepreneur who created and still runs Amazon.com which holds
about 25% of total online retail sales, more than 50% of the total worldwide book
sales market and is rated #1 in both customer service and customer choice.

*** These are the characteristics that empowered Sam Walton to become a Top
Rated-Employee as a U.S. Army Captain during World War II and, after the war,

essentially seamlessly, to become the Highly Successful Entrepreneur who created

Walmart which still holds 7.5% of total worldwide retail sales.

*** These are also the characteristics that empowered Robert Noyce and Gordon
Moore, Top-Rated Employees of Fairchild Semiconductor to, essentially seamlessly,
become the entrepreneurs who created Intel which led the development of and
currently holds about 16% of the worldwide $300 billion semiconductor market.

These are also the characteristics that empowered Howard Schultz, Top-Rated
Employee of Starbucks, originally a coffee bean sales outlet, to essentially
seamlessly become the entrepreneur who created Il Giornale coffee houses and then
returned to buy out Starbucks and turned it into a worldwide highly profitable
company with over 17,000 outlets.

===================

So, not only does the Super Successful Personality Training give you the
Successful Personality Characteristics to extremely successfully do the doing
required of a Top-Rated Employee, it equips you to be spectacularly successful
at Effective Relationship Building as required to rise to the top.

=====================

*** And the only way that you can rapidly and very effectively develop all of
these Successful Personality Characteristics is by participating in my Super
Successful Personality Training.

I am eagerly looking forward to guiding you to become tremendously successful in
just the way that works for you.

WHAT DOES LANA TURNER HAVE TO DO WITH A TOP-RATED

EMPLOYEE PERSONALITY?

What does Lana Turner have to do with a Top-Rated Employee Personality?

Frankly, nothing.

==================

*** But Lana Turners experience of getting hired as a movie star has a lot in
common with you getting hired into Your Perfect Job with a Perfect Boss as a
Top-Rated Employee.

*** Among other things:

1. Knowing exactly what you are seeking that is just right for you.

2. Being in the right place at the right time.

3. Recognizing when an opportunity to get what you are seeking arises
and going for it.

==================

Lana Turner became one of the most well-know actresses of the 1940s and 1950s,
starring in The Postman Always Rings Twice, The Bad and The Beautiful, Three
Musketeers and Peyton Place, among at total of 53 films.

But when she was discovered, she was a 15 year-old star-struck high school
student who ditched classes to hang out in the nearby Top Hat Malt Shop in
Hollywood, a place that was frequented by agents, producers and journalists.
One of the later spotted her, introduced her to an agent who spoke with her and
her mother and her career took off.

*** She was in the right place at the right time, knew what she wanted and
went for the opportunity that arose.

Or take Harrison Ford, an aspiring actor who couldnt make it so became a
carpenter in Hollywood. But he got a job installing a door at George Lucas
studio at the same time Lucas was casting Star Wars. Ford caught Lucas eye,
went for it and was eventually cast as Han Solo in that film.

*** He was in the right place at the right time, knew what he wanted and went
for the opportunity that arose.

=======================

*** I could go on and on because there are lots of stories of this type and all of
the film stars, producers and directors that I know tell similar stories. Some
call it luck but luck centers around being in the right place at the right time,
recognizing an opportunity that fits what you want and instantly going for it
when it arises.

=======================

Thats true in all areas of life. For example, lets shift from film stars to a manager
selling his successful company for lots of money.

Barnett Helzberg Jr. is a lucky man.

By 1994 he had built up a chain of highly successful jewelry stores with an
annual revenue of around $300 million. One day he was walking past the Plaza
Hotel in New York when he heard a woman call out, Mr. Buffett to the man
next to him. Helzberg wondered whether the man might be Warren Buffett
one of the most successful investors in America.

Helzberg had never met Buffett, but had read about the financial criteria that
Buffett used when buying a company. Helzberg had recently turned sixty, was
thinking of selling his company, and realized that his might be the type of
company that would interest Buffett.

Helzberg seized the opportunity, walked over to the stranger and introduced
himself. The man did indeed turn out to be Warren Buffett, and the chance
meeting proved highly fortuitous because about a year later Buffett agreed to
buy Helzbergs chain of stores. And all because Helzberg just happened to be
walking by as a woman called out Buffetts name on a street corner in New
York.

These are just a few of the types of stories of being lucky that every successful
person I have ever encountered has related to me.

=====================

*** As I have often told you, Cybernetic Transposition can make you a lot
luckier.

*** One aspect of what Cybernetic Transposition can empower you to luckily
accomplish is finding and becoming hired into Your Perfect Job with Your
Perfect Boss and becoming a Top-Rated Employee in that job who rises to the
top.

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 52

=====================

Thats what Im going to discuss today.

Becoming a Top-Rated Employee involves two primary components.

*** The first is developing a Top-Rated Employee Personality, as I described a
couple of days ago.

*** The second involves getting hired into and successfully pursuing your
Perfect Job with your Perfect Boss where your Perfect Job Skills combine with
your Top-Rated Employee Personality to propel you to the top.

*** Jointly, those will unconsciously get you to the right place at the right time,
precisely unconsciously targeting what you want and unconsciously
empowering you to with the personality and skills to get it.

=====================

A couple of days ago. I sent you an email that described the Top-Rated Employee
Personality as a combination of the essential characteristics of a Successful
Entrepreneurial Personality and the key Relationship-Building Personality
Characteristics.

*** Today, I'm going to talk about the integration of that Top-Rated Employee
Personality with the keystone skills and ability to effectively present yourself
as required of a Top-Rated Employee and of finding and becoming employed in
your Perfect Job With Your Perfect Boss where you can effectively and
productively express those skills and that personality.

In a fashion similar to what Lana Turner, Harrison Ford and Barnett Helzberg
experienced, to become a Top-Rated Employee, you have to be discovered" by
Your Perfect Boss who recognizes how special you are and how you so totally fit
whats required - and becomes your mentor and fan, propelling you up the chain of
command.

Conceptually, there are three steps in the Finding and Becoming Employed in Your
Perfect Job with Your Perfect Boss Process that will propel you along the way.

===================

1. Redesign yourself to be a Great Employee in what you would consider Your
Perfect Job, one who is clearly worthy of being hired into that Perfect Job. One
key aspect of this is developing your Top-Rated Employee Personality.

2. Actually find Your Perfect Job with Your Perfect Boss.

3. Prove to that Perfect Boss who has the perspective and ability to recognize
how great you are and who has the ability to hire you into that Perfect Job, that
you are the Top-Rated Employee who is perfect for that job. And doing so to the
extent that they hire you.

======================

Utilizing what I will teach you in the Super Successful Personality Training and the
accompanying Perfect Job Process makes successful implementation of these three
steps relatively easy and quite certain.

The first step in the Perfect Job Process centers around building a series of Skill
Special Purpose Subpersonality Teams (SPSTs), using a process analogous to
the Building Your Success Team Process.

These SPSTs will work constantly 24/7/365 - to unconsciously complement
your Top-Rated Employee Personality by expressing the additional characteristics
that will get you hired. These include Your Recognized and Unrecognized
Strengths Team and your three Keystone Aspect Teams that will empower you to
be a Top-Rated Employee in the following ways.

1. A Top-Rated Employee is a great learner. This means that they rapidly learn
to do what needs to be done and demonstrate that by doing what needs to be done
with excellence.

2. A Top-Rated Employee enjoys their work because theyre doing what they
want and are good at it. They are enthusiastic, even passionate about what they
are doing. And that makes others want to follow and assist them.

3. Building on their Top-Rated Employee Personality, a Top-Rated Employee
wants to and does continually grow in ability and attitude. And that makes
their employer want to continually invest in them.

