Right To Life Act 2015


The right to life is a moral principle based on the belief that a human being
has the right to live and, in particular, should not to be unjustly killed by
another human being.

Defunding Planned Parenthood, Allowing the funds be relocated elsewhere to


Job creation, Job growth, rebuilding inner cities, bridges, roads and investing
in Science and Engineering Education and funding health coverage for all
Americans.
This bill does not criminalize abortion however the Government will not fund
abortion or any abortion providers with tax payers dollars.
This bill also aims to ensure that abortion providers are banned from using
baby fetuses to heat up hospitals as it were done in the United Kingdom,
secondly also the harvesting and selling of baby body parts this bill criminalizes
that act punishable by life imprisonment and unlimited fines.
Doctors across the United States of America are with their rights to disobey if
asked to do anything that violates their ethics, morals and conscience.
Soldiers serving in the US Armed Forces are within their rights to reject to be
deployed of to a war conflict if its an unjust war or an unjust military
intervention as it were in the Conflict in Syria, Libya, Drone strikes in Pakistan,
Somalia and Yemen for this acts are unjust and violate human rights, human
dignity and international law and personal freedoms and liberty soldiers,
airmen, sailors, guardsmen and marines serving in the US Armed forces are
given full rights to reject to partake in that which is unlawful and unjust
without fearing being removed from service or being court martial-ed
Euthanasia and eugenics performed anywhere on American soil violates the
laws of ethics, morality, laws of God and the US law and performing such acts
is a criminal act which could be punishable by capital punishment, life
imprisonment and unlimited fines.

In 1776, the United States Declaration of Independence declared that


"all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with
certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the
pursuit of Happiness."

In 1948, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted by the


United Nations General Assembly also should be adopted by the United
States of America Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of
person.

Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be
protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life including
the unborn.

Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and
the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the
principles of fundamental justice

This bill also guarantees the right to life to all persons within the
territory of United States in all states, "No person shall be deprived of his
right to life and personal liberty except according to procedure
established by law."
