The Strategic Initiatives and Public Policy (SIPP) group provides a consistent and unified voice for Central Arizona Project (CAP) in matters of public policy, state and federal legislation and strategic positioning of the organization with our customers and throughout legislative or regulatory processes. In addition, the group coordinates strategic activities across the organization to ensure that Board of Directors' 2011 Integrated Internal Strategic Plan and other priorities and CAP's business objectives are met. The Public Policy Analyst position conducts research and analysis, prepares reports, helps lead stakeholder relations with our municipal and business customers, and completes special projects as assigned. The successful candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of related experience, and a valid driver's license.
