QUESTION 1
Lead a healthier lifestyle

Eating habit
Research has proven that many illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease, and
high blood pressure can be prevented or controlled by eating right. So, I am eating
the right foods and the right amounts of foods to live a longer, healthier life. Getting
the nutrients I need, such as calcium and iron, and keeping your weight under
control can help. Try to balance the calories that I get from food with the calories I
use through physical activity.
Physical Activity
Physical activity can help prevent at least six diseases: heart disease, high blood
pressure, obesity, diabetes, osteoporosis, and mental disorders, such as depression.
Physical activity also will help feel better and stay at a healthy weight. Brisk walking
can be just as good for me as an activity such as jogging. I try to do a total of 30
minutes of constant physical activity, such as fast walking, most days of the week.
I always do some fits in my daily life, such as walking, running, washing car, or
even washing windows. Sometimes, I do activity such as dancing or aerobic in
evening with my friends or join a group.
Healthy home environment
I encourage a healthy home environment. This requires more than just a clean
house. It also includes my relationship with others within my home and structural
issues, such as ventilation. If I live with other people, foster healthy relationships with
those people or take steps to sever unhealthy relationships. Check my windows to
ensure they all open and provide adequate air flow. Keep plants to improve the air
quality. Avoid smoking indoors.
Keep regular sleep hours
I haven't used an alarm clock in years unless there was a special circumstance
and find that my body and mind fall in to natural cycles of the seasons. I get sleepy
around 10 pm nightly and naturally wake up around 6-7 am in the morning, and have

good daytime energy levels. These times vary slightly from winter to summer with
changes in daylight. Make sure I allow 7 to 9 hours in bed nightly to get sufficient
sleep and rest. If events come along that change this rhythm, that's to be expected;
just be sure that the sleep bed and wake times are generally consistent over the long
term.

QUESTION 5
Worst Experience at a Restaurant
Last week ago, I had a worst dining experience ever. That day, I didnt really
have any possibility to reach home for a meal, so I faced the need to eat in
restaurant. The restaurant where I decided to go was a pretty cosy one not far from
my place of stay.
I was rather hungry while the day was quite hot. Thus I have decided to order
a hot mushroom soup and garlic bread. I also had to order a milo ice. I originally
wanted to have some strawberry ice cream, but I was definitely out of luck that day,
because they had run out. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when I observed
one of my favourite dishes being irremediably spoiled. The soup was really bad, as
bad as it could possibly be.
First of all the soup wasnt served as cold as it was supposed to be. Well, this
was hardly done, I believe. As to its taste quality, it was seasoned really badly: it was
too salty. The soup was watery, with numerous ugly chunks in it.
The garlic bread was no good as well. It was so salty that I could hardly make
one bite without sipping the milo ice. It was also so tough that the biting was very
hard. As far as I know they usually use parmesan as for garlic bread, and it can taste
really amazingly. I didnt actually know what sort of bread had they chosen to garlic,
yet I must confess it was perfectly tasteless. It was freshly cooked or not I am not
sure, yet it tasted like rubber.