Steps 2 and 3 of the My Perfect Job with My Perfect Boss Process center around
creating a very powerful Perfect Job Subsidiary Target that incorporates by
reference other Subsidiary Targets and implementing that via an SA Objective.

This Perfect Job Subsidiary Target incorporates, by reference, your My
Strengths Subsidiary Target, what you otherwise want in your Perfect Job and, by
reference, your My Perfect Boss Subsidiary Target.

Your My Perfect Boss Subsidiary Target specifies someone who, from the very
first, recognizes and puts great value on your strengths and personality and who
eagerly hires you because of that recognition as well as incorporating other
aspects you desire.

================

*** Heres what a couple users of the My Perfect Job with My Perfect Boss
Process have to say.

*** As you read them, think of what youll have to say when you get Your
Perfect Job with Your Perfect Boss in which you become a Top-Rated Employee.

===============

ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10, WITH 10 BEING A PERFECT MATCH TO MY OBJECTIVE
REQUIREMENTS, I WOULD HAVE TO SCORE THE END RESULT MORE LIKE A
12!

My SACP Objective has come true. I created myself this Perfect IT Job in Vancouver
Canada. Susan (whom I have just enrolled in the SACP) is my Perfect 10 Boss in this
Perfect 10 IT Job.

On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being a perfect match to my Objective requirements, I
would have to score the end result more like a 12! Just about everything I specified
was matched, and also some things I did not even specify but would have if I had
thought about them.

Eric Hop

I REACHED MY "IMPOSSIBLE" OBJECTIVE! I GOT MY PERFECT JOB WITH MY
PERFECT BOSSES.

I reached my "impossible" objective! I got my Perfect Job. And it is truly a
"miracle". The job I got pays me more money than I ever thought possible. It is 35%
above the monthly amount I had stated in my Objective, which was already almost
double the most I'd ever made in my life!

Also, when I need to know how to do something, one or more persons would just
show up and literally TELL ME the information, saving me time and effort--and
professional pride. Truly miraculous. I also have a great deal of fun, laughing
frequently (and the kind of humor I like--witty, intellectual banter)--yet at the same
time, providing true value to my clients. And how my clients praised me!! My New
Perfect Bosses are so impressed, they want to put me on bigger jobs.

Thank you, Stuart, for your work. At the beginning of the SACP, my Pivotal Area was
that I felt so powerless, so out of control, so unable to produce anything in my life
that I truly wanted.

After the SACP I feel almost completely restored to the way I was when I was a kid. I
remember that back then I would think of something I wanted and "expect" it to
happen. I'm very close indeed to fully recovering that ability!

HOW THE SSPT PREPARES YOU TO BECOME A SUPER

SALESMAN OR SALESWOMAN

In the previous sections, I have told you that my Super Successful Personality
Training leads you through developing the Personality Characteristics ALL of
these major Success Personalities, ALL at the same time:

1. The Successful Entrepreneurial Personality is common to all highly
successful entrepreneurs. It incorporates connect-ability - being instantly
trusted by others, leadership, persistence, vigilance and flexibility, having an
effective BS detector, being lucky, doing what is required, optimistic-
pessimism and balance. Without these characteristics, your probability of
failing as an entrepreneur is extremely high.

2. The Top-Rated Employee Personality characterizes the people who are
most valued by large corporations. Employers move people with a Top-
Rated Employee Personality up the hierarchy fast, investing in them
because they recognize that they are dealing with winners. This Success
Personality combines the Personality Characteristics of a Successful
Entrepreneurial Personality with Relationship-Building Personality
Characteristics.

3. The Super Salesman or Saleswoman Personality is characteristic of those
who are tremendously successful at selling anything. These are the people
who earn tremendous amounts of money because they generate the sales
without which any company will fail. These are the so-called naturals who
seem to be able to sell to anyone. This Success Personality combines ALL 14
of the Success Personality Characteristics taught in my SSPT.

4. The Happy and Comfortable in My Skin Personality incorporates what
social scientists call The Big Five that many years of research have
demonstrated characterize people who are far happier than most and live
their lives with a sense of wellbeing. The Big Five center around being
outgoing, kind, considerate, efficient, effective, relaxed, imperturbable and
creative.

Now, I am going to briefly describe the Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman
Personality.

The Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman Personality incorporates the
following 4 functional combinations of the Success Personality Characteristics that
you will develop by participating in my Super Successful Personality Training:

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

1. Relationship-Building

2. The Successful Entrepreneurial Personality

3. Effective Creativity

4. Balance In All Things.

Im now going to explain the nature and function of each of these sets.

========================

Relationship-Building

This is the starting point for all effective personal selling and requires the following
Success Personality Characteristics:

1. Being Appropriately Outgoing.

Being Appropriately Outgoing means others consider you APPROPRIATELY
friendly and socially confident. An outgoing sales person is APPROPRIATELY
gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with. I emphasize
appropriately because an overly strong or an insufficient expression of this
characteristic will turn your sales prospect off. You must unconsciously Balance
with what your sales prospect is comfortable with, looking for and open to.

2. Connect-Ability.

Expressing Connect-Ability means that you rapidly and easily connect with and
are instantly trusted by your sales prospect in a way that creates a trust
pipeline, that causes them to believe in you. Connect-Ability is the Bedrock of
Leadership which is key to successful selling as you Lead your prospect from
where they are to actually buying.

Remember: When you are Appropriately Outgoing, your prospect will like you.
When you add in Connectability, they will also trust you and buy from you.

3. Being A Good Listener.

Being A Good Listener centers around the ability to intuitively pick up not only
the words but the meaning of what another person is consciously and
unconsciously experiencing and expressing. This is key to effectively ensuring
that you are doing and saying what triggers a positive response in your prospect
and that you dont do and say what triggers a negative one.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

4. Being Appropriately Compassionate and Kind.

Being Appropriately Compassionate involves being empathetic in the sense of
understanding what is going on with others, appropriately concerned, sensitive
and tolerant but neither weak or self-sacrificing. Appropriate Kindness involves
being friendly, appropriately generous without being self-sacrificing and being
considerate in a balanced way that works for you and for others. Why is this
important in selling? Because your prospect will reflect back to you the
Appropriate Compassion and Kindness that you unconsciously express to
them.

======================

The Successful Entrepreneurial Personality

In case you havent previously realized it, a successful salesman or saleswoman IS
an entrepreneur. Each sale is an entrepreneurial venture in miniature. They are on
their own, on the firing line. So it is critical that a Super Successful Salesman or
Saleswoman Personality incorporates all of the characteristics of a Successful
Entrepreneurial Personality. These are:

1. Connect-Ability.

Connect-Ability empowers you to rapidly and easily connect with and be
instantly trusted by people in a way that creates a trust pipeline, in a way that
causes people to believe in you. Connect-Ability is the Bedrock of Leadership,
effective management, and successful selling of any type.

In both understanding the people who constitute your market and selling
to the relevant prospects among them, you must connect with them in ways
that cause them to take you seriously and to take seriously what you are
communicating. This requires Connect-Ability.

2. Leadership.

People want to enthusiastically follow Leaders. Leaders are elected by their
followers first, based on their personalities and secondly on their vision and
message. By definition, followers enthusiastically follow Leaders.

Selling is, at its core, a Leadership process. You must lead your prospect
from where they are to actually purchasing what you are selling.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 60

3. Persistence.

Persistence centers around picking yourself up and carrying on when faced with
the often daunting obstacles that are part of selling. It is also called resilience or
tenacity.

Both marketing and selling require a high level of Persistence. In
marketing, you must persist until your model of the marketplace has been
demonstrated to be accurate. In Selling, when selling to winner
prospects, you must Persist until you close the sale. This means, among
other things, persisting until you have reframed your prospects objections
into reasons for them to intuitively agree that buying what youre selling is
the only reasonable alternative.

