Reds Seniors’ Tribute

On Sunday before the Glasgow Reds faced the Billings
Blue Jays, the seniors and their parents were honored.
From left are Parker Kulczyk, Jason Thibault, Dylan
Guttenberg, Gage Legare, Keil, Krumwiede, Gabe
LaGree, Jake Kolstad, Blake Mattfeldt, Ryan Padden
and Sam Schultz. It’s been quite a career for this great
bunch, with a few of them (Parker, Dylan and Gage)
even participating at the 2012 Regional Tournament

The second Round of the Independence Bank Relay
Madness is over with some close battles.

In a battle of two new teams, Team Independence
Bank edged out Team Deb and will now face the
Scotty Cross Country Team. (The Cross Country
team advanced with a bye due to the previous round
opponents not getting any luminaria turned in.)

Team United Transportation Union topped Team
Opheim Cares by a slim margin. In the last match-up
it was Team GHS Student Council just barely getting
by Team Strides of Hope (this was our closest battle of
the round). This sets up a semi-final match-up of Team
UTU taking on Team GHS Student Council.

Team UTU was the big seller for the round and will
receive the round 2 bonus money added to their team total.
The semi-final round will run until noon on July 28th.

Let’s return to the “Days of Yore” and review the fact of the
matters, applying unsaid filters, facts, opinions, perceptions.
1. Pat Kelly and his beloved wife had good intentions 30 years
ago saving St. Marie from the salvage wrecking ball.
2. But then he had a problem keeping up with the taxes and
subsequently sold his interests to Terry Parks... (who is currently
serving a 10 year sentence in the Montana State Prison).
3. After bankruptcy came VPLT (Valley Park Liquidating Trust)
and that started a multitude of problems most of which still exist
today. Property Title problems, financial, and legal problems
popped up. Kelly’s assets evaporated leaving it’s successor
SMDC (St. Marie Development Corp) with little value. At that
time there was absolutely no market to help salvage the ruins.
(Today too?)
4. Kelly returns and tries to save St. Marie, but again with the tax
problems without a payment plan available to his SMDC.
5. DTM buys the SMDC tax assignments which are then paid

CHARMING HOME IN NASHUA

for by Mike Mitchell of Missoula who creates NSM LLC (New
St. Marie).
6. All these 30 years little onesy-twosy condo owners, that
comprise about 20% of the St. Marie ownership, have been
paying all their bills and keeping the infrastructure intact and
working. (taxes, water district bills, Village Association dues)
7. Some conclude that extortion, fraud, and embezzlement did
in fact take place before Kelly returned. (confirmed by a U.S.
CBO Fraud Investigator)
8. NOW, some folks are running around filing lawsuits, saying
and doing what they want, with disregard for legal protocol,
legal procedure, and Montana Law as well as Montana
Condominium Law. People cannot continue to do whatever
without regard to WHAT’S VALID and LEGAL in a Court of
Law....”They know not the Folly of Their Ways.” That’s what
got some alleged criminal schemes and extortion going in
past years and “It ain’t gonna happen again!” There just ain’t no
gett’in around it say most St. Marie residents.
9. Some are of the opinion that the “Core Character” of some of
these folks is questionable. If they don’t pay their bills, property
dollar numbers don’t pencil out, there still is NO MARKET for
St. Marie condos, then what is their REAL AGENDA? They keep
losing Court battles and receive sanctions and fines. So why
do they keep speaking of taking over the Village Association?
Do they deserve to lead the honest, legal, bill paying condo
owners and just HOW and WHAT do they stand to GAIN
from a Village Association takeover? Chew on those facts and
questions awhile! Verify the facts for yourself down to the
Courthouse what I speak of. Truth Always Prevails!
CONCLUSION- I investigate, look for truth, and legal,
follow court cases, gather court documents, and expose
activities. And I end up the same way...almost puking up my
liver!
