Subject: EARTHQUAKE/HURRICANE DAMAGE stops WATER SUPPLIES but
rainwater can be a life saver along with Solar Still uses....Ask any SCOUT OR
MILITARY ! Plus Emergency Communications CB OR SAT PHONE

Ladies and Gentlemen:

Back in the 30's and 40's, for you young people, there was no running water to homes or
cabins, tent areas or buildings. The hand pump well or bringing in water from a lake or
stream was required even for bathing and cooking let alone drinking purposes. Recent
events involving Haiti and Chili point clearly to disruption of water supply lines for those
who like HOLLYWOOD SHOWERS rather than Navy Showers, think about what you will do
should all water resources and pressures go to ZERO like in Haiti or Chile, review of
emergency procedures is a MUST to survival. Those with WELLS must think of SOLAR
POWER GENERATORS or INVERTERS WITH VEHICLES to draw needed water from
same.

The latest FREEZE took many farmers down a slippery slope pulling hundreds of
thousands of gallons of water, making some well customers have no water to drink or run
their homes needs for washing, showers, cooking. ALL WHILE BILLIONS OF GALLONS
OF RAIN WATER ARE DIRECTED INTO STORM DRAINS AND NOT COLLECTED FOR
SUPPLYING WATER TO THE COMMUNITIES.

Remember the FIRE LINES are not supplemented with rain water nor are irrigation lines
that are not potable water. RECLAIM WATER IS FROM SEWAGE RATHER THAN
HARVESTING RAIN WATER AND PUMPING SAME TO TREATMENT PLANTS OR
HARVESTING RAINWATER AND PUMPING SAME BACK INTO THE FRESH WATER
GENERATING PLANTS FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY OR CITY OF TAMPA WATER
DEPARTMENTS.

All city and county buildings, jails, maintenance facilities have roofs and those roofs often
have rain gutters which could collect ONLY rain water depositing same in special above
ground or underground large storage tanks which could be pumped into tankers or pumped
into the various systems as needed. Problems with bird or rodent droppings, flies,
mosquito or other creatures would be basically non existent as the runoff would be
captured in sealed containers rather than in open reservoir type units which receive animal
fecal matter and can transmit same to water being 240,000 times more resistant to Chlorine
than salmonella bacteria.

I urge EACH OF YOU to go on a web site where the necessary files are waiting to be
downloaded:

The bladder tanks and underground plastic tanks/above ground storage tanks can
supplement any FIRE WATER NEEDS for the City or County in rural areas with a simple
rain collection unit and PUMP to push the rainwater UP into same or down into same. Fire
units now have to travel long distances to refill their tanks when reclaiming or capture of
rainwater from roofs should be a priority item brought before City Council and BOCC
meetings.

Keep one thing in mind. LOSS OF ELECTRICITY AND WATER PRESSURE should allow
special Inverters/Generators on vehicles, even Command Cars, to allow special
connections to WELL HEADS at a residence or business with 1 or 2 inch connectors to tap
into outlets of wells and fill tanker trucks with well water OR allow pulling POOL WATER,
RIVER WATER, LAKE WATER into tanker trucks tor replenish needed water and prevent
vehicles from going off site. One suggestion for FIRE PROTECTION PROFESSIONALS is
using a sledge hammer and vise or metal support to cut a special nozzle of brass perhaps
2 - 4 inch and from the connection to hoses measure perhaps 8 inches out then cut off the
tip and flatten same out into A FAN NOZZLE then turn on the water and see how easily an
entire vehicle and crews PLUS even a building can be protected with a 50-100 foot high
FAN OF WATER, same can also fight a forest fire easier than the standard round flow
nozzle. TRY IT ! High pressure pumps can pull an amazing amount of water from a pool
or lake, stream or BAY source for fighting fires saving critical fresh water.

NEW SUBJECT: My FCC License is KC4NUQ and we are a specialist in

Hurricane/Earthquake Communications between all agencies. I have taken the
liberty of sending down to Haiti as well as Chile the undeniable fact that ALL
agencies from ALL NATIONS coming into an area can be provided with a $100.00 40
Channel CB Radio, Magnetic Mount Antenna, Cigarette Lighter on 12 volt power
cord, alligator clip wires for positive and negative tip to lantern batteries or 12 volt
batteries with numbered units and the use of Channels 9 and 19 restricted to
Channel 9 Emergency, Channel 19 Truckers then all other Channels can be ZONING
an entire County or small Country from ONE CONTROLLER high over the City using
a tall building roof top tent or on top of a Mountain in a tent with the antennae on a
metal plate, vehicle or object of metal. Zoning North, South, East West allows at
least 8 channels for each zone and two remaining channels would be perhaps for
GOVERNMENT ONLY USE. Katrina forces from all agencies bought some 1,000 SAT
phones from Greg Hutchens at www.bexvoicedata.com which you can contact 24/7
using 1-800-651-4437 TOLL FREE concerning the Iridium 9555 SAT PHONE with
Vehicle Kit and Roof Mount Antenna for vehicles or for Heads of Nations and
Command Centers Please look into Iridium OPEN PORT designed for ships with
worldwide coverage.....this unit will allow one to use the SAT PHONE with a laptop
CABLE TO PHONE thus go online to an ISP to send messages.

Chile and large Government Agencies or Emergency Command Centers should look
into using Iridium OPEN PORT services at
http://www.iridium.com/products/OpenPort.aspx where many can use it
WORLDWIDE in an emergency or regular use. Reach a representative at
support@remotesatellite.com should you have any questions on same.