4. Vigilance and Flexibility.

Vigilance involves rapidly and effectively becoming aware of changes in your
sales environment while Flexibility centers on rapidly and effectively
responding to relevant changes in your sales environment both while
remaining focused on your goals. Think of an American football running back
charging at great speed into holes that suddenly appear, rapidly changing
direction while keeping his head up and constantly focused on the goal while
bounding forward. This is what the successful salesman or saleswoman must do.

The pivotal points that make the difference between an effective set of
marketing strategies and tactics can often seem insignificant when you
first encounter them. It is, therefore, absolutely key that you be extremely
Vigilant for these turning points and sufficiently Flexible to, perhaps
instantly, appropriately reframe your understanding of your market and
your prospect in response to these inputs. This is, of course, even more
obviously true in selling.

5. An Effective BS Detector.

Sorting out the true signals sent and valid information given you by your sales
prospect is key to successful selling. Your prospects are as likely to express like
me or youre not going to sell me Blockers as anyone. The Success
Personality Characteristic of an Effective BS Detector will empower you to
sniff out the good stuff that will point the way to closing a sale while lack of one
will lead to tremendous wastes of time and low productivity.

Your time as a salesman or saleswoman is a very scarce and valuable
resource. Thus, you must use it very effectively. One aspect is homing in on
winner prospects and disregarding those who are not. You must have an
effective BS Detector to sort out those who are just window-shopping and
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 61

those who will actually buy at that point in time. Window-shoppers can
waste a great deal of your time and the ability to sort them out and to
identify when and if you should re-approach them. Your BS Detector will
effectively assist you in this process.

6. Proven Luck.

In selling, Proven Luck involves consistently picking the right prospects, making
the right decision about how to sell them, and effectively Leading them to the
sales close. When Proven Luck is part of your personality, it is demonstrated by
unconsciously generated success. As such, although it may seem
counterintuitive, luck is a Success Personality Characteristic that can be
developed. Luck is a critical aspect of a Super Successful Salesman or
Saleswoman Personality. Just ask them.

Luck is unconsciously generated success. Lucky marketers and sellers are
those who intuitively do what leads to closing a sale. Just as Luck is a key
aspect of entrepreneurial success, it is a key aspect of effective marketing
and selling.

7. Doing What Is Required, Including the Seemingly Impossible.

Doing-It involves taking action instead of just thinking, musing, discussing,
planning, plotting and procrastinating. Only action produces results. The
successful salesman or saleswoman not only takes action, but takes action even
when others say the desired result is impossible.

Marketing and Selling are doing activities. You must do what needs to be
done to effectively model your market and customers and to lead them to
actually buy. This means that you must follow-through to completion of
those activities that are required for success.

8. Being an Optimistic Pessimist or a Pessimistic Optimist.

Being Optimistic enough to be strongly pulled forward by the accurate
perception of a possible sales, while at the same time being Pessimistic enough
to see the pitfalls that must be resolved to reach the close are key parts of a
Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman Personality. It is critical, however,
that it centers around a core of neutrality neither positive nor negative that
allows a successful salesman or saleswoman to effectively evaluate and build on
the positives and remedy the negatives.

In Marketing and Selling, you must be sufficiently Optimistic to see and
successfully act on opportunities while seeing and successfully acting on
the Pitfalls. Combined with the other Success Personality Characteristics

you will develop in the Super Successful Personality Training, this

personality characteristic will keep you highly motivated while minimizing
wasted time and effort.

These are the 8 Core Characteristics of a Successful Entrepreneurial Personality

========================

Being Effectively Creative revolves around two key aspects. First, homing in on the
core of what must be created Simplification - and, second, actually inventing or
creating that Effective Creativity.

1. Simplification.

Simplification in this context means rapidly and accurately getting to the heart
of a sales issue, opportunity or pitfall. Simplification is the ability to rapidly and
effectively home in on the core essence of something and that is the precursor to
inventing an appropriate response using Effective Creativity. It is the essence of
genius as many recognized geniuses have pointed out through the ages. And, in
both a right-now and a longer-term sense is key to successful selling, to
effectively walking the path with your prospect from where they are to the close.

2. Effectively Creative.

Effective Creativity involves on-demand and longer-term invention. On-demand
invention means that, on-the-spot, right-now you invent an effective and
workable response to an opportunity or a pitfall. Longer-term invention is
involved in creating major workable sales and marketing innovations.

=================

Being In Balance In All Things

More is not equal to better except when it is. The same thing is true of less. The key
to successful Selling is achieving the right Balance of all of the 13 other Success
Personality Characteristics with respect to your prospect and their situation.

In this context, Being In-Balance means being internally in balance so that you are
relaxed, happy and effective and Being In-Balance with the outer sales situation
and prospect you are encountering. Being In-Balance is key to appropriately and
effectively expressing all of the other Success Personality Characteristics
described above no matter with what person and or in what situation you find
yourself. Being In-Balance is an absolutely key aspect of a Super Successful
Salesman or Saleswoman Personality.

These are absolutely the only training that will empower you this way.

HOW THE SET4A AND SET51

A SKILLS COMBINE WITH THE SSPT PERSONALITY
CHARACTERISTICS TO MAKE YOU A SUPER SALESMAN OR
SALESWOMAN

As I told you, becoming a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman requires both
the right Sales Success Personality and the right extremely powerful Sales Success
Skills.

The only way to rapidly develop the Sales Success Personality is by participating in
my Super Successful Personality Training the SSPT.

And the only way to rapidly develop the extremely powerful Sales Skills required to
become a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman and, in fact, the only way I
know of to develop them at all is by participating in my SET4A and SET5A
trainings.

In my last email, I described the tremendously powerful Sales Success Personality
Characteristics that you will develop by participating in my SSPT.

================

*** Today, I'm going to talk about those Sales Success Skills that will build on
your Sales Success Personality to empower you to achieve tremendous sales
results.

*** Ill first list the six sets of Skills and then describe each. Please note that the
first three Skills each combine with the associated SSPT Success Personality
Characteristics while the other three Skills combine with sets Sales Success
Personality characteristics, boths to remarkably empower you

================

With that said, Ill briefly describe each of the six Sales Success Skills.

1. Psychic Listening Skills

2. Simplification Skills

3. Leadership Skills

The fourth set of Skills remarkably empowers you to intuitively home in on the
High-Probability Prospects who are actually potentially ready to buy what you
are selling.

4. CMA Marketing Skills

The fifth and sixth set of Skills incredibly empower you to actually make the sale
to lead your Winner Prospect from where they are to signing the contract.

5. CT Coaching Skills

6. CT Selling Skills

===================

The Incredibly Powerful Sales
Success Skills You Will Develop By Participating in the SET4A and SET5A

Now, Ill briefly describe each of these Sales Success Skills.

1. Psychic Listening Skills

You could call Psychic Listening intuitive insight into what's going on with the
person upon whom you are focused.

Psychic Listening provides you with a very deep and even profound insight into
the other person. This allows you to very effectively respond to what's really
going on with them. And thats key if youre going to be a Super Successful
Salesman or Saleswoman.

When Selling, you will have to effectively interact with a wide variety of High-
Probability Prospects (which are the only ones youll sell to, once I teach you
find and attract them). While they all are unconsciously potentially ready to buy
from you, their personalities can be quite different.

Psychic Listening is the skill that will guide you to the heart of each of their
motivations, reactions and the issues occupying them.

As such, it is an incredibly powerful Sales and Leadership tool.

For example, in sales, it is key to determine what's of Value to your
prospect and whats of little value to them, what's simply an intellectual
objection to which you can logically respond and what's a Blocker that
requires an entirely different type of response.

