I just update the document. You please remember to complete the following step. >> On Tools menu >> click Accounts...>> Select Mail tab >> click on account and click property >> Select Servers tab >> and then click on check box “My server requires authentication”

1- How to add an e-mail account:
On Tools menu >> click Accounts >> In the Internet Accounts dialog box, click Add >>select Mail and then follow the instructions to establish a connection with an e-mail.

>> click Next >> Finish. >> On Tools menu >> click Accounts...>> Select Mail tab >> click on account and click property >> Select Servers tab >> and then click on check box “My server requires authentication”

2- How to change the location of your message store:
On Tools menu >> click Options >> click the Maintenance tab >> and then click Store Folder >> Click Change and then select a new folder for your message store. The default path looks like below. You have to change it to other folder such as D:\Mailbox\ ... C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\{85126690A0F9-4A94-AF59-5F3636558D59}\Microsoft\Outlook Express

>> click Change ...

>> click OK.

>> click Yes >> OK. And then you close Outlook Express and reopen it.

3- How to import messages from MS outlook to Outlook Express:
Before you import emails to Outlook Express. You should get emails to your personal folder and store on your PC with *.pst file. You please follow the following steps. 3.1. MS outlook: 3.1.1- Create new personal folder: Open MS outlook >> tools >> Email accounts…

>> Click Next.

>> Click on New outlook data file… And click Ok

After that choose partition where you want to store file >> type file name *.pst

3.1.2- Specify where new messages are delivered: - On the Tools menu, click E-mail Accounts. - Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next. - In the Deliver new e-mail to the following location list, select where you want to the new messages delivered.

- Click Finish. - Quit and restart Microsoft Outlook. Note: You have to move sub folders from Mailbox to personal folder manually. The rest is moved automatically. After that you open MS outlook and Outlook Express and then you follow the following steps to import emails from MS outlook to Outlook Express.

3.2. Outlook Express Import Wizard: Using the Outlook Express Import Wizard, you can easily import e-mail messages from Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook... 1. 2. 3. 4. On the File menu, point to Import, and then click Messages. Select the e-mail program you want to import messages from, and then click Next. Verify the location of your messages, and then click Next. Choose All folders to import all the messages, and then click Next. You can also choose Selected Folders to import messages from one or more folders. 5. Click Finish.

4- How to import Address Book:
On File menu >> Click Import >> Select Other Address Book...

>> Select Text File (Comma Separated Values) >> Click Import

>> And then click Browse... and select file TTNKcontact.CSV (you can find this file in attachment)

5- Create “message rules“ in Outlook Express:
On Tools menu >> click Message Rules >> and then you follow step by step to create rules which you need. It is the same as MS outlook.

Note: On the Tools men, click Options >> select Security tab >> And then remove Check Box as below so that you can open attached files within emails.
