Employee Service Award Recognition Program to a 3rd party called OCTANNER
Receive an Inbound IDOC from 3rd party Nationwide with the list of
employees who have errors in their data, and send an email notification to the
Newell HRSC and Corporate Payroll
Translate Inbound IDOC from 3rd party Nationwide which administers leave of
absences for Newell Rubbermaid employees. The information from this
interface is combined with data from HCM and is extracted into reports and
email notifications
Created Interface to notify Ultimus of the terminated employees in the EMEA
Developed Report to run in the background on a yearly basis after open
enrollment to automatically delimit Benefit Plans for employees who have
chosen not to renew.
Developed a Program to trigger an outbound IDOC to Org Plus software with
the list of active and inactive employees and their specific details.
Create a Report with the list of Employee details to be used by Corporate Tax
department for auditing requirements and download it as CSV File and mail
the same as attachment to a list of email ids.
Created a report showing employee details by the total hours across various
wage types from CRT Table.
Created a Report to trigger an Outbound IDOC with 2 files. One with All active
and inactive North American Employees and Second one with All Employees
Outside of North America.
Developed Custom reports as per user specific format in HCM Modules such
as Payroll, Personnel Administration, Benefits etc.
Implemented Enhancement points for Benefits Module (Enrollment of various
insurance plans).