For example, when you're selling and your prospect is running a Blocker
that would normally seem to be a logical-sounding objection, Psychic
Listening will lead you to respond effectively where you would otherwise be
dead in the water.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 66

The only way to develop Psychic Listening skills outside of the SET4A-
CTT/CT7 is by effectively apprenticing yourself for a long time to someone who
demonstrates Psychic Listening skills so that you can develop them in yourself
through extensive trial and error with your master guiding you. And thats
something youll almost never find available.

2. Simplification Skills

As I told you the other day, Simplification empowers you to see straight through
to the heart of a matter. And until you do, you could thrash around dealing with
phantom issues that really have nothing to do with Leading your High-
Probability Prospect to the close.

When combined with Psychic Listening, your Simplification Skills will enable
you to very rapidly become aware of the issues underlying a sales prospects
stated and unstated objections or resistance to buying. These are what you must
effectively respond to in order to make the sale. Otherwise, you can waste a
tremendous amount of time and become highly frustrated because you will be
unable to Lead them to buy.

As a graduate of the SSPT, SET4A and SET5A, your Psychic Listening, Coaching
and Leadership Skills will, in combination with your associated Super
Successful Sales Personality Characteristics and your Simplification Skills,
rapidly make intuitively clear to you what you must address to Lead yout High-
Probability Prospects to actually buying.

3. Leadership Skills

Leadership is not a random or chance process. Seemingly uniquely, I have
homed in on the underlying Simplicity and broken it down to the components
steps. I challenge you to find them set out anyplace else. You wont succeed.

Yet when I describe my Leadership Model to recognized Leaders, they always
say, Youre right. Thats what I do.

And that Leadership Model is what, uniquely, allows me to teach you
Leadership Skills.

Leadership involves both Success Personality and Success Skill aspects.

The Success Skills aspects combines with your Connect-Ability Personality

Characteristics to move your intended followers to be open to you and to be
receptive to your Leadership Vision.

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 67

The Leadership Success Skill aspects combine with your Leadership Success
Personality Characteristic to empower you to create, psychically broadcast
and effectively express a Leadership Vision that will trigger your intended
followers to become your actual enthusiastic followers. And, in Successful
Selling, that means that they enthusiastically Follow you to the close.

4. CMA Marketing Skills

Marketing involves homing in on the people who will potentially buy your
product or service and isolating the High-Probability Prospects within that
group, your Target Market. Marketing also involves framing their Value
Structures, needs and reference points.

The Skills that I will teach you in the SET4A and SET5A will remarkably
empower you to intuitively home in on and, in combination with the other CT
Techniques, draw to you the High-Probability Prospects who are actually
potentially ready to buy what you are selling.

As compared with the typical salesman or saleswoman who attempts to sell to
anyone who will listen to them, this one set of Skills will multiply your sales
results by 2 to 3 times because, by steering clear of those who wont buy no
matter what you do, you will have that much more time to Effectively Sell to
those who potentially will, your High-Probability Prospects.

In the SET4A and SET5A, I will teach you the most powerful Marketing process
going, Clustering Market Analysis. This process harnesses the incredible
power of your Unconscious and it's database of billions and billions of
tremendously rich observations that it has continually made of people
throughout your entire life, both physically and psychically. This makes CMA
both the least expensive and most powerful Marketing process around.

I used to own the company that did the most sophisticated market research in
the world, using my Arintel artificial intelligence data analysis process that
modeled and clustered together the unconscious personality types within the
population being studied. The data collection and computer analysis involved in
Arintel was extremely sophisticated, resulting in a per-project cost of at least
$1 million.

Clustering Market Analysis does away with these tremendous costs by
marshaling your incredibly rich database of observations of people already
collected unconsciously throughout your life and harnessing the incredible
processing power of your brain. After several intervening steps, the results are
then communicated to your conscious mind Intuitively.
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 68

In other words, the final output of Clustering Market Analysis is an incredibly

effective Intuitive map of your Market, your High-Probability Prospects
within it and their Value Structures. In fact, this is what characterizes the
absolutely most successful salesmen and saleswomen in the world.
The most successful salesman I ever encountered was an ordinary-looking
fellow who had an 82% cold-call sales capture rate. This means that on his
first contact with his prospects, he sold to 82% of them.
What was he selling? Aluminum pots and pans sets costing $500 in 1965
terms (about $3,500 in current dollars). Who were his prospects? Newly
married housewives who had almost no money.
How did he sell? He Intuitively recognized which of the 12 Unconscious
Personality Types (identified universally by Arintel) that he was
interacting with at any given time and used the techniques and
arguments that worked most effectively with that particular one.
And thats what almost all people who sell fail to do. They have one or two
approaches that they try with everyone. This means that about 80% or
more of their time is wasted by attempting to sell to people who wont buy,
no matter what. Or because they sell or in ways that dont adequately
prove the Value of what their selling in terms that are specifically
meaningful to that prospect. (Typically, you have to prove at least 120% of
the price in terms of the prospects Perceived Value in order to make a
sale.)
Other than the cost of participating in the SET4A and SET5A, the cost of this
approach is ZERO! And you can effectively implement it over and over again
for the rest of your life.

5. CT Coaching Skills

By participating in the SET4A-CTT/CT7 you will develop extremely powerful CT
Coaching Skills that will very effectively come into play during your Selling
because the same basic skills, in combination with Psychic Listening,
Leadership, Simplification and your Intuitive Map of your High-Probability
Prospects Value Structure will empower you to resolve their objections and
unconscious resistance into enthusiastically following you to the close.

Through application of your Effective Creativity and Simplification Success
Personality and Skills, you will home in on CT Zappers and even intuitively

perform on-the-spot reframes of aspects of the CT Processes to empower your

High-Probability Prospects to temporarily transcend their Blockers.

In addition, by going through over 50 one-to-one CT Coaching Sessions under
my supervision, you will have the opportunity to resolve all of your major
Blockers that would otherwise prevent you from becoming a Super Successful
Salesman or Saleswoman.

6. CT Selling Skills

Selling involves Leading your High-Probability Target Market Prospects from
where they are through actually purchasing your product or service. You will do
this by proving the Value of your product or service, knowing when proved
value has exceeded your High-Probability Prospects Purchasing Value
Threshold, asking for the sale at the earliest time when they reach that point
that is, Closing the Sale and doing whats required to ensure they remain Sold.

You will prove that level of value by emphasizing your products or services
aspects that these High Probability Prospects actually Value which most
sales people fail to do.

During the SET4A and SET5A, you will learn to develop extremely effective
Elevator Pitches that, in 30 seconds or less, create a frame in your High-
Probability Prospects conscious mind into which your psychically broadcast
Leadership Vision will pop with an accompanying powerfully emotional aha!
that causes them to enthusiastically follow the rest of your Sales Process.

For example, I used to pick up most of my CEO clients on airplane rides. First, I
set up an unconscious process to draw my High-Probability Prospects to me.
This, literally, resulted in them changing seats to sit next to me.

Then, after the opening chit-chat, when they asked me what I did, Id give them
my Elevator Pitch. Id say, I teach people to consciously manage their
unconscious minds to consistently achieve the impossible. What seems
impossible to you? Or Id say, Have you ever had a truly great day? Would you
like a lot more?

And after Id proved the value of what I do in their own terms, I presented my
Closing Pitch. Id say (at the exact earliest appropriate time as discerned by
my Super Psychic Listening Team) something like, So, are we going to
schedule this for 3 weeks from now, when Ill be in your area again, or in 7
weeks?

I usually left the flight with a $500,000 to $2 million contract.

