STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM

EFMA members will regularly assess compliance to the

Product Stewardship program by using a Review procedure
established in collaboration with Det Norske Veritas (DNV),
a world-leading organization on risk management services
and certification. This procedure consists of the following:
- A Questionnaire addressing vital aspects of Product
Stewardship;
- Checklists to validate that day-to-day operations are in
conformance with the explanations of the program;
EFMAs steering committee will regularly evaluate the
members response to the Questionnaire and the progress
made in the implementation of EFMAs Product
Stewardship program;
EFMA and its member companies will establish action plans
for continuous improvement.
