PMP Feedback Form

Gathering feedback from different people provides diverse perspectives on how others view the individuals personal strengths and any development needed. In
order to be useful to the development of the individual, please be open and specific but balanced with positive and developmental feedback relating to the
current performance year.
Instructions the person requesting feedback should enter the information requested in the first two rows and then enter which competency, project, cultural
belief or behaviour they would like feedback on. The respondent should reply in the grey boxes provided and return this completed form to both the manager
and the employee.

What do you think this person did/does well?


Mrigank did well in all the areas of the work and many times exceeded than the expectation I had as a lead. He worked in all the three core parts of the FBI
application, while building the understanding with very less guidance. It was pleasure to work with Mrigank. His analytical abilities are very good.
Thankful for all his hard work and contributions which he made in the project. Because of the Mrigank FBI could contribute in a open source model to
FusionFabric. He always worked on the most challenging work successfully, which helped me also to concentrate on other priority things. I can see a very
very BRIGHT future for him. He would quickly become a go to a person for FBI related queries.

What could this person do differently to be more effective in their role?


Mrigank is not from the technology stream of education and he is improving it on daily basis. He can focus on some of the basics to excel in design.

It was fun to work with Mrigank. Gets along with everyone. He is going to be the key contributor in the current project.