During the SET4A, you will learn to use Psychic Dialoguing Skills to develop
your own extremely effective Elevator and Closing Pitches. And you will
develop your own Super Psychic Listening Team that will precisely guide you
in effectively using them.

===================

*** In this discussion, I have just scratched the surface of the remarkable Sales
Success Skills that you will develop by participating in the SET4A and SET5A.
These Sales Success Skills that will combine with your Super Successful Sales
Personality Characteristics to make you a Super Successful Salesman or
Saleswoman.

*** The starting point is participating in the SSPT, My Super Successful
Personality Training.

HOW DEVELOPING THE SSPT PERSONALITY

CHARACTERISTICS WILL GIVE YOU A HAPPY IN MY SKIN
SUCCESS PERSONALITY

In this final section, Im going to talk about what I call, The Envelope Success
Personality. I call it this because, as Ive often pointed out, in the absence of
Happiness, Joy and a Sense of Well-Being, achievement is far, far less than true
success.

The name of this fourth Success Personality one that you will concurrently
develop as you develop the other three when you participate in my Super Success
Personality Training The SSPT is the Happy In My Skin Success Personality.

=====================

*** So let me ask you, are you really happy?

*** If so, you are the exception. Social scientists tell us that only about 30% of
people consider themselves happy... and that percentage has been steadily
dropping in recent years.

*** And, even if you are happy, wouldnt you like to be happier and more
consistently?

======================

Well, if were going to talk about Happiness, we have to ask, what really is
Happiness?

*** Research seems to say that Happiness centers around wanting what you have
while unhappiness centers around not having what you want.

*** That definitely doesn't mean that people who are happy don't want more
out of life and it certainly doesn't mean that they don't aspire to greater
things. They usually do.

*** Rather, happy people enjoy their journey through life, experiencing a
sense of well-being, rather than waiting to reach a destination before they
allow themselves to be happy, joyful and fulfilled.

*** In other words, they dont postpone their happiness and sense of well-
being for a later time.

====================

How about you?

*** Are you enjoying your journey through life most of the time?

*** Are you happy most the time?

*** Are you joyful most the time?

***Do you have a sense of well-being most of the time?

=====================

People who have a Happy In My Skin Success Personality say yes to these
questions because they are living their happiness right now while they are
growing and going for more.

========================

So, lets take a look at the Happy In My Skin Success Personality Characteristics
that you will develop by participating in my SSPT.

1. Being Outgoing.

Being Outgoing means others consider you friendly and socially confident. An
outgoing person is gregarious, friendly, affable, easygoing and fun to be with.

2. Being A Good Listener.

The ability to pick up not only the words but the meaning of what another
person is consciously and unconsciously expressing and experiencing is at the
core of Effective Relationship-Building and great relationships with yourself
and others are at the core of happiness.

3. Appropriate Compassion and Kindness

Appropriate Compassion involves understanding what is going on with others,
being concerned without pitying and being sensitive and tolerant but neither
weak nor self-sacrificing. Appropriate Kindness involves being friendly,
appropriately generous without being self-sacrificing and considerate in a
balanced way that works for you and for others.

4. Persistence.

Persistence is the skill of picking yourself up by your bootstraps and carrying on
when faced with the obstacles that are part of life. It is also called resilience or
tenacity. It doesnt matter what area of life youre talking about, Persistence is
key.

5. Has An Effective BS Detector.

The ability to sort out the wheat from the chaff, sort out good advice and valid
statements from bad, is critically important if you want to be happy. The lack of
an Effective BS Detector is at the heart of nearly all interpersonal failures
whether it is falsely believing someone or counting on someone who doesnt do
what they say.

6. Proven Luck.

Proven Luck means consistently getting what you want without really striving
for it. It means that good things just seem to happen to you. In contrast, if you are
unlucky, you will probably be unhappy.

7. Actually Does What Is Required.

That is, Actually Doing what needs to be done is the only way to produce results,
to complete what you start. And when you dont complete things, you not only
dont get the results you want but those incompletions unconsciously pull you
down in a way that creates a generalized sense of unhappiness something like
gravity pulls your body down. Only Actually Doing produces completions, as
required to be happy .

8. An Optimistic Pessimist or a Pessimistic Optimist, Both with a Core of
Neutrality.

Neutrality is key to being imperturbable, relaxed and only appropriately
emotional. Happy people have a core of neutrality that is coupled with being
optimistic enough to see the good in each day. At the same time, they are
pessimistic enough to see the pitfalls that must be remedied to achieve
completions. And their core of neutrality prevents them from getting overly
caught up in either extreme from becoming manic or depressed.

9. Simplification.

Simplification in this context means rapidly and accurately perceiving the core
of an issue, an opportunity or a pitfall. It is the ability to rapidly and effectively
home in on the essence of something and that is the precursor to inventing an
Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1

appropriate response through Effective Creativity. It is the essence of genius as

many recognized geniuses have pointed out through the ages. And when you see
the Simplicity of life, youre a lot happier.

10. Effectively Creative.

Effective Creativity involves on-demand invention. On-demand invention means
that, on-the-spot, you invent an effective and workable response to what might
otherwise pull you down. And that you invent positive creations throughout
your life, large and small. (It is often the small ones that give you the greatest
joy.)

11. Being In-Balance

In this context, Being In-Balance means being internally in balance so that you
are relaxed, happy, steady and effective. It is key to being happy with yourself.
While being in balance with whatever outer situation and people you are
encountering makes your life run smoothly and easily. Being In-Balance is also
key to appropriately and effectively expressing all of the other Success
Personality Characteristics described above.

=================

*** Right now, think about the best day of your life, when you felt
tremendously happy and really glad to be who you were.

*** Now think about one of the worst days of your life, when you felt really
down.

*** Compare the two. Document what was missing from the worst day.

*** Then check off which of the 11 Success Personality Characteristics I
described above you weren't experiencing that would have made that
worst day a really great day.

*** Now think what it would be like if your personality were working
24/7/365 to fill your life with all of those 11 Success Personality
Characteristics to make your days good ones.

*** Thats only one of the many benefits youll get by participating in my
Super Success Personality Training The SSPT.

TRY THIS ON FOR SIZE

Previously, I've told you a lot about each of the four Successful Personality Types
that you will develop by participating in my Super Successful Personality Training
the SSPT.

Now I want you to try each of them on for size.

------------------------

Whats It Like to Be A Successful Entrepreneur

Imagine that you are a Successful Entrepreneur by role-playing the following
description of what its like to be one.

Successful Entrepreneurs are creators at heart and when they believe enough in
something, they will find a way to make it work. Successful Entrepreneurs are
passionate about what theyre doing.

*** As a result, being a Successful Entrepreneur is exciting and, even, highly
addictive.

And its fun. Successful Entrepreneurs find it great fun to take good idea and make
something of it to turn it into something real. And they know that when their team is
also having fun, they are at their most productive.

A Successful Entrepreneur is someone who has an idea and the passion and drive to
turn that idea into reality, starting from the ground up. They look forward to going to
work every day and are excited about making the members of their venture and their
customers feel good about themselves.

Being a Successful Entrepreneur is about testing oneself on the business stage.
There is no comparison to the pressure, responsibility, sense of accomplishment and
rewards associated with building a business as compared with collecting a salary.
Successful Entrepreneurs create jobs and leave a positive imprint on their staff,
customers and all who benefit from what they have created. Thats really exciting.

Being a Successful Entrepreneur is not necessarily about having a brand new idea
for a product or service. Its about approaching any business, product or service
through innovative eyes. Its about solving problems for your customers, problems that
they often dont even know they have.

Being a Successful Entrepreneur is also about being the type of Leader who can
inspire everyone around you to believe in your dream, and to get on board without
hesitation (whether they are clients, prospects, staff, the media, friends, family,

bankers, investors). Its end to end, from ideas, to implementation, to innovation of the
original idea and back again.

