Chairman Vignesh called the meeting to order with toasts to the President, Republic of India and to the Sponsor
Table Coimbatore Penta Round Table 101.

Tr. Amir read the Aims and Objects of Round Table India.

WELCOME:

The Chairman welcomed the fellow and visiting Tablers, HTs and Sq. Legs to the 372nd meeting & 18th for the
year.

APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Tr. Nishanth, Tr. Vikas, Tr. Jaykumar and Tr. Chirag Vora

APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT:

Tr. Madhu was appointed as the sergeant.

CORRECTIONS IN 366th, 367th and 368th MEETING MINUTES:

370th meeting minutes corrections – Tr. Risto's attendance was missed in attendance sheet

371st Meeting minutes corrections – Meeting number was wrong, Percentages are wrong.

CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:

The minutes of the 370th was confirmed with Tr. Siva proposing and Tr. Satish seconding.

Siva and Prabhakar for the 371st meeting.

MATTERS ARISING THERE FROM NOT COVERED ELSEWHERE:

Tr. Satish Balagopal point out regd. The mid term meet on Kodai on the 14th of Feb – when there was compulsory
registration, that when registration was compuslory for Coimbatore tablers, and if there was 100% attendance, then
there would have been a shortage of rooms.

It was pointed out that 100% attendance/compulsory registration was not reqd. to be thrust on everyone. If the
event is in Coimbatore, then it could be accepted, but if it was out of town, then it should not be compuslory.

The balances were reported as:

Charity- Rs. 738711.35

Admin - Rs. 22216.58

F&S – Rs. 33830.30

Trust – Rs. 141715.49

Bills towards the trust account were requested to be submitted at the earliest/before Mar 15

Charity balance also reflects growly collections not

Rs. 1000 for ponnadai for Tr. Risto was passed.

Rs. 1700 towards printing of table flags was passed.

Rrs. 21,500 from sale of Growly pins was given to Tr. Ram (sale of 32 pins)

PROJECTS: (Tr. Sivakumar & Tr. Survesh)

Rs. 1.5 lakhs payment to Guna associates was going to be disbursed in a day.

Area chairman approval was received for Chettipalayam school.

RTIT and RTIF applications for Appachikounda school was to be sent.

FUND RAISING: (Tr. Chirag Majithia & Tr. Madhu)

Rs. 25,000 check was received from Sq. Leg Kamal Shah.

FELLOWSHIP: (Tr. Guhan & Tr. Nishanth)

Men's cookout was with barbeque snacks by the tablers on Feb 4th.

A cap of Rs. 10000 towards any individual event was decided as the cap of contribution from F&S.

Fellowship after the last meeting on the 21st of January

Met up with HT Suri on Saturday

Madhu's social went off great!

Table 20 was interested in doing a joint do.

Tuesday last a few tablers met up

Tr. Vikram offered to have a dinner at his resort in Siruvani – tentatively in March.

In a limited edition publication our Save tiger publication has featured in a publication on the National AGMs and
CoBs

World 13 and 133 meets were discussed.

It was decided to put a pitch for World 13 meet in 2012. Tr. Vinay was to coordinate with Tr. Satish and
Tr. Amir to put together a presentation. There was a call for a significant number to attend.

Also a few of us were to attend the World 33 meet.

Project Growly

A lot of appreciation from tablers about our Growly project and our table pin at the National AGM.

First new blue book was given to Tr. Satish Balagopal at the National AGM at Delhi.

SUPPLY HOUSE & GREETING CARDS: (Tr. Prabhakar & Prasanna)

Tr. Survesh and Tr. Vikram won the raffle

HRD: (Tr. Amir)

A visit to HT Hari's factory was planned at a convenient date on Feb 19th.

Sports (Tr. Vikas)

Tr. Amir and Tr. Vikas are going to Vizag for an Area Cricket match for the semifinals.

A sum of Rs. 5000 each was passed to be paid from F&S for their travel.

Tr. Raghu of MRT 14 had indicated interest in joining our table if he moves to Coimbatore. The table was fine with
him being a prospect. He would go through the normal procedure however.

It was asked to display the table flag at all table meetings.
