Medical Attention

Remove and wash contaminated clothing. Thoroughly wash


contaminated areas with plenty of soap and water.
Rinse eyes thoroughly with clean water for at least 15 minutes. If
irritation persists, obtain medical attention.
Do not induce vomiting. Give a glass of water.
Remove from contaminated area to fresh air. Administer artificial
respiration if breathing has stopped.
Inhalation of spray may produce respiratory irritation and can result in
headaches, dizziness, drowsiness, and possibly nausea.
There is no specific antidote. Treat symptoms. This product contains a synthetic
pyrethroid insecticide and a hydrocarbon solvent. Small amounts of liquid
solvent aspirated into the respiratory system during ingestion or from vomiting
may cause broncho pneumonia or pulmonary oedema.

SECTION V. FIREFIGHTING MEASURES
Suitable extinguishing media:
Use dry chemical, carbon dioxide for small fire.
Water spray, for or regular foam for large fire.
Special Fire Fighting Procedures:

Fight fires from a protected location. Dike fire control water for
later disposal.

Hazardous Thermal Decomposition: In case of extreme temperatures that may result fire, may
combust to give off toxic gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon
monoxide, nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chlorides and chlorine gas
Precautions to Fire Fighters: This product is a combustible liquid. Fire fighters should wear full
protective clothing and self contained breathing apparatus. Do not
release contaminated water into the environment.

Personal Precautions:
Wear appropriate safety clothing.
Environmental Precautions: Collect all waste material and place in closed marked containers. Dike
runoff to prevent entry to water or drainage systems. If product has
contaminated surface water, inform appropriate authorities.
Contaminated soil should be dug out.
Methods for cleaning up:

In the event of minor spillage absorb in sand or other inert materials.


Use appropriate containment to avoid environmental contamination.
In the event of major spillage collect and contain as much as free
liquid as possible. Dike spills using absorbent or impervious materials
such as sand or clay for later disposal. Do not empty into drains.

Handling: Take precaution to avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothing. Do not contaminate water,
food or feedstuffs, by storage, handling, or by disposal. Read and observe all precautions
and instructions on the label.
STORAGE: Store container closed, upright, and at room temperature. Avoid exposure to extreme
temperatures. Always store pesticides in the original container. Store away from food,
feedstuffs, seeds and fertilizers.

SECTION XIII. DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
Steps to be taken in case of material leakage and spillage
Wear suitable protective clothing and boots. Prevent spill from entering drains, sewers or any body of
water. Contain and absorb with sand, earth or inert absorbent. Scoop or shovel absorbent material into
sealable containers for disposal in accordance with applicable local, state and federal regulations.
Waste Disposal
Do not discharge into drains. Triple or preferably pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add
rinsing to dye bath or spray mix in disposal pit. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on site. Break,
crush, or puncture and bury empty containers in a local authority landfill. If no landfill is available,
bury the containers below 500 mm in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for the purpose,
clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots. Empty containers and product should not be
burnt.
