Handling a team of 22 Associates & Sr. Associates for SMB and Enterprise Accounts
Team management including reporting to executive level staff
Creating KPIs for all Sales Executives and mentoring them to reach sales targets
Responsible for delivery of all the management reports
Responsible for all delivery operations, including control over projects, reviews,
staffing, Customer escalation handling

Microsoft Office H&B(LIVE): Sharing more than 50 % of the total target(sale) in PAN India
with Microsoft felid team and channel partners. (tele sales 50% + Field sales 50%).
Microsoft Office 365: Response management project. Generating the lead and
distributing the same to partners and maintain the feedback cycle for smooth run. (6

Microsoft ITA Certification: Driving the lead Gen for MS certification in academics (8
Resources)
EMC : An Enterprise product for enterprise accounts, again a pure lead gen process. (4

Autodesk: A 3D Student design Competition. International competition handled all over
world by Arvato only .
Microsoft Office 365 & windows 8 A Tele-sales and FOS program (DEMO Team). Delivering 2 quality
checked accounts to MS Partner and taking to the closure.( Started with 2(tele-sales)+2(FOS)resources for north
region. With the excellence performance & over achievement (20 Fold of total investment) of target for Q3 & Q4.
Same been extended to 6+6 resources covering west & south.(12 Resources) .
