•   El  Niño  or  the  Pacific  “Warm  Blob”  could  be    
       the  main  driver  of  this  circulaOon  difference  
       happening  this  year  
•   The  two  of  these  together  could  be  blocking  high  
       amounts  of  polluOon  coming  to    
       Southern  California  or  bringing    
       it  from  different  sources.
