GENERAL INFORMATION

• Together 2010 will be held on the campus of
the University of California, San Diego*. UC San Diego is located in La Jolla just 15 miles north of the San Diego International Airport. La Jolla boasts of having Southern California’s most beautiful and majestic coastlines and some of the finest weather in the world. HOUSING — Eleanor Roosevelt College (ERC) • UC San Diego “ERC Apartments” are non-airconditioned and have four bedrooms, with a single bed in each room. Each apartment has a full kitchen (but no pots, pans, dishes, or utensils), bath, and living room. Each apartment can house a family of up to 6, with 2 children sleeping on the floor/couch. (Children 18 and over must be assigned to a bed.) Families of 7 or more must rent 2 apartments with a maximum of 12 people. One parent MUST sleep in each apartment. Families may include grandparents (please use one registration form). UC San Diego “ERC Residence Halls” are nonair-conditioned suites with 6 separate bedrooms, a common living room, and a bathroom with shower stalls. Halls have no kitchen facility. Bedrooms have two or three single beds per room. Halls are allocated for single adults and couples. However, families of 7 to 14 may rent their own suite of rooms (use the “Hall bed” option on the registration form). Conference housing begins Saturday night. Conference rates are for two nights. Bed linens, pillows and one set of towels are provided. Please bring proper bedding and towels for children who will not be sleeping in a bed. Please note there are no telephones, alarm clocks, reading lamps, fans or televisions in any of the rooms. You may choose to extend your vacation and stay extra nights in UC San Diego housing either prior to or after the conference. Apartments cost $125 per extra night and Hall beds cost $33 per extra night. You must register for extra nights with your conference registration. Extra nights cannot be arranged on site. There will be no refunds for extra nights once registration closes, even if you are unable to fulfill your commitment. No meals will be provided in addition to the 6 conference meals. Singles may request to share a hall bedroom, or two couples to share the same hall. Roommate requests must be indicated on both registration forms and turned in together. (Those staying additional nights will be housed together and therefore might not be granted their roommate request if requested roommate is not also staying additional nights.) Rooming assignments will be made in advance and cannot be changed on site.

REGISTRATION

• The deadline for early registration is May 28. • All registration forms must include payment in
full (make checks out to: Sovereign Grace Church) and be sent to Sovereign Grace Church,1280 N. Cooper Rd, Gilbert AZ 85233, ATTN: “Together 2010”. Late registration forms (received or postmarked after May 28) must include a $25 per person late fee in order to be processed. Registration will close June 11, or when capacity is reached, whichever comes first. Cancellations must be received in writing by June 11, and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after June 11. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. Please use one registration form per family or single adult. A confirmation will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your registration form and payment.

CONFERENCE

• Check-in will begin on Saturday, July 3, at •
2:00pm. The conference begins with dinner at 5:00pm on Saturday, followed by the first main session at 7:00pm. The conference will conclude with lunch after the morning session on Monday, July 5. You will receive a conference schedule at check-in. The “Together 2010” conference is not liable for any injuries incurred by participants during this conference.

MEALS

• All meals are served cafeteria style • Meal cards will be issued at conference
check-in. You must present your meal card at every meal. Credit will not be issued for missed meals.

• Ages 0-5 who are NOT entering Kindergarten should register for the age they will be at the time of the conference. Those entering grades K-12 should register for the grade they will be in during the 2010/2011 school year. Children entering 5th grade in the 2010/2011 school year and older will attend all of the main sessions with their parents. Attendees who have children participating in the children’s ministry are required to serve in the children’s ministry classes that their church is overseeing during at least one session. Single adults and teens are also encouraged to serve. Each church will provide a children’s ministry serving sign up. If your child has a significant medical condition which may require special instructions or emergency treatment at the conference,

CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

• Supervised childcare will be provided for
children ages 1-2 and a Children’s Ministry program will be provided for children age 3 years through grade 4 during the main sessions (morning and evening). Supervision will be coordinated by age/grade; therefore, it is very important that all children be listed on the registration form. Infants under the age of 1 year (denoted by an “N” on the registration form) may be with their mothers during the sessions. Children age 1 or 2 years may attend only the worship portion of each adult main session.
