ARE YOU R EA D Y TO A N SWER THE CRITICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT BEING A LEADER?

How do I create leadership capacity? What practices and qualities do I need and how do I acquire them? The talk about leadership is everywhere. There are an increasing number of leadership resources available - so why aren’t we seeing a corresponding increase in leadership? In this series we go beyond the noise about leadership and begin to distinguish how to cultivate the actual presence of leadership. Participants distinguish what gets in the way of leading, how to deal with the resistance, both internal and interpersonal, and how to create a platform for leadership. If you could be the leader you wanted to be - what would that look like? This three part dialogue is a powerful blend of insight, wisdom and technology that can shift your capacity to lead.
