Dunlop Conveyor Belting - Value for money guaranteed

Dunloflex is designed to the most modern standards for use with
all types of bulk material transportation under light to mediumheavy service conditions in raw material, mining, stone and earth
handling as well as building industries. Regardless of the tensile
strength, its carcass consists of two strong EP fabric plies with an
extra tough and resilient rubber layer between the plies.
The highly versatile Dunloflex belt provides outstanding
reliability and durability in a wide cross-section of industries
including mining, quarries, recycling, steel processing and wood,
paper and pulp.
Dunloflex conveyor belts have a tried and tested 2 - ply carcass
construction with particularly good low elongation characteristics.
They are available in several Dunlop cover qualities including
heat resistant, abrasion resistant and oil and fat resistant, all of
which are available from stock. This enables Dunloflex to provide
a reliable, multifunctional solution for nearly every industrial
application.

* Diameter for belt-loads from 60% up to 100%.

For lower loads a smaller diameter can also be suitable.

Explanation:
To determine the total belt thickness
(excluding fire resistant belts):
Add the sum of the covers to the carcass thickness.

** The load support of a belt is a factor of the belt width, belt strength and bulk
material density. The table indicates the limits for correct load support, based
on three idlers of the same length set at 30.

To determine the belt-weight per square metre

(excluding fire resistant belts for which other weights apply):
Multiply the sum of the covers by 1.15 and add the result to the
carcass weight.

SBR
NR/SBR
NR

High abrasion resistance for normal service conditions.

Extra wear resistance to meet the demands of conveying highly abrasive materials.
Excellent resistance to cuts, impact, abrasion and gouging resulting from large
lump sizes of heavy, sharp materials and high drop heights.
SBR
Heat resistant for materials at moderate temperatures.
IIR
Increased heat resistant for materials at controlled high temperatures.
EPDM
Superior heat resistant for heavy duty service conditions, up to 400C for a short
period (coke, clinker etc.)
SBR/NBR Oil and fat resistant for most products with animal and vegetable oils and fats.
NBR
Oil and fat resistant for products containing mineral oils.
SBR
Fire resistant for the transport of inflammable and explosive materials such as coal
dust etc. According to EN 20340.
SBR/NBR Same features as ROM and also fire resistant. According to EN 20340.
NBR
Same features as ROS and also fire resistant. According to EN 20340.

** In some cases (with products containing high concentrations of animal and vegetable oils) ROS should be
considered.

*** K = fire resistant with covers.

S = fire-resistant with or without covers.
Other cover grade qualities for special applications are
available upon request.
