EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This Employment contract entered into by and between M/s SENDAN
International Co. Ltd, p.0. Box. 1104g, Tareeg 11.4,
Jubail Industrial city 31961, KSA hereinafter called the Employer, operating

hereinafter called the Employee, and is comprised of the rights and


obligation hereinafter set forth:

The Employee hereby agrees to work for the Emproyer as

health conditions during
Employees' work tenure.

The Employer shall provide the Employee a free transport from


his accommodation to the work place and back.

CI7 The Employer shall provide the Employee with the free medicat insurance
in accordance with the rules and
regulation in force in the host country.

The Employee will earn vacation time in accordance with the provisions
of the Host Country Labour Law.

The Employer witl provide round way economy class air ticket (Flome
country/Host country/Home country) to
each Employee while joining and upon completion of the initial employment
contract for his return journey.

ln accordance with the tocal tabor law, the Employee wilt be on probation
for the first three (3) months. Upon
satisfactory completion of the probation period, the employee may terminate
this contract by giving 60 days
written notice and the employer may terminate this contract by giving 30 days
written notice, however, that if the
Employee resigns prior to satisfactory completion of the initial contact,
or if he is terminated on his fault, the
Employee shall bear the cost of his return ticket. However, if Employer
terminates the Employee prior to
completion of the contract due to cause not owing to the Employee, the
Employer shall provide air ticket for his

return journey"

ln witness whereof, both parties have signed and executed this agreement
in duplicates on 14th day of April
intending each duplicate to serye as the original.
