2 By completing your 2010-2011 FAFSA you are automatically applying for state grants, federal grants and institutional grants. By completing the FAFSA you also have the option to apply for Federal Stafford loans and Federal Work Study. Deadline to apply for institutional grants is April 30, 2010! Please Note: many of the Fall 2010 Semester Scholarships require a FAFSA to be filed. The deadline to apply for Fall 2010 Semester Scholarships is May 1, 2010!!

• Student’s driver’s license and social security number • If not a U.S. citizen, student’s alien registration number • Student’s 2009 Federal Tax Return (i.e 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) and 2009 W-2 forms • Parent’s 2009 Federal Tax Return (i.e 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) and 2009 W-2 forms - if dependent* • Spouse’s 2009 Federal Tax Return (i.e 1040, 1040A, 1040EZ) and 2009 W-2 forms - if married • Records of untaxed income - workmen’s compensation, Veterans noneducation benefits - or any other untaxed income • Records of business, farm and/or assets (i.e. stock, bonds, and other investments) • Current bank statements • Current mortgage statements for properties OTHER than the family’s principal residence
