I was responsible for the daily operations of a lawn/landscape/snow removal company. I
recruited, trained, and supervised all staff members. I assisted in marketing the company,
and preparing bids. I actively worked with customers to find solutions to their lawn and
landscape issues.

I founded a successful commercial lawn maintenance and snow removal business. I
