Footwear Design & Development Institute popularly known as FDDI is rated among the

The admission in FDDI programmes is open to Overseas /NRI candidates. 5 % seats are reserved for such candidates. The admission is on first-come first Institute reserves 15% seats for Scheduled Caste (SC) and 7.5% seats for Scheduled Tribe (ST) candidates respectively in each programme in both

The Score of CAT / MAT prior to Sep 2009 examination shall not be considered.

Candidates will also have option to appear for FDDI written test. In that case the best of the two exam i.e. MAT / CAT or FDDI written examination will be
considered for the merit of selection as per the methods stated above.

Thus the common merit list of written test will be prepared for candidates appeared in the written test of FDDI and applied under CAT & MAT category.
Accordingly, shortlisted candidates will be called for GD, Interview and Design Aptitude Test (DAT).
