Chairman Vignesh called the meeting to order with toasts to the President, Republic of India and to the Sponsor
Table Coimbatore Penta Round Table 101.

AIMS AND OBJECTS:

Tr. Chirag Majithia read the Aims and Objects of Round Table India.

WELCOME:

The Chairman welcomed the fellow and visiting Tablers, HTs and Sq. Legs to the 373rd meeting & 19th for the year.

APOLOGIES:

Apologies were received from Trs. Arun V.R., Balamurugan, Satish Balagopal, Vikram Mohan & Survesh.

APPOINTMENT OF SERGEANT:

Tr. Prasanna was appointed as the sergeant.

CORRECTIONS IN 372nd MEETING MINUTES:

372nd meeting minutes corrections –

1. Apologies were received from Tr. Nishanth, Tr. Vikas, Tr. Jaykumar and Tr. Chirag Vora :- This was not reflected
in the attendance columns.

2. Tr. Satish Balagopal point out regd. The mid term meet on Kodai on the 14th of Feb – there was compulsory
registration for tablers from Coimbatore, and if there was 100% attendance from Coimbatore + others, then there
would have been a shortage of rooms. : This point has been redrafted as it was confusing.

3. Rs. 1000 + Rs. 1718 for ponnadai for Tr. Risto was passed. :- Corrected amount.

4. In a limited edition publication our Save tiger publication has featured in a publication on the National AGMs and
CoBs :- Save the TIGER ad was sponsored by Tr. Satish Balagopal and it was published in the Coronation magazine
released by RTI.

5. It was asked to display the table flag at all table meetings. :- HT Hari Sr asked to display the table flag at all
meetings.

6. Chairman Vignesh and not IPC Vikram concluded the meeting with a Toast to Round Table India and Round Table
International

CONFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS MINUTES:

The minutes of the 372nd was confirmed with Tr. Prasanna proposing and Tr. Madhu seconding.

CHAIRMAN’S TIME:

MTM attendance was in good strength. Chairman requested support for help for the bar and registration counters.

Foundahome – next steps were discussed. Chairman wanted us to initiate to next step towards visiting an orphanage
. Project convenors requested to take the lead.

SECRETARY’S TIME:

Building The Brand notification from Tr. Nitesh Agarwal (National Projects convenor) requesting us to say
“Constructed by Round Table India” vs specific Table no in our projects alongwith Donors/Govt suitably co branded –
which was passed at the floor at the Delhi AGM.

Invitation
to RT 13 Euromeeting 2010 in Munich received from Tr. Marcus of Munich 13 with an outline of
the event from the 1st of July through the 4th.

The deadline for receiving articles for the second issue of Table Talk is 25/02/2010 – Tr. Zishan Ali – Editor, Table
talk

Aa Dekhe Zara – request for contestants from Area Fellowship Convenor Tr. Jithu to happen at the Mid Term meet.

National President Tr. Himanshu Gupta and AC Tr. Baboo congratulated Trs. Chacko, Vinay, Ritesh, Terry and Neeraj
for doing a great job as the Secretaries of their respective Tables.

RT International events mails received from IPP and IRO Tr. Pranay and circulated in the groups.

Tr. Sri Charan (Area Sports convenor) said Area 7 was in the semis of “Full Toss” cricket championship held at Vizag.
It was being broadcast live on the Internet.

Rs. 5000 given to Trs. Amir and Chirag Majithia

A date for disbursement of funds - tentatively for Project Growly was discussed. Rs. 35,000 was
discussed as the first disbursement.

PROJECTS: (Tr. Sivakumar & Tr. Survesh)

Bills against the trust for the ongoing project work was requested. A visit to the ongoing school at PUMS school was
discussed.

Application to RTIT and RTIF was to be completed.

Requirement for water at the Sammathurpuram school which was around Rs. 20000. Chairman said there has to be
community support for the project – and this was an opportunity for them .

FUND RAISING: (Tr. Chirag Majithia & Tr. Madhu)

Tr. Chiraag Majithia was requested to speak to Jayanthi trust for funds for the SUMS school. He requested some
material like photos and background of the project to do the same.

FELLOWSHIP: (Tr. Guhan & Tr. Nishanth)

Great time after our last meeting at Satish Balagopal‟s residence. Tablers also met up on the 2nd and 31st of Jan.

Men‟s cookout on 6th Feb along with the 41ers day was celebrated. Mushy Musharaf, „Painless‟ chicken guinea, sting
king fish, Porn Corn – (Family edition), potato gas were some of the dishes barbequed by the teams…

On the 28th of Feb – there was a proposal for a Holi theme party with CNRT 20. Since it was clashing with the Area
Trek an alternate date was to be discussed with CNRT 20.

Fines for the family fellowship was to be collected.

For Mid Term meet – Love in Kodai 16 heads were attending.

Our table is in charge of Food and the bar. Tablers were requested to help in the bar and also in the registration
desks for the tables that we were in charge of – 98, 157, 117, 14 and 99

ANY OTHER MATTER:

Our table supported the Area golf tournament initiative.

Area trek was on the 27th and 28th at Mukurthi. Participation was requested.

There is a proposal for a 7 table joint project as proposed by AC Tr. Baboo for an unfinished school (brought forward
by Velusamy) was discussed.

The clock tower at the North Coimbatore flyover was in disarray. Chairman said AC was looking into it. It was
discussed to propose that any one table be given the responsibility to complete the same.

Fund Raising convenors were requested to explore the FORT coupons.

The next meeting – 374th meeting to be held on Feb 25th. Host was Tr. Satish Jr. at the Coimbatore Cosmopolitcan