Being a Successful Entrepreneur means doing what 99% of people wont ever do:
taking a dream and turning it into something actionable and executable. It the
process, they realize what it is to be self-actualized and autonomous and have the full
freedom to create whatever they brave enough to imagine.

*** The bottom line is that Being a Successful Entrepreneur is not about making
lots of money although it's the only way that you can make outlandish wads of
money. Making lots of money is the RESULT of being a Highly Successful
Entrepreneur.

*** Being a Successful Entrepreneur is about the adrenaline rush, the
enthusiasm the manifesting yourself, of doing what other people can't even
begin to dream of.

And thats addictive!

Just imagine that, as an Successful Entrepreneur, you enthusiastically leap out
of bed tomorrow, enthusiastic about working at your own highly Successful
Entrepreneurial venture.

What would that be like for you?

Please write a brief description of that and rate on a 1 to 10 scale, how much
youd like to be that Successful Entrepreneur.

Then think about the fact that the first step in becoming a Highly Successful
Entrepreneur is participating in the SSPT.

Now that youve tried being a Successful Entrepreneur on for size, take off that
suit and put on the next one, role-playing what it would be like to be a Top-Rated
Employee.

--------------------

Whats It Like To Be A Top-Rated Employee

Top-Rated Employees are extremely highly regarded as candidates for fast-tracking
up the corporate ladder. This is because Top-Rated Employees consistently and
significantly outperform their peer groups in a variety of settings and circumstances.
And because Top-Rated Employees exhibit behaviors that reflect their employers
cultures and values in an exemplary manners. Moreover, they show a strong capacity

to grow and succeed throughout their careers within an organizationmore quickly

and effectively than their peer groups do.

Top-Rated Employees need smarts and experience to thrive, but ability and
seasoning are only part of the recipe. Their savvy employers know and make sure that
they are really involved in what theyre doing because the assignment theyre in is
what they want. Top-Rated Employees want and receive opportunities to directly
influence and direct their careers and receive more-challenging assignments with real
risks and rewards, along with high compensation.

Top-Rated Employees work for savvy employers and here are are some strategies
those savvy employers use to ensure that their Top-Rated Employees want to and do
stay with them.

Savvy employers tell Top-Rated Employees that theyre special.

Savvy employers work hard to align each Top-Rated Employees and their
companys needs using a consultative process because they know and respect
that Top-Rated Employees want to be involved in planning their development,
not dictated to.

Savvy employers delegate real responsibility to Top-Rated Employees who
thrive when theyre truly accountable for something. And they give them leeway
to learn by making mistakes, because they know they have the ability to succeed
on their own.

Savvy employers are flexible with their Top-Rated Employees. They know that
inflexible assignments, especially those that require relocation when people
have young children and employed spouses, can be morale busters or worse.
Finding creative solutions that respect lifestyle needs and still provide
seasoning for advancement can differentiate an employer.

Savvy employers show Top-Rated Employees they matter, that they are truly
valued.

Savvy employers tap effective mentors for their Top-Rated Employees, people in
the hierarchy whom they respect.

Savvy employers foster visibility for their Top-Rated Employees, giving them
substantive exposure to top decision-makersnot just face time.

Savvy employers make learning and advancement seem never-ending for Top-
Rated Employees. They make real opportunities to move around location-wise
or, if the Top-Rated Employee doesnt want to move, they facilitate them moving

within their existing location to get different experiences, to prepare them for
fast-track advancement.

Savvy employers focus on developing, in their Top-Rated Employees, the
attributes leaders are bound to need.

And, of course, savvy employers compensate their Top-Rated Employees very
well.

Now, just imagine that, as Top-Rated Employee, you arrive at work and are
respectfully greeted by your co-workers and heartily greeted by your boss as
one of the companys leading group, the fast-trackers.

What would that be like for you?

Please write a brief description of that and rate on a 1 to 10 scale, how much youd
like to be that Top-Rated Employee.

------------------------

Now that youve tried on for size being a Top-Rated Employee, put that suit in the
closet and put on the next one, being a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that selling is not about only
closing the current prospect on a particular product or service that solves one of their
pressing problems, needs or desires. It is about building a trusting relationship and
partnership with them, by becoming a resource, and helping them solve their on-going
problems, or satisfying their continuing and evolving needs and desires.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that the lifetime value of a
client is far more than the value of one sale or transaction. They Build Relationships,
taking a long view that it is not just about this sale but future sales, referrals and
customer trust and loyalty.

One of the critical concepts that a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman
knows is that their role is to help people buy and that you don't change people's buying
habits or circumstances. What you can do is accurately discover them and then
attempt to create a sense of urgency. Once they have discovered their High-

Probability Prospects real issues the Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman

tailors their appeal to those specific needs, desires, value structures and buying
circumstances.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman sells value and doesnt defend price. In
the long run, they know it is much easier to justify high price if the value is there, than
to make up for poor quality and constant product/service problems.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that, with their ability to Build
Relationships and great Listening ability, their High-Probability Prospect will tell
them just what they need to know to sell them. And the Super Successful Salesman
or Saleswoman will respond with the appropriate information at the appropriate
time.

The Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman understands that their job is to help
their High-Probability Prospect become comfortable with buying their products or
services and with giving themselves permission to buy now. Information is power and
the Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman is a master, through the Listening
and Simplification skills, at uncovering needs, value structures, problems, prejudices,
concerns and desires in a timely and truthful way.

Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows how to identify the prospect's
real intent or their purpose. They are not easily misled and tend to probe deeper when
they feel they are not getting the real truth from the prospect or customer. They know
that the purpose of the sales process is to discover how they can help a High-
Probability Prospect or existing customer with a need, problem, desire or challenge,
and then position their product or service in such a way that the High-Probability
Prospect discovers in his or her mind the value necessary in order to justify a
purchase.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that once the sale has been
closed and the High-Probability Prospect accepts your promises, commitments or
features as ones that will benefit him, he or she now moves into a sort of limbo mode.
They wait patiently to see if the Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman meant
all of that sales stuff or were just trying to get another deal. They observe and monitor
your behaviors, actions, follow-through and communication consistency. Most don't do
this consciously but nonetheless they are doing it.

The Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that after-sales service is the
key to keeping sales closed and keeping customers satisfied and buying again. It can
often be a subtle test to see if the Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman can
really deliver.

A Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman knows that one of the keys is to
promise a lot and deliver more. In other words, exceed customer expectations -- wow

them with service. They know that to ensure repeat business, customer loyalty,
positive references and qualified referrals that their after sales service must be one of
their strengths.

Using their personality and skills, a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman
knows the outcome long before they get to the end of this their selling process and they
do it by ensuring that they have a well qualified High-Probability Prospect, they
know the prospect's dominant buying motives and value structure, they have identified
all of their potential objections before they are even expressed, they have carefully
observed the various buying signals from the prospect and they have given an effective
and interactive presentation. They know long before they ask their closing question
what the answer will be.

Finally, a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman is passionate about what they
are selling and they never lose that passion because passion is the great equalizer. It
can make up for a lack of experience and knowledge since their passion will be
interpreted by their High-Probability Prospect as a strong belief in his or herself,
their mission and their purpose.

And, of course, a Super Successful Salesman or Saleswoman is extremely well-
compensated for their outstanding ability to create the lifeblood of any companys or
ventures success, Substantial Sales.

Just imagine that, tomorrow, you are a Super Successful Salesman or
Saleswoman with a Super Salesmans or Saleswomans Success Personality and
Skills.

What would that be like for you?

Please write a brief description of that and rate on a 1 to 10 scale, how much
youd like to be that Successful Entrepreneur.

