(2011): Led a team of 30 members involved in creating IP awareness and promoting innovation in IIT Roorkee. Designed and presented the official website for IPR Cell and extended assistance in organising workshops, guest lectures, awareness sessions and IP Day to meet the objectives of the cell.
Manager Sponsorship, Cognizance (2012):
Led a team of 5 members and raised a sum of INR 2 lakhs, which was a 33% rise in the sponsorship amount as compared to that of last year.
House For All, Cognizance (2012)
Presented and won second prize in HouseForAll, a competition of designing a low budget and economically viable house for rural slums. It also covered design, corporate and sustainability challenges.
Initiating an IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) club at IIM C: In an era of so much plagiarism and with so much research prevailing at the IIM C campus it is really important to have an IPR club which would aim towards guiding students how to file a patent for their intellectual property and what measures can be taken if they dont receive proper recognition for their intellectual property.
Improving the current dining system:
Allowing a student to choose which mess he mess he wants to eat in. With such a fast moving world where students want to utilise every minute of their day productively, giving a flexibility to choose a mess according to their convenience might be useful in saving some precious time.
Bringing in a facility of hand-rickshaw/e-rickshaw:
Considering the time it takes to reach Academic block/Co-operative store from LVH, it would be useful if students have an option of choosing to go rickshaw which could save them a lot of time. This would also be useful for someone suffering from an injury from some time. The rickshaws would be an additional paid service and pricing can be regulated by the student body.
Common Rooms/Discussion rooms:
Proposal to build a common room which can be used for group student activities/discussions and can be accessed by the students at any time of the day. Currently the hostel rooms are good to accommodate only 2-3 people for such a discussion.
