, Circuit Judges.This case originated in the Northern District of Oklahoma and was submitted onthe briefs at the direction of the court.The judgment of that court is affirmed.If defendant, Steven Fishman was released pending appeal, the court further ordersthat, within 30 days from the filing of the mandate of this court in the District Court, thedefendant shall surrender to the United States Marshal for the Northern District of Oklahoma in execution of the judgment and sentence imposed; however, the DistrictCourt, in its discretion, may permit the defendant to surrender directly to a designated Bureau of Prisons institution for service of sentence.Entered for the Court,ELISABETH A.