Then think about the fact that the first step in becoming a Super Successful
Salesman or Saleswoman is participating in the SSPT that starts on July 9.

When I used to race sports cars, after the tremendous amount of work preparing my
car and myself to ensure everything was ready, the last 2 to 3 seconds before the flag
dropped were hellish. Id have a serious case of the Starting-Line Jitters, fearfully
thinking about everything that could go wrong.

But they didnt.

I was usually first off the line and, if my car didnt fail during the race or if
someone didnt run into me, I usually won.

So let me ask you...

*** Are you having Starting-Line Jitters when you contemplate going for what
you can truly become, when you contemplate signing up for the SSPT?

*** In other words are you really ready to go for it? Or are you going to let your
Starting Line Jitters stop you cold.

*** It's interesting how some people mistake the anticipation of the great things
that are to come...

*** for anxiety.

*** I call this the Starting Line Jitters.

*** That misinterpretation this Starting-Line Jitter Blocker - often stops them
cold, sometimes causing them to miss out on great opportunities.

*** Instead of focusing on the great things ahead, they think of all the reasons
why they shouldn't move forward, why they shouldn't act on this great
opportunity. And they get stuck.

*** Is that happening to you when you contemplate the terrific results that the
SSPT training will give you when you participate?

*** If so, I strongly suggest that you try the CT Quick-Workaround Process to
temporarily work around your Starting-Line Jitters Blocker.

*** Do it now.

*** Heres a link to my very brief video that explains how to perform the CT
Quick-Workaround Process. (Note that while it uses signing up for the SACP22
as an example - as it states, this Process is pretty universally applicable.)

WHATS IT LIKE IF YOU LACK AN OUTGOING PERSONALITY?

Subj: Where have you experienced shyness?

Hi [[firstname]]

Have you ever been Shy or Withdrawn to the extent that you were unable to bring
yourself to open up to or interact with others when you really wanted to?

If so, what you were experiencing was the opposite of being Outgoing.

*** For example, were you ever unable to bring yourself to ask for a raise, to
ask someone to buy a product or an idea from you, to approach someone, to
carry-on a conversation?

*** Have you ever been too reluctant to ask for a meeting? Have you ever been
too shy to ask questions that will open a discussion required to get what you
want? Have you ever been too shy to demonstrate that you know more about a
subject than those around you?

Or, have you ever been too Shy to ask for a date?

Did being Shy or Introverted ever keep you up at night?

Did you ever re-run the situation in your mind, being Outgoing where you had
actually been Shy or Introverted?

*** If so what would you have given to have actually been Outgoing in that
same situation?

*** What would you give now?

*** Most people would say its impossible to change your personality in that
way but now you can by participating in my SSPT.

*** It is possible.

*** So sign up now for my SSPT to convert your Shyness into being Outgoing.

======================

You see, Shyness doesnt result from just a single blocker operating. Rather, Shyness
is a personality characteristic that results from the concurrent operation of a
significant number of Subpersonalities.

Thus, to shift from Shyness to being Outgoing takes much more than simply
resolving a couple of blockers.

And thats exactly what I lead you through in my Super Successful Personality
Training, the SSPT.

======================

Remember, the dictionary definition of Shy is: timid, disposed to avoid a
person or thing, hesitant in committing oneself, sensitively diffident, retiring
or a wallflower.

While the dictionary definition of Outgoing is: gregarious, friendly, affable,
easygoing and fun to be with.

*** Which would you choose?

*** Well, you DO have the choice, right now.

*** The choice is yours. Just sign up NOW for the SSPT.

WHATS IT LIKE IF YOU DONT HAVE AN EFFECTIVE BS

DETECTOR?

Subj: When did you last feel betrayed?

Hi [[firstname]] -

*** When was last time you relied on someone's promise and they let you
down?

*** When did you last feel betrayed by someone?

***For most people, unfortunately, thats a frequent occurrence.

===================

Its so common that there are lots and lots of words in the English language for
it, including deception, dishonesty, double-crossing, double-dealing, duplicity,
falseness, let-down, perfidy, sellout, treachery, treason, trickery, unfaithfulness,
backstabbing, disloyalty, double cross, faithlessness, falseness, falsity, infidelity,
perfidy, sellout, treachery, treason and two-timing among many others.

====================

*** When you rely on someone who lies to him- or herself or intentionally or
unintentionally lies to you, you're setting yourself up for future disappointment
when their lies come home to roost.

=================

*** Think of the pain of disappointment, the last time someone lied to you and
you depended on it.

*** Think of the pain of disappointment the last time you hoped somebody
would be able to do what they promised and they let you down.

================

Traditional ways of detecting whether someone is lying just dont work.

Some experts promote looking for non-verbal signals - so-called tells - but
research demonstrates this is way off base.

*** In fact, the odds of determining whether someone is lying by looking for
tells is about equal to chance.

==================

*** In order to have accurate expectations, you need a terrific BS Detector to
unconsciously sort out when people are being true with you and when they
are lying.

*** Any time you don't know what to trust in a person, you are setting yourself
up for anywhere from small to really great disappointments.

*** Just think back to the last time that occurred. Wouldn't you rather have a
terrific BS Detector that makes you aware of what and who you can rely on?

=================
A recent study published in the journal, Psychological Science, concluded that the
best way to detect whether someone is lying is unconsciously because we usually
cant do it consciously.
*** And unconsciously detecting whether someone is lying or telling the truth
is exactly what your BS Detector Expert Team this team that you will develop
only by participating in the SSPT - will do for you.

*** In fact, thats the only way you can rapidly and effectively develop your BS
Detector Expert Team.

==================

Just look at what a couple of participants in the SET Phase 2, the forerunner to
the SSPT, said about the operation of their BS Detectors that they developed in
exactly the same way you will when you participate in the SSPT.

I am a very big (6 9) guy and very powerful. As a result, I try to be very gentle
and in the past, people sometimes took advantage of that. My BS Detector
Expert Team has put a complete stop to that. No one can sell me anything I
dont really want because I immediately know whether they are BSing
me or theres real value there. I know whether or not they are being
genuine.

- Davor Kudrna

My BS Detector Expert Team had a life changing impact. I used to want to
believe and rely on what people were telling me and that caused me a lot of

trouble. My BS Detector Expert Team empowered me to see the truth and

to make productive choices rather than relying on others who would let
me down.

- Monique Gallagher

===================

*** Wouldnt you, like these SET Phase 2 Graduates, rather relate to others in
ways where you experience their faithfulness, loyalty, protection and honest
support rather than their lying, deception and betrayals?

*** Think what a major difference an Effective BS Detector will make in your
life

*** Decide whether youre ready to let go of being deceived, of being lied to, of
being disappointed by others who lie and misrepresent.

*** Be good to yourself, sign up right now for the SSPT and develop your BS
Detector Expert Team.

Thats the only way that you can rapidly and effectively do so.

WHATS IT LIKE IF YOU ARENT PERSISTENT?

Persistence is really important and some people consider the most important
characteristic of a successful personality.

Napoleon Hill was a unknown journalist on an obscure small magazine but he
Persisted in writing over 50 letters requesting an interview with billionaire
Andrew Carnegie, Persisted until Carnegie met with him.

Carnegie was so impressed by Hills Persistence that he offered him a unique
opportunity, one that almost no one else could have offered.

Under Carnegies tutelage and with Carnegies introductions, Hill was given the
opportunity to meet with and discuss how the 500 richest man in the world at the
time had become so rich, how they achieved their success.

Hill Persisted at this for over 20 years with the assistance of Carnegie. His
major finding was that most people fail because they simply haven't Persisted
and those who succeed are those who persist to the end.

