Attention and the ability of each student in learning is not always the same.
For that a teacher as educators must also be able to analyze problems of students in
learning. The role of a teacher is no less important as an educator a teacher also
must be able to be a motivator in giving encouragement to student learning. To
attract students' attention to the stimulus of learning, a teacher can use several ways
such as utilizing the medium of instruction or interesting props, ask questions and
give praise, make learning activities become more varied and not monotonous, and
seeking stimulus learning by others. In addition, a teacher must also be able to

motivation of a teacher will make students have the passion and willingness to learn
are more active, creative and innovative. The high motivation in learning associated
with high academic achievement. Based on all these matters, the writer chose SMP
