Admission Criteria:

For any grievance related to admission in Pre-School, parents may submit grievance in writing to the Grievance

Cancellation of Admission of Selected Candidates and Fee Refund

a) If the request for cancellation is submitted in writing on or before 31st January, 2010, full fee will be refunded.

b) For any request of cancellation of admission submitted between 1 and 15 February, 2010, only 40% fee will be

c) For any request of cancellation of admission submitted between 16th and 28th February, 2010, 10% fee will be

d) For cancellation of admission after 1st March, 2010, there will not be any refund except of the caution money.


Well –equipped Laboratories: The school has well-equipped laboratories for Biology, Physics, Chemistry,
Computer Science, Electronics, Biotechnology, Home Science, Geography and Maths. The students have on
easy access to these facilities under the supervision and expert guidance of our teachers.

School Library: The school has a big, well-ventilated and well-equipped library with a very large number of
books on different subjects and invaluable reference books. The school also subscribes to a number of
newspapers, magazines and journals, both National and International. There is a separate Junior Library for the
Primary classes.

Computer Education: Computer Education in the school is very well integrated with the teaching of academic
subjects. We have 4 Computer Labs with latest Pentium based multimedia machines and the provision of internet
facility helps the students to connect with the world. Computer Aided Learning (CAL) packages L.C.D. projector
and the installation of 29” T.V. Monitors in every classroom have greatly enhanced and enriched the teaching
learning process.

Science Park: The school is proud of having its own Science Park with working models for increasing the general
awareness and knowledge of the children.

Auditorium: The school has its own state of the out auditorium with a seating capacity of 800 people and
equipped with the latest sound system.

Swimming Pool: All equipped swimming pool is unique asset to the students in the school. Swimming is an
important sport and all the students from class IV onwards are given an opportunity to use it.

Sports: Keeping in mind the physical health of each student, the school has provision for many indoor and out
door sports like: Basketball, Table Tennis, Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Skating, Chess, Badminton etc.. Modified
sports programme is provided at the primary level and special coaching in various sports is arranged.


Nilanjana Bhattacharjee of Class IX participated in “Annual Scholastic Writing Award Contest – 2009. Her entry
“Breaking Free” in the category of Fiction has been raked 5th at All India Level.

K.V. P.Y (Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna Award - Nikhil Agarwal of Class XII has been awarded a most
coveted scholarship under the “Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana”, an initiative of Department of Science
and Technology, Govt. of India, to promote and develop the best scientific talent in the country. He will receive

scholarship of Rs. 4000/- pm up to graduation level and Rs. 5000/- pm at the post graduation level, along with
Rs. 16000/- per annum for pursuing project research.

Ashish Sharma of Class XI and Suvriti Dhawan of Class X have won prizes for English Essay Writing
Competition organised by ‘LIVING INDIA’ ‘. The topic was ‘Harnessing Youth Power for Building a Stronger
India.’ More than 200 schools all over India participated in this competition. The winners will be featured in the
Fortnightly Magazine ‘LIVING INDIA’ and a special interview will be showcased on the ‘ AYUR LIVING INDIA

Sumeera Kamil, rightly termed a child prodigy who has been playing SHORT TENNIS since the age of six, has
many crowns to her credit. The fabulous performanace at National Level saw her treading on International
ground at Tokyo Japan, where she got 26 rank, Interschool games at Chandigarh organized by CBSE brought
home 4 rank for her. She has been fortunate enough to receive a certificate for exceptional talent and skill in
Tennis from Mr. Mahesh Bhupathy.
Sumeera Kamil of Class X played at Quatar Asian Tennis Championship under 16 and secured the 2nd
Position. She was also runner up in Korean Asian Championship (Doubles).

Sakshi Sabharwal was selected for participating in National School Games in basketball U/17 year discipline
held at Patiala between 25-11-2008 and 2-12-2008. Team was declared Runners up. She won the Silver Medal
and a cash prize of Rs. 7000/- in the Basketball Nationals held at Patiala. She has to her credit many medals
and awards and is a budding Basketball player at the National Level.

Sarthak Gandhi played Table Tennis School National and secured a bronze in team game and Gold in

Another shining star of the school is Tanmay Neema who has proved himself a winner in swimming. His mind
blowing performance in butterfly and backstroke events, paved the way for him to enter National Level.

Abhishek Das of VIII E participated in CBSE North Zone Skating Championship and secured the 2nd position
in 300 mt. race and got selected for National CBSE Event to be held at Chandigarh in November, 2009

International School Award: The British Council International School Award (ISA) is an accreditation scheme
that recognizes and celebrates finest practice of Internationalism in schools. ISA encourages schools to
collaborate with overseas partner schools and relevant institutions which support their international activity and
invite prominent guest speakers and international visitors to their school. All schools are evaluated differently-
through quizzes, debates, short plays, elocution, exhibitions, cultural events etc. The efforts of the students and
school were recognized by the British Council by conferring the prestigious International School Award at
the ISA Award Presentation ceremony held in Chennai on 3 November 2008.

5 Asian Regional Space Settlement Design: In a remarkable achievement students of Classes VIII and IX
were adjudged the best. They won a GOLDEN TROPHY for the school and certificate of excellence along with a
Gold Medal with two other teams in the 5th Asian Regional Space Settlement Design Competition held at
Manesar, Gurgaon from 25th January 2009 to 28th January 2009. Mrs. A. Badoni, advisor to the team was
awarded Special Appreciation Trophy for preparing the team at such a high level of excellence.