Hill said, The majority of people are ready to throw their aims and
purposes overboard, and give up at the first sign of opposition or
misfortune. A few carry on DESPITE all opposition, until they attain their
goal. These few are the Fords, Carnegies, Rockefellers, and Edisons...

THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR PERSISTENCE! It cannot be supplanted by
any other quality!

The majority of men meet with failure because of their lack of Persistence
in creating new plans to take the place of those which fail.

*** When was the last time you gave up on something because your first try
didnt work?

*** How was that for you, seeing all that youd put in to that point going for
nothing?

*** You can learn to Persist in the way Hill describes by participating in my
Super Successful Personality Training, the SSPT.

*** Lots of people we now recognize as having had an important impact on the
world had repeated opportunities to quit in the face of discouragement. But
they Persisted.

*** What if they hadnt?

For example, Winston Churchill failed and had to repeat a grade during elementary
school and, when he entered Harrow, was placed in the lowest division of the lowest
class. Later, he twice failed the entrance exam to the Royal Military Academy at
Sandhurst. And he was defeated in his first effort to serve in Parliament.

But Churchill Persisted until he became Prime Minister of England at the age of 62,
at the beginning of World War II. Churchill just about single-handedly dragged
America into the war and, thus, saved Britain from almost certain extinction by the
Nazis.

*** What if Churchill hadnt Persisted? What would the world be like now?

Churchill later wrote, "Never give in, never give in, never, never, never,
never - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to
convictions of honor and good sense. Never, Never, Never, Never give up."

*** When did you last give up when you failed, instead of picking yourself up
by your bootstraps and Intelligently Persisting?

*** How would your world be different if you had Persisted?

*** Make persistence a part of your personality by participating in my SSPT
that starts very soon.

=====================

Ross Perot founded Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in 1962, sold the company to
General Motors in 1984 for $13.9 billion, and founded Perot Systems in 1988. Perot
Systems was bought by Dell for $3.9 billion in 2009.

Perot said, Most people give up just when they're about to achieve
success. They quit on the one yard line. They give up at the last minute of
the game one foot from a winning touchdown.

*** When did you last give up just before crossing your own personal goal
line?

For example, here are some very ordinary examples of failing to Persist:

Extended Description of The Super Successful Personality Training Rev3.1
Copyright 2014 by Stuart A. Lichtman Page 97

How many books have you started but not finished? Do they sit there,
reminding you that you didnt Persist to completion?

What about the piles on or around your desk that youve been promising
yourself, repeatedly, to clear up but you failed to Persist in that intention?

How about that diet you started on January 2, that you doggedly followed
until you gave up on January 4 or 5?

Have you ever had a great idea but failed to Persist in implementing it
only to later find that somebody else had "stolen" your great invention?

Have you ever started to learn a language and gave up before you
became proficient?

Have you ever started to write a book or build a cabinet or paint a
painting, only to give up before you completed it?

Have you ever started to resolve a conflict in a relationship and gave up
on the relationship before you completed the resolution?

*** How does Giving Up feel? Not very good, I suspect.

*** Compare that with the sense of achievement when you Persisted to a
successful completion. Wasnt that a great feeling?

*** If you dont Persist, if you give up before crossing the finish line, you are
wasting your potential to do great things in your world.

*** So make Persistence a part of your personality by participating in the SSPT.

========================

Just think about this.

As a young man, Abraham Lincoln went to war a captain and returned a
private.

Afterwards, he was a failure as a businessman.

As a lawyer in Springfield, he was too impractical and temperamental to
be a success.

He turned to politics and was defeated in his first try for the legislature,
again defeated in his first attempt to be nominated for Congress, defeated

in his application to be commissioner of the General Land Office, defeated

in the Senatorial election of 1854, defeated in his efforts for the Vice-
Presidency in 1856, and defeated in the Senatorial election of 1858.

At about that time, Lincoln wrote in a letter to a friend, "I am now the
most miserable man living. If what I feel were equally distributed to the
whole human family, there would not be one cheerful face on the earth."

*** But Lincoln Persisted and changed the world by doing so.

*** What would America and the rest of the world be like if Lincoln hadnt
Persisted, if hed quit?

*** He certainly had lots of opportunities to give up.

*** What about you? Do you take the opportunities to quit or do you Persist?

*** How would your world be if you Persisted?

==========================

What would our business world be like if these gentlemen hadnt Persisted?

Henry Ford failed and went broke five times before he succeeded.

R. H. Macy failed seven times before his store in New York City caught on.

Fred Smith, the founder of Federal Express, received a "C" on his college
paper detailing his idea for a reliable overnight delivery service. His
professor at Yale told him, "Well, Fred, the concept is interesting and well
formed, but in order to earn better than a "C" grade, your ideas also have
to be feasible.

What would your computer screen look like if Apple founders Steve Jobs and
Steve Wozniak hadnt Persisted? They certainly had lots of opportunities to
quit. For example, Jobs later said,

"We went to Atari and said, 'Hey, we've got this amazing thing, even built with
some of your parts, and what do you think about funding us? Or we'll give it to
you. We just want to do it. Pay our salary, we'll come work for you.'

And they said, 'No.'

So then we went to Hewlett-Packard, and they said, 'Hey, we don't need you.
You haven't got through college yet."

Think about a world without the WYSIWYG display that you see on your Mac
or your Windows PC. Think about a world without the iPhone and its clones.
Think about a world without the iPod and other mp3 players.

*** That could have been the case if Jobs and Wozniak hadnt persisted.

*** What great things could you do if you Persisted?

=========================

How would you like to live in a world without electric lights? That could be the
case if Thomas Edison hadnt Persisted.

Thomas Edison's teachers said he was "too stupid to learn anything." He was
fired from his first two jobs for being "non-productive."

As an inventor, Edison made 1,000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the
light bulb.

When a reporter asked, "How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?" Edison
replied, "I didnt fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with
1,000 steps."

*** Now thats Persistence.

*** Remember what Napoleon Hill said,

The majority of men meet with failure because of their lack of
persistence in creating new plans to take the place of those which fail.

*** How about you? Do you Persist in creating new plans to take the place of
those that fail?

*** Learn to Persist by participating in my SSPT.

=========================

*** I can rapidly teach you to become Persistent because, Unconsciously, you
already know how.

*** Just watch an infant learning to stand up. It falls down repeatedly but it
tries again to stand up each time until it masters standing up. He or she
Persists until they succeed.

*** Just watch an infant learning to speak. It fails repeatedly but it tries again
and again and again until others understand him or her.

*** You did those things too and that personality characteristic - Persistence -
is still resident in your Unconscious.

*** I teach you to make Persistence a part of your current personality by
building on that, among other things.

=====================

Graduates of the SET Phase 2, the predecessor to the SSPT, who learned
Persistence by the same process Ill use to teach you in the SSPT, report that:

My wife used to say that I am one of the most persistent guys she knows.
But my Persistence Expert Team has taken this to a whole new level. I am
now laser focused.

- Davor Kudrna

The combination of my Persistence and Leadership Expert Teams has
had a profound effect on my successfulness. Previously, Id stop when I
encountered resistance. Now I stick with my approach for a longer time
and people come around. Their resistance just seems to melt away.

- Monique Gallagher

My Persistence Expert Team empowered me to consistently persist in
resolving my Blockers. Im easily 3 times more productive than Ive ever
been. Now, Persistence doesnt mean pressure but, rather, desire and
passion as the driving force.

- Mark Richardson

*** Persistence is continuing despite difficulties, opposition or
discouragement.

*** Would you choose that type of Persistence over Quitting?

*** What would your life be like if you did?

=========================

Im looking forward to working with you to develop your Persistence and 13
other Success Personality Characteristics to remarkably higher levels.
