Identify and eliminate causes of non conformities, develop and implement plans and
programs to training employees in lean techniques and best practices. Analyze the
non conformities and establish prevention measures for all phases of construction
activities

Conducting audits on manufacturers, Vendors and Projects. Preparing audit report.

test. Check and review it.

Preparation of daily work schedule as per given task

Examining and inspection of Raw materials, surveying site, site dimension and site
drawings.

Major Achievements:

Developed the weld tracking system for reworks with the help of an IT professional
Programmer in Microsoft Access which is first time in the history of Kentz as per the
project requirement.

Have done Material consolidation on site at the beginning stage of the project (JCP
Port Facilities) and validate the BOQ provided by the Engineering, and hence saves
the (Kentz) company from the over head materials cost which was roughly 2 million
Dollars.

Assist and Developed the Inspection, Testing and Preventive maintenance ITPM
Programme in Al-Bayroni, It involves predictive and preventive maintenance
programme at defined intervals for all the safety and critical equipment within the
facility.
